As the CRM Controller, you would be a key partner to the eMobility Head of Sales as well as the Offer Management and Service Organizations for SI E USA. You would also be empowered to drive the Sales LOA process for SI eMobility North America. Have a seat at the table with some of the biggest brands as well as supporting to ramp up new partners as we electrify vehicles across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Partner to the Head of Sales - Not only forecasting orders, revenue & standard margin, but helping to develop the sales strategy and defining both internal and external partner agreements.
Key partner to the Head of Offer Management reviewing projects for financial risk and identifying areas for pricing/profit improvement
Key Partner for the Head of Service - helping to implement service strategy profitably
Forecasting & Closing activities
Driving transparency and improvement for SI E NAM logistics
Required Skills
Self-motivated, quick learner, ability to work in ambiguous situations
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks from multiple stakeholders
Strong leader & communicator able to interface with internal and external partners
Experience in sales or order management roles
Negotiation skills a plus
Experience with financing solutions (SFS) a plus
Accounting knowledge
Experience with SAP, Sales Force, and Tableau/Qlik/Power BI a Plus.
Travel to customers as needed ~10%
