Civil Designer:
Our cleint is an established Civil Engineering Firm in Richmond, VA. They focus on land development within residential, commercial & Industrial, Government, Public Safety, Education, and Infrastructure. They are a Certified Small Business byt the Virginia Department of Minority Business Enterprise, and are experienced in all facets of Civil Engineering design and project management in both public and private sectors.
They are urgently hiring for a Civil Designer/Project Engineer. This is a remote position but the candidate needs to sit local to Richmond, Williamsburg, Newport News, VA Beach, or Fredericksburg, VA. The Project Engineer will be responsible for putting together Plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will come up with a concept plan/Sketch and Surveyors will collect data. Both the concept plan and survey data will be sent back and the Project Engineer will be responsible for putting together the Site plan (Cover Sheet, Details, layout, utilities, Grading).
This is a remote position. The candidate will be reponsible to occassionally deliver plans to project site (Locally only, miliage will be reimbursed.) This will only be once over 2 or 3 weeks. All other work can be performed at home.
Skills & Qualifications:
AutoCAD and Civil 3D as it related to Civil Design
Land Development design experience
Experience putting together Site Plans is a MUST (Cover Sheet, Details, Layout, Utilities, Grading)
Civil Design Experience
Ability to complete design details and full site construction plan sets

Behavioral Health, Chest Pain, & Chronic Disease Nurse Case Manager I
Location: 100% REMOTE, must hold Compact RN license
The Behavioral Health Case Manager I supports our members with serious substance abuse, substance abuse-related disorders, and/or mental health-related illness and is responsible for performing case management, telephonically, within the scope of licensure for these members.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Use appropriate screening criteria, knowledge, and clinical judgment to assess member needs.
Supporting Commercial Behaviorla Health Case Managent Nationwide
Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and develops care plan to address objectives and goals as identified during assessment.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan and modifies the plan as needed.
Support member access to appropriate quality and cost-effective care.
Coordinate with internal and external resources to meet identified needs of the members and collaborates with providers.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Requires MA/MS in social work, counseling, or a related behavioral health field or a degree in nursing, and minimum of 3 years clinical experience in social work counseling with broad range of experience with complex psychiatric and substance abuse or substance abuse disorder treatment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Requires a current, active, and unrestricted RN Compact license from the state in which you reside.
Telephonic and/or face-to-face behavioral health case management experience is required

Description:
Process medical claims through system called HealthRules.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of claims in accordance with DHS and CMS Regulations and Claims Department Work Instructions.
Provide support services with assigning work to department work queues, assist with member denial letters, Identify and forward subrogation documents and navigate in HealthRules to locate essential information.
MUST HAVES:
2+ years of high volume medical claims processing experience
Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
Pass 2 typing tests at 40 WPM+ and 7000 KPH+
Preferred-HealthRules experience, but not required
Pay:
$20/hr
5 days of annual PTO
Federal Holiday Pay
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
