Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Stack( .Net backend), API and Blazor, with at least 3-4 years in a technical leadership role.
Technical Skills: Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework and Core, MVC, Web API, RESTful services, and Entity Framework. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and core frameworks (e.g., blazor) is a must.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
Database Management: Strong experience with MS SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
