As a Technical Specialist, you help new owners get started and current ones get quick, efficient support - developing strong, positive relationships with Apple. When a customer needs assistance, you quickly assess their situation. Sometimes you take care of customers with advice or a solution on the spot, using your knowledge of current Apple technology to help with iPod, iPhone, and iPad devices. At other times, you refer customers to support team members who get them up and running again.   • Work with Apple Pay Solutions leadership team to prepare and communicate monthly merchant analysis and insights via Keynote to broader organization.   • Depth sensor design, characterization, testing

  • Mechanical Design of assemblies for high volume manufacturing

  • Electronic circuit design: Digital, power-supply, & analog

  • Manufacturing processes for high-precision, high-volume modules

The primary responsibility for this role is to integrate depth sensing module into Apple products, meet the performance requirements both for the module and system constrains. Description

As an Apple Pay Software Quality Engineer, you will work closely with software engineers, external partners, product and project managers, and SREs to guide new features from inception to release, as well as ensure existing features meet our customer's expectations in each software release. Job functions include: - Testing new and existing features on pre-release software and hardware to find problems before they impact our users - Triaging difficult problems and driving them to resolution, in an effort to make the user experience phenomenal - Working with client, server, and partner engineering teams to identify software requirements and develop test plans - Defining test coverage, creating and maintaining test cases, reporting test results, and evaluating readiness to ship throughout the software development lifecycle - Developing testing tools and automation

Education & Experience

Description

The Apple Digital Retail Finance team supports Retail's Digital platforms worldwide. This team contributes to the success of Apple by facilitating the planning, establishment, analysis, prioritization and evaluation of complex multidimensional programs. This exciting role seeks to provide quantitative assessment and continuous optimization across digital channels and online marketing initiatives.
