We are looking for an Order Execution / Management Adminstrator. This position will be based in Wendell, NC.
We are looking for an experienced administrator to fill a vacant position in our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the sales order process from order entry to collection. She/he will ensure timely order entry, correct ordering, will follow up on schedules and control all related cost. The position is located in Wendell, NC and reports to the Manager of Contract Administration.
Roles & Responsibilities
Enter and validate customer orders against purchase Order and original Proposal.
Process credits, returns, repairs and warranty orders as needed.
Requisition parts and deliveries for the customer order.
Close coordination with customer, factories and project management throughout the execution of the contract
Primary contact for administrative and contract question for customer

Basic Qualifications:
BS/BA in Finance or related area required, or equivalent experience
Proficient in MS Excel and Word
SAP R/3, SD and PS Module
Salesforce.com experience
Proficiency with standard accounting principles.

As a Lead Service Specialist, *you will:* **
Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies
Work with multiple internal service team members including Service Sales, Client Service Managers, Service Coordinators, and RAM Digital Service Center personnel
Follow safety requirements as outlined by Siemens and customers
Successfully complete assigned training as outlined in the training path
Follow mandatory policies, procedures, and standards
Develop relationships at all levels within the customer's organization and exhibit strong customer service skills
Identify customer needs and make prioritized recommendations for service agreement adds, upgrades, and escalations
May coordinate with contractors on job sites and maintains tools and test equipment
Respond to service calls (emergency and on-site) as assigned. Perform repairs as directed on all automation system types and complete service ticket documentation per the policy
Follow and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and maintain complete and accurate documentation of services performed and generate reports within Siemens tools
Provide instructions to customer personnel regarding proper system operations and assist with training
Identify and report system discrepancies, suggest system upgrade opportunities, and may assist in pricing of repairs and upgrades to existing agreement
Perform system checkout and startup on projects, participate in job site final walk and/or final completion for systems-to-service turnover on assigned jobs
Lead and mentor other Service Technicians and identify quote deficiency repairs
Develop strong working relationships with internal and external customers, identify needs, and resolve issues, and use Siemens technology and devices
Work overtime when needed (Compressed schedule performance can be a factor and will require extended hours to meet commitments)
Work rotational On-Call and/or Minimal Overnight Travel
Have the ability to work remotely, manage time effectively and meet established deadlines and to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Electro-mechanical experience (either in a previous role or through education) and user PC/software skill
5+ years of experience performing preventive maintenance and diagnostics of automation systems
Demonstrated on-the-job experience with:
Open protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP Ethernet and networking
Engineering concepts, programming, job start-up and checkout, and troubleshooting
Ability and willingness to work in a variety of circumstances, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high lift equipment, working in ducts, crawl spaces, roofs, basements, above ceilings, and in various conditions
Must be able to use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet as well as carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Must be able and willing to work overtime as needed
Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or state-recognized GED
Specialized skill training/certification
Experience installing and servicing electronic control or HVAC equipment; 1+ years
Demonstrated use of building automation systems, PLCs, HVAC, electrical concepts, and building operations

We are looking for an Electrical Assembler, Level I or II. This position will be based in Wendell, NC.
An Electrical Assembler is responsible for performing sub-assembly wiring and final assembly wiring duties on products for Low Voltage Electrical Distribution Equipment such as LV Motor Control Centers.
You'll make a difference by:
Perform sub assembly wiring and final assembly wiring work to the highest level of accuracy and workmanship
Adhere to developed processes, methods and/or seek ways to improve
Work with large power cables including correct method of crimping connectors
Perform proper stripping and crimping techniques

About the job
In this role, you will lead a team and be responsible for the end-to-end user experience, from traffic and traffic sources (ad, SEO listing, website) through conversion. What you'll be doing
The mission of this role is to lead the end-to-end strategy for Brightly Software's digital experiences to generate more qualified leads and inbound pipeline, increase organic website traffic, improve website engagement, and inform website improvements. This includes responsibility for SEO, SEM, paid social, and website experience along with reporting on related key metrics.
This role will be responsible for the Brightly Software website experience, performance and ongoing delivery. It works closely with the marketing organization to optimize the website experience and deliver continuous improvements on key performance metrics such as SEO results, return on ad spend, total engagement, conversions and lead quality and volume.
Strategic Planning
Drive strategy and planning for Brightly's digital presence, ensuring scale to support growth (M&A, international expansion, product launches, etc.) and achieve business results
Lead, develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies and tactics in alignment with brand and demand campaigns to increase lead generation, revenue, and return on investment
Build, maintain and communicate a roadmap for ongoing website improvements by working closely with key cross-functional partners
Drive SEO strategy with agency partner including content improvements, keyword optimization, link building and other activities to improve authority, traffic and engagement
Create and implement an A/B testing strategy and prioritization to optimize engagement and increase conversion rates
Build an effective personalization strategy defining the audiences, analyzing customer behavior, identifying target attributes and planning and testing experiences
Optimization
Monitor and lead website operations including web content management, sitemap, navigation, localization, and analytics to improve discoverability (SEO), user experience, and conversion
Lead and optimize key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to action, and lead-generating forms including the end to end tagging, tracking and attribution logic
Collaborate with content, design, web developers, and other digital collaborators across marketing and the organization to build best-in-class digital experiences
Reporting
Leadership
Lead and inspire a team consisting of a UX/UI Designer, CRO Manager, and Paid Media Manager
Manage relationships with third party partners for SEO and web development
What you need
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (ideally at SaaS business)
10+ years of digital marketing experience, including website strategy; A/B testing and optimization; and paid media account management (paid search and social)
Experience with Drupal, Unbounce, and GA4
Ability to assess and improve site tag management
Experience with product led growth models, thought leadership engagement models, SaaS, and time within a high growth environment
Great project management, analytical and problem solving skills - scope work, drive execution and deliver on tight timeframes while working with collaborators

-Review, form questions regarding, and prepare compliant templates and documents to adhere with company estimating system requirements in order to facilitate efficient and timely responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
-Review Technical Bases of Estimates (BOEs) and translate BOEs into resource cost requirements, as needed
-Provide guidance and review cost and price inputs to ensure compliance with relevant government regulations (TINA, FAR, DFARS, CAS, CESM, etc.) and solicitation requirements
-Develop and/or consolidate cost/price modeling and communicate cost/price assumptions, narratives, and risks/opportunities with management to support resulting pricing
-Reviewing proposals for adherence to company established practices, associated federal regulations, and support government proposal audits
-Develop and execute metric based cost/pricing analysis, strategies, and processes based on research and data
-Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams on individual proposals and overall process improvement
-Support the preparation of the Incurred Cost Submissions, Provision Billing Rates, Forward Pricing, and other government required cost analyses.
-Support cross-functional teams and projects
-Works closely with individual contracts, programs, or business unit teams to support the analysis and disclosure of changes to the cost accounting structure
-Adhere and enforce company policies and procedures, particularly those impacting federal regulations
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields
-At least 8 years of combined Accounting or related fields in the U.S. Government Contracting industry, with at least 5 years of U.S. Government Contract pricing experience
-Knowledge of and experience with federal regulations and standards, to include Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Agency-specific Supplemental Acquisition Regulations
-Experience with Deltek Costpoint and related reporting tools
-Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with advanced proficiency with MS Excel to efficiently develop and operate complex models
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills
-Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with all levels of employees to maximize creativity, performance, and problem solving
-Ability to work well under pressure, identify and establish priorities, provide timely results, and meet assigned deadlines
-Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and motivated to drive change and foster an environment to help achieve business results
-Communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, internal and external, orally and in written form

The Quality Technician will be responsible for conducting tests and inspections on incoming materials and products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards. Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors.

To thrive in this role, you have:
High school education or equivalent. Requires a minimum of seven to ten years of increasingly difficult inspection experience involving the application and proven understanding of sophisticated measuring equipment techniques, specification interpretation, and quality control terminology.
Proven experience as a Quality Technician or similar role.
Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.

The Training Manager will be responsible for the formation and sustainability of Electrical Services training program. Being present onsite is a must; some virtual/remote work may be possible.
