We are looking for Material Handers for multiple shifts. This position will be based in Buffalo Grove, IL.

1st Shift Hours: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

2nd Shift Hours: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

You will make an impact by:

  • Operates tools and equipment common to the material handling trade (e.g. manual and powered sit-down and stand-up industrial trucks, hand truck).

  • Provides material handling support to warehouse, quality and production departments to ensure on time receipt and delivery of material.

  • Safe and damage-free movement of material by use of pallet trucks, forklift trucks, or other material handling equipment.

  • Diagnose basic inventory discrepancies and shipping problems.

  • Has knowledge of material handling work procedures, Bill-of-Material lists, pick lists, quality documentation, and protocols.

  • Pulls packaged and palletized parts from Front Line for shipment.

  • Conduct cycle counts as needed.

  • Works with machine operators to stage and set up material.

  • Cleans and maintains equipment, work area and back yard shipping area to ensure proper functioning and safe working conditions.

  • Responsible for accurately picking and shipping customer orders.

  • Performs other work as directed by Supervision, Quality and production team leads and senior assembly personnel.

  • Must have good attendance points (internal and contingent worker employees).

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' of experience in a warehouse

  • 2+ years' of experience with picking, packing, shipping / receiving

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Experience with SAP

Position Overview

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Outbound Supervisor is responsible for supervision of the Kitting Department of the Southaven Logistics Center in Southaven, MS. This position supervises 10-12 hourly non-exempt employees across the assigned shift. The Outbound Supervisor's primary responsibility is to manage the assigned shift efficiently and effectively to yield daily output targets with all safety and quality performance standards met. In addition, this role is the first line of engagement for ER concerns from the operational team and is responsible for overseeing the development of personnel entrusted to their leadership.

We are looking for an Outbound Supervisor - 3 rd Shift. This position will be based at our Southaven, MS location (Memphis Distribution Center).

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate bottlenecks that exist in the operation daily and determine the labor needs to sustain positive performance across assigned shift

  • Ensure all Time and Attendance records are maintained daily/weekly (including weekly attendance summaries for all personnel)

  • Provide weekly/daily/monthly feedback to all employees regarding Production and Quality progression

  • Enforce all Job rules regarding code of conduct and the general guidelines of the facility (including progressive discipline)

  • Create a positive working environment that will allow employees to be motivated and productive in the facility

  • Provide Pre-Shift and End of Shift numbers regarding shift performance vs the daily plan

  • Collaborate with team members to standardize all operational processes across each shift in order to enforce process discipline (participation in 5S Audits and providing feedback regarding audit scores)

  • Ensure 75% of time is spent on the floor providing support to all personnel and managing process flow within department (utilizing daily status reports to determine performance gaps)

  • Provide formal handoff to oncoming shift including notes regarding WIP, 5S housekeeping, and Inventory reconciliation issues

  • Collaborate with team to improve operational processes through Continuous improvement activities

  • Work to mitigate all conflict within the team prior to exploring Chain of Command. Involve department manager after conflict has been resolved.

  • Enforce all work rules in the facility timely and fairly as infractions occur

  • Provide documented feedback to personnel bi-annually

  • Drives ownership culture among workforce and fosters a positive, energetic, and collaborative environment in which teamwork and diverse backgrounds are respected and valued.

  • Enforces health, environmental and safety standards, work practices, and housekeeping.

  • Manage other duties as assigned by management

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of successful experience in a large distribution facility

Siemens Real Estate is hiring a Head of Project Management. This is a remote position located in the United States, preferably in the Alpharetta GA or Iselin NJ area.

What you will do for Siemens Real Estate Americas:

The Head of Project Management Office (PMO) will report to the Hub Head of Siemens Real Estate Americas and will hold a position with regional scope. The projects range from maintenance projects to full relocations and fit-outs.

The Head of Project Management Office will interact and collaborate internally with the Hub Head of Americas, Germany Headquarters, Regional Asset Managers, Maintenance Technology lead, EHS lead, Operations Property Managers, and Regional Energy Manager. The Outbound Coordinator role is a departmental support position that will directly support the execution of Outbound within the Southaven Logistics Center in Southaven, MS. This role provides semi-complex clerical support to materials management in data entry, filing, coordinating paper flow and responds to inquiries relating to packing lists and shipping instruction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to floor personnel regarding RF and Shipping issues

  • Serve as main point of contact with Customer Service (including answering phones, emails, etc.)

  • Managing Customer Service communication tools

Siemens Industry is looking for a Production Supervisor for our Southaven, MS facility located outside of Memphis, TN. Our growing facility has over 250 employees that distributes electrical products to retail, distributors, and home consumers. The Production Supervisor is the key driver of all daily production related processes and the hub of information transfer between the hourly packaging workforce and Management, Engineering, Quality Control, Purchasing and Planning. The base shift is 1st Shift 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. M-F; however, will support all three shifts of the operations and will require a flexible schedule. This position will be supervising 25-40 hourly workers, with potential weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve safety for all personnel that work in and around production lines

  • Drive initiatives to reduce production errors, improve quality and increase productivity

  • Adhere to production schedule, assigning personnel to work areas, monitoring

  • progress, resolving line constraint problems, and reporting results through shift production summaries

  • Plan, oversee and document training of personnel

  • Work closely with purchasing, planning, engineering and warehouse teams.

  • Support performance measurement and documentation of manufacturing processes

The Client Services Team ensures our clients leverage the full power of their software and services to realize business value, measure results, and achieve desired business outcomes. As a Principal Consultant, you will be an expert in client management, serving as a strategic advisor responsible for guiding clients with a customized asset management plan. Your primary focus will be on ensuring clients fully adopt the software and continuously improve their asset management programs using Brightly Software products and/or partners. You will excel in negotiation, scope management, and consensus building, utilizing your consulting background to drive successful client outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in consulting, be SaaS savvy, and thrive in an environment focused on high-impact, consultative client engagements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Client Partnership: Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels, including executive, management, technical, and administrative.

  • Strategic Consulting: Identify, document, and deliver desired client business outcomes through strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

What You Need to Have:

  • BA/BS degree

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role with significant client industry/vertical market experience

  • Proven expertise in negotiation, client management, scope management, and consensus building

  • Drive execution of Asset Based Lending transactions, including due diligence, borrowing base analysis identification of all relevant risks and mitigating factors, development of a coherent investment rationale, and presentation of the ultimate credit approval request.

  • Responsible for the structuring and documentation of debt transactions, including liaising with both the internal and external counsel to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of all proposed structures.

  • Maintain continued oversight of Asset-Based Lending portfolio companies, including delivery of proactive recommendations and managing amendment and/or restructuring processes. Maintain regular contact with internal teams to ensure a smooth execution process. Work with portfolio management team to assign appropriate traffic lights to each borrower.

  • For any workout accounts, the candidate will work collaboratively with the Workout Manager to formulate and execute a coherent strategy to maximize recoveries as well as develop credit hit recommendations.

  • Maintain regular contact with both internal and external teams to ensure a smooth execution to maximize recovery. Internal teams will include accounting, loan operations, risk controlling and legal. External teams will include outside counsel and financial advisors.

  • Collaborate with Originations to drive Siemens Proximity to portfolio companies

  • Supervise and develop analysts

  • Ensure compliance with Siemens internal reporting requirements

  • BA/BS in finance, economics or accounting

  • 12+ years of credit analysis

As a Design Engineer, you will:

  • Choose the appropriate mix of products and installation methods to provide the most cost-effective solution.

  • Prepare submittals and schedules; handle the ordering of products and equipment and participate in sales-to-operations turnover meetings to evaluate accuracy of the sales estimate and job layout.

  • Design building automation systems and create unique design solutions to meet the customer's requirements and prepare design documents, including mechanical system layouts, electrical drawings, bills of materials, sequences of operations, valve, and damper schedules, and DDC panel layouts.

  • Design building automation network architecture to support operator workstations, DDC field panels, and third-party integration devices connected through LON, Ethernet, Siemens P2, or BACNET. Analyze plans, construction contract specifications, and codes to determine project requirements and risks.

  • Understand requirements and design building automation solutions for higher education and K-12 education facilities, pharmaceutical facilities, high-rise buildings, office spaces, and lab facilities. Design building and space pressurization solutions, chiller, and boiler plant sequencing control, etc. and generate the DDC point database on all projects.

  • Prepare engineering re-estimates and follow up with appropriate sales and management to ensure understanding of and satisfaction with job scope and prepare specifications and drawings for special components and panels purchased from outside suppliers; select proper types and sizes of company products and those from outside suppliers to meet project requirements and prepare information on pre-installation extras or change orders to submit to customer or general/subcontractor.

  • Perform quality assurance; peer-review engineering documents and mentor, train, and direct the design activities of the engineering team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or state-recognized GED

  • Building Automation Design experience

  • Knowledge of engineering fundamentals of building automation and HVAC systems or equivalent field experience with automation/HVAC system controls

This position will be based in Wendell, NC.

The role will be hybrid, with flexibility to work in-office and from home.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze Medium Voltage switchgear requirements from customers to develop detail design engineering essential for review and manufacture of switchgears.

  • Prepare electrical drawing packages (including panel arrangements, nameplate schedule, schematic diagrams, communication drawings, three-line diagrams, general arrangement drawings and wiring diagrams) for factory manufacturing of the switchgear and customer documentation using CAD software.

  • Work directly with project engineers with support and guidance from experienced mentors to create product solutions meeting customers' expectations in cost effective and timely manner.

  • Work directly with the manufacturing teams addressing any challenges as they produce your designs.

  • Initiate and support product as well as process improvements by cross team collaboration.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering

  • Educational exposure to AC/DC control and power system design

  • Educational or industry knowledge of ANSI, IEEE, UL and NEMA standards for MV Switchgear.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ANSI, IEEE, UL and NEMA standards for MV Switchgear.
