Waste Connections, Inc. has immediate openings for LEAD HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR at our Landfill in Alvarado, Texas.
In this position you will be operating D8 Dozers, Excavators, Front End Loaders, Dump Truck and other equipment at our landfill. You will be responsible for training new employees, insuring the safety of our employees and our customers, and working closely with the managers to help the team learn, grow, and meet their potential.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of Dozer and Heavy Equipment Operator experience.
Leadership experience a plus; leadership qualities a must.
