PD Technology Info Systems Analyst
JOB SUMMARY:
This position manages the DSCADA West physical hardware and servers located in (3) computer datacenters at APCHQ, Energy Center, and Montgomery SDC. The position directs the installation of all datacenter hardware, servers, racks, KVM's, and associated PDU's used to support the DSCADA West OT environments. This position serves as a Windows Domain System Admin and a Cyber Security Admin for DSCADA West.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages 3 OT Data Centers located at APCHQ7S, Colonnade, SDC
Supports MPC DSCADA Clients and Gulfport DCC workstations
Supports Users in Active Directory and DSCADA Permit
Servers as Windows Domain System Administrator
Serves as Cyber Security Admin for DSCADA West Network
Monitors Network and Server connectivity during storm events
Maintains support laptops for System Admins and provides support for the work from home effort
Trains personnel on Global Protect and Remote Desktop procedures
Configures and installs KVMs for server consoles
Migrates servers & workstations between OT network zones
Manages IP Address assignments to all infrastructure
Coordinates span ports connectivity to network monitoring hardware
Maintains Host File and assigns Machine Names
Performs server BIOS firmware and Windows OS updates
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's level or higher Degree in Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Information Systems is desirable.
10 years' experience in supporting technology infrastructure, communications systems, or computer datacenters is required.
Work outside normal hours to support critical infrastructure and assist with storm restoration efforts
Willing to travel 25% or more in support of DSCADA West hardware
