CTG's client is looking for a QA Tester for a top software client in the Raleigh, NC area.

Duration- Long Term Contract (possible perm conversion)

Salary- $90,000k - $109,000k

Location- Onsite in Raleigh, NC office

The QA Tester will work within the organization and involve executing and enhancing quality assurance standards for in-restaurant, in-store, web, and mobile customer-facing technologies and services, such as restaurant, fuel, and retail point of sale (POS) as well as back-office systems.

Expectations include: You apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to validate IT processes through careful testing in order to maximize the benefit of business investments in IT initiatives. You remain current on trends in our industry as well as the latest techniques/technologies that help drive effective QA processes to improve the results we deliver to our clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality software and will contribute both to the definition and the enforcement of quality assurance processes and procedures based on best practice methodology.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define and enhance standards for QA processes and procedures for the organization. Enforce the processes and procedures on your projects.

• Be a go-to person for QA on the assigned project. Coordinate all test activities for the project to achieve its goals. Advise stakeholders on scope of testing required to achieve the goals in given time.

• Be a mentor for other team members and relay the product knowledge. Provide on-the-job training.

• Work closely with development team, product owners and other team members to determine the scope of testing to ensure maximum test coverage.

• Plan and execute tests for new, modified, or existing solutions to ensure that the final product meets high quality standards, is fully functional, and satisfies the end user expectations.

• Create and execute well-structured test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure overall quality of the product is met.

• Identify any potential issues with the product and report the issues effectively to the development team.

• Work collaboratively with development team on the issue resolution and recommend program improvements.

• Perform regression/smoke tests when necessary, as a final check to ensure that the product is of good quality before delivering to the customer.

• Report test results, QA status, and risks to the project team in timely manner before delivery of the product to the customer.

• Replicate and analyze issues related to the current system or reported by the customer including database and environment level investigation.

• Help set up and maintain internal test environments and test data. Install new versions of the applications under test.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent professional experience

• 3+ years of relevant technical QA experience or similar role

• Retail, Fuel Pharmacy, Restaurant, or POS experience is a big plus Office Skills (Word, Excel, PPT)

• Basic SQL/Databases, Basic Linux and XML

• Ability to work with various QA/Testing tools and technologies (i.e. Jira, Testlink, SOAP UI, Postman)

• Scripting (Python) experience is advantage

• Problem analysis - Retail Process Knowledge (Retail Experience) a big plus

Requirements:

• Performing the following activities at scheduled intervals in/on designated areas/equipment, and recording results/filing reports in designated repositories:

• Various sampling per documented procedures (includes airborne/surface particulates, airborne & surface organic/inorganic contamination, ultrapure water contamination, etc.) including ordering of exposure kits and coordination of locations for sampling

• Inspection, cleaning and testing of ionizing guns/bars

• Monitoring of the power and frequency of ultrasonic/megasonic units

• Certification of clean benches, clean enclosures, etc. as needed

• Maintenance of contamination control documentation

• Assisting with coordination of calibration of all instrumentation used in the above activities

• Supporting all clean rooms/clean spaces including garment supply/rotation

• Cleanroom protocol audits

• Communicate any non-conforming activities/conditions to the Contamination Control engineer

Overview:

To perform work on customer sites across the US working with the fellow Decom team members. Decom is responsible for returning new and used customer material from the site back into inventory. The team receives requests from engineering groups within NetOps that complete deployments across the US region, this material translates into a request sheet listing the equipment that is required to be collected and brought safely back to our warehouse location.

Duties:

• Working on customer sites across the US

• Booking travel for Decom for upcoming activity

• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and review export documents, such as business invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other essential paperwork. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export control laws.

• Freight Management: Liaise with freight forwarders and carriers to schedule shipments, negotiate rates, and monitor transportation arrangements. Coordinate with forwarder personnel to ensure timely and accurate loading of export shipments.

• Serve as a point of contact for international customers, addressing inquiries, providing shipping updates, and resolving any issues related to export orders. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the export process.

• Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated with export regulations, trade agreements, and industry best practices. Changes in international trade policies should be monitored and communicated to internal stakeholders. Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to export compliance guidelines.

• Setting up and closing out work orders in the Inventory System.

• Make daily inventory entries as inventory moves in and out of different manufacturing areas.

• Properly account for and track inventory returned from other locations to ensure proper disposition of inventory and credits are applied.

• With other material coordinators, perform a monthly inventory count and reconciliation.

• All of these duties include lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Perform slow moving inventory review twice a year.

Required Qualifications

Education

• A relevant qualification or degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or similar area is preferred

• AAS degree plus 4 years of experience or BS degree plus 2 years of experience

Qualifications

• Highest level of integrity with controls in mind.

• Strong computer skills - must be proficient with spreadsheets (Excel) & PowerPoint. Experience with inventory system, SharePoint or other manufacture systems preferred. Proficiency in using export software and computer systems, including ERP systems, MS Office, and shipment tracking tools.

Description

The Finance Coordinator for the company proactively manages the credit exposure and risk, acting as the primary gatekeeper of the company's Corporate Credit Policy (CPS-16) and ensuring compliance by all businesses. This position is also responsible for overall credit monitoring and adjusting customer credit limits and credit terms as approved. In addition, the Coordinator will be responsible for providing analysis related to credit on a periodic basis, including detailed analytics related to credit exposure and risk.

Requirements:

• Ensure all business partners are adhering to our Corporate Credit Policy

• Prepare and complete monthly credit reviews

• Work with Customer Service/Commercial groups to support credit expectations.

• Evaluate, recommend, and implement process changes needed to keep accounts reconciled and improve controls.

• Assist Manager and Supervisor with reconciliation and reporting as needed and manage ad hoc requests as needed

• Responsible for communicating and resolving issues with customers.

• Responsible for assisting the groups achieve & maintain compliance with established policies & procedures.

• Work with global counterparts to ensure linkages related to credit are maintained

• Prepare monthly reports on status of major past due accounts for Credit Manager and business partners.

• Provide support to OTC Collections and businesses related to any credit issues

• When required, answer inquiries from reporting agencies, other businesses and credit groups, re: company's experience with assigned accounts.

• Performs daily ongoing operational tasks of organization.

• Participates in team projects (larger functional teams)

• Ensures that work targets and schedules are met.

• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives, identifying, implementing and executing changes to standard operating procedures.

• Prioritize ongoing tasks, project work, and other initiatives.

• Ensure that all necessary SOPs are completed, accurate, and updated as needed.

• Always be ready to support the company's evolving businesses

• Eliminate 100% manual processing of today's standard service transactions

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with a preference for degree in Accounting or Finance

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially MS Excel)

• Deep knowledge and understanding of financial documents / statements

• Strong customer service skills

• Demonstrated process management skills

Software Knowledge:

• PeopleSoft Global Finance

• All Microsoft Office

· Provide application support services for Cerner PathNet – AP, GenLab, Specimen Management, Micro, HLA, Laboratory Imaging, Charge Capture for six acute care facilities

· Additional support is required for RALS Point of Care, Antan Advantage, SpotImaging, Intuitive, and Hemotrax

· Maintenance of 100+ instrument interfaces with Cerner legacy

· Maintenance of new instrument interfaces are on Cerner iBus; approximately 60% of all interfaces are via iBus

· Follow client’s documented Demand Management process to obtain approval for changes

· Runs ops jobs to monitor system and sends reports for tracking failed charges, ownership of lab updates to PowerPlans, DA2 reporting, build for accession label printers, maintenance of all lab rules in Cerner, and Siemens robotics at 2 sites

· Provide support for projects and other special application initiatives

· Troubleshoot complex user errors and provide timely and high quality customer service
