Ideal candidate will have experience in SQL as well as in one or more of the following languages: .Net, C#, or Java and a strong understanding application architecture and design.

Primary Functions:Collaborates as a member of a Product Development Team in the analysis of system specific user stories and technical processes of product capabilities. An active collaborator with Product Development Team members in the development of products to achieve strategic business outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and solve business problems by collaborating in the development and implementation of value driven business solutions
Develops a working knowledge of credit union product capabilities
Develops general knowledge of current and emerging technology solutions
Identify and document user stories and specifications
Document system architectures, data flows, and relationships to business processes
Prioritize user stories to facilitate feature development
Collaborate with Product Development Team members on test case documentation
Collaborate with Product Development Team members on test case execution and acceptance
Document and track user stories related to defects and resolution
Participate in the coordination activities for implementation planning and execution
Work closely with other analysts to collaborate in knowledge sharing activities
Perform other duties as assigned in support of team efforts and results
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required in a discipline such as computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience. Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education
Certifications in Agile, SCRUM, MCSE, and/or CISA preferred.
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing at a variety of levels to include business stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, customers, and management.
At least a year of professional experience as a Business Analyst and/or System Analyst.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices and methodologies to include SCRUM and Kanban.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle, operating systems, tools to test software applications/systems, development/modeling tools, and time management skills.
Able to work as part of a large or small team.

Summary
Responsible for growing CTG’s business in North America. Sells CTG solutions; solicits and maintains favorable contacts with current and potential key and strategic accounts. An entrepreneurial self-starter with more than seven years selling IT solutions across multiple industries, especially in CTG supported industries. Works closely with Managing Directors and CTG stakeholders from delivery, solutions, recruiting and finance to ensure client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess both a strong sales background that enables them engage with the CTO, CIO, Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering Managers, as well as a solid technical sales background that enables them to easily interact with technical leaders within and outside of CTG. Ideal candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
Responsibilities
Meet or exceed CTG territory financial objectives
Manage pursuit team to meet/exceed assigned objectives
Identify obstacles and define CTG strategy to defeat/overcome them
Collaborate with delivery and solutions to develop account plans and strategy, and sales win plans
Leverage existing relationships and build new relationships at all levels of the customer organization
Call on existing relationships to grow business
Establish new relationships inside and outside of IT
Provide regular status updates on the customer requirements, changes that may affect our support, forecasts into the clients business environment
Report on weekly meetings and other metrics
Monitor client AR to ensure that invoices do not go beyond 90 days

Qualifications
7+ years of IT consulting/management experience, with demonstrated IT Digital Transformation experience in customer-facing roles.
Oil & Gas experience with Integrated Oil companies including Upstream, Midstream and/or Downstream IT and business consulting, applying Cloud, IOT, Analytics, ML/AI, digital twin, or automation to transform customer operations.
Experience working with a team on visioning and designing solutions to meet Energy client goals of reducing emissions, improving worker safety, and enable remote operations
Expertise in working with partners to build relationships that foster lead sharing and joint pursuit of opportunities for the mutual success of the client, the partner, and CTG.
Energy company account executive experience in IT and business consulting including relationship management, achieving growth targets, high customer satisfaction achievement, project portfolio management, and contract negotiations.

Requirements

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Required to communicate with the hospital clinical and administrative teams, PACS Admin, engineering, IT/IS, outside contractors, and multiple OEM business throughout the implementation, including helping the customer with finding ideal solutions to implement around their current patient workflow.
• Ensure successful implementation by validating all critical service and networking requirements including room preparation and device requirements (ex. Ceiling Mounts/Conduit/Raceways). The PM will also validate IT Networking requirements and schedule and ensure completion of software configurations and testing sessions as required
• Build crucial relationships and partner with third party OEM vendors to ensure proper handoff documentation and customer deliverables. Ensures all aspects of the implementation plan fits into overall hospital master plan.

We are seeking an individual to install, upgrade, maintain, and troubleshoot compression systems at critical broadcast customer facilities. This position deals with complex networked video systems residing on customer wide area networks. In this role, you will work with a variety of technologies including Digital TV, Satellite RF broadcast, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, HEVC, HDMI, and Ethernet. The candidate will need to travel about 60%-70% of the time as well as be qualified to access systems remotely for maintenance and troubleshooting issues. At times, back-to-back travel weeks will be necessary. International and domestic travel required. The candidate must be able to grasp digital Video Compression systems.
Once trained, they will travel to locations for installing and upgrading Modular Systems and taking assignments for remote configurations. Job Title:Citrix Engineer
Location: Remote- Atlanta, GA
Summary:
Primary responsibility is with Citrix infrastructure and growth
Responsible for client facing support (client and help desk interactions)
Provides high-class troubleshooting and solutions to problems relating to the Citrix platform.
Maintains and monitors how the Citrix settings and dependencies perform.
Also offers Citrix support and perform administrative duties relating to the final consumers environment.
Work with version 19.12
Evaluate the project and make recommendations as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years Citrix experience
Experience upgrading Citrix farms from 6.5 and 7.15 to 19.12
Epic experience a big plus
Experience with Netscaler firmware/software updates
Ability to configure SAML on NetScalers to our Azure Single Sign On (N-factor)
Expect person to be a self-starter, good communicator, and be part of the team
Additional Information
