Job Title: IT SAP Analyst
Pay Rate: Based on experience
Overview:
• Come to the table as an experienced SuccessFactors SME.
• Attending team meetings.
• Participate as a Business Analyst on to meet with business process owners to understand and gather requirements for requests.
• Document business requirements, translate them into SuccessFactors process requirements and then communicate to technical team members.
• Participate on projects as a SuccessFactors SME and assist with translating project requirements into SuccessFactors process Design.
• Implementation of business process changes
• Assist with building communication plans
• Assist with creation of support documentation
• Assist with knowledge transfer and training of support teams
Education and Experience Requirements:
• SuccessFactors knowledge is required.
• Experience setting up and deploying SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience in other SuccessFactors streams like: Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning is nice to have.
• Experience using newer SAP products like Qualtrix, Opportunity Market Place is a plus.
• Experience using SAP Cloud Platform is nice to have.
• Ability to identify and recommend best in class HR business process solutions.
• Experience designing, documenting and deploying HR solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation.
• Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives.
• Strong communication skills, able to work with many different stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.
• Proficient in creating and working from Functional or technical specifications.
• Strong estimation skills and strong track record of accurate estimations for HR solutions.
• Project management and project leadership experience is a plus.
• Team player.
