Description
We are searching for a Project Scheduler to join our Energy Efficiency Services Team. The primary role for the Project Scheduler is to support the Project Management team(s). You will be responsible for strategic planning of the Master Project Schedule lending itself to increased efficiency for EES Mechanical & Electrical Projects. This is a hybrid work arrangement.
Essential Functions:
Develop complex, integrated master schedules to plan custom project schedules. Including resource loading and payment forecasting.
Maintain and update project schedule to provide weekly and monthly customer updates.
Prepare weekly lookahead schedules for projects.
Document any and all deviations from project schedule.
Creating and Analyzing project curves.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be proficient in MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
Knowledge of general construction, HVAC and Electrical installations.
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Knowledge and ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing commercial and / or industrial construction project schedules.
Prior experience supervising teams preferred
Driver's license
Ability to travel
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operations manual, and written directions.
Ability to write reports.
Ability to walk the site with team and subcontractors
