CTG is seeing a senior ServiceNow Engagement Manager to deliver successful outcomes for ServiceNow clients, overseeing delivery and managing projects from pre-sales through completion as the project’s primary customer contact.

Location: Remote

Position: Full time

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key liaison between the client, as well as CTG’s Sales and Delivery leadership, throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Demonstrates ServiceNow platform expertise while leading business process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current and desired processes during workshops with key sponsors and stakeholders.

  • Executes process workshops with our clients; designs and documents “as is” and ‘”to be” process flow diagrams.

  • Performs the functions of a business process consultant during the discovery and design phase of the project, and documents client requirements in agile story format.

  • Operates as the Scrum Master during the agile development sprints.

  • Operates as the Test Lead for unit, system and integration testing phases.

  • Accountable and responsible for managing overall project financials, schedule, scope and quality.

  • Leads cross-functional internal and client project teams for project teams from 2 to 15 people and financial value up to $1,000,000.

  • Creates, maintains, and manages to the project plan across multiple concurrent projects.

  • Documents, tracks, and escalates RIDAC (Risks, Issues, Decisions, Action Items, Changes).

  • Leads testing and customer acceptance activities.

  • Develops content and delivers training.

  • Tracks engagement financials, project status reporting and customer satisfaction throughout the engagement cycle.

  • Assists in delivering Pre-Sales presentations to showcase the ServiceNow platform for potential clients.

  • Assists with creation of Pre-Sales proposals, and develops Statements of Work (SOWs) including resource requirements and project estimate based on customer requirements.

  • Performs job duties with little to no direct supervision.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Licensing

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience (required)

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required)

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for at least one ServiceNow application (required)

  • Project Management certification from PMI, PRINCE2 or similar (required)

  • ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification (required)

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with C suite individuals

Experience

Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required, including three (3) years of ServiceNow platform experience. Three (3) or more years of consulting/professional services experience preferred.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong consulting, communication and relationship building skills to build and maintain external and internal stakeholder relationships

  • ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert

  • Thorough understanding of project management methodologies and principles

  • Strong knowledge of agile software development practices

  • Ability to influence transformational change with key stakeholders and deliver complex projects or programs on time, on budget and to a high quality

  • Proven practice experience in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes leading to enhanced business value

  • Comfortable leading workshops to the hierarchy of large enterprise companies

  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills (proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).

  • Leadership/management/motivational skills

  • Ability to interact and add value as part of a team project delivery effort

The global Information Technology (IT) Function is leading efforts to align IT and Business Strategy, leverage IT investments, and optimize end to end business processes and associated information integration technologies. Through these efforts, IT helps to improve the competitive position of the businesses through IT enabled processes. IT also delivers Information Technology applications, infrastructure, and project services in a cost-efficient manner worldwide.

Scope of Position

  • The companies IT is seeking an exceptional professional with strong leadership skills to join our team as a Solution Architect for IT Supply Chain and Finance Execution team.

  • The ideal Solution Architect will operate largely independently in meeting defined objectives and goals and will possess deep subject matter expertise in the business and technical architecture of Finance Applications and will be expected to develop direction for technology with strategic alignment to the needs of the Enterprise.

  • The Solution Architect will work with SAP Max Attention Architect and Corning Enterprise Architect to define a business and application multi-year technology and capability roadmap.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Service Lines, Enterprise Architects and Business Engagement to translate business requirements and IT enterprise architecture into well-defined technical solutions/requirements by identify and recommend solution architecture including directionally accurate cost estimates for business cases

  • Develop design principles, design patterns, position papers and proof of concepts to define technology and capability direction/introduction in alignment with enterprise architecture goals

  • Provides input into the prioritization of strategic IT investments and introduction of new capability in the Enterprise Business System area; especially Finance

  • Provide guidance and oversight to project and engineering teams in the build, test and deployment of technical solutions by participate and lead project design sessions to develop end to end solutions for complex business problems

  • Perform Site/Deploy Assessments to collect, specify and understand requirements and develop functional specification, respectively review design provided by implementation partners

  • Maintain relationships with key vendors to understand the market trends and direction of associated technologies

Education/Work Experience Requirement

  • Bachelors degree in IT management, computer science, computer engineering, or management information systems with five years relevant experience

  • SAP Functional Certifications and/or Experience; especially in Finance/Controlling and SAP Central Finance

  • 10 years of IT or equivalent business/industry work experience in a relevant subject area.

General Required Skills

  • Extensive experience in working on large scale, mission critical ERP deployment projects including SAP S/4 HANA and especially SAP Central Finance incl. deep understanding of the processes supported by SAP considered best practices

  • Extensive knowledge of general ERP concepts, trends and industry best practices

  • Strong knowledge of multi-tier SAP ERP applications architecture and related infrastructure components; including n+1 landscape with multiple ERP instance

  • SAP Activate, Solution Manager/Focused Build Experience (including Agile Project Management)

  • Knowledge of MDG and master data management

  • Exposure to Cloud concepts and delivery of business capability via SaaS model

  • Demonstrated success working collaboratively with individuals and teams across the company, specifically executives and key stakeholders, utilizing influence, persuasion, leadership, negotiation and group facilitation skills as well as strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

Finance Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in S/4 HANA 1709 or higher for complex multi-country implementations for at least one full implementation/migration project in SAP Central Finance with strong design and configuration skills

  • Functional/technical proficiency in SAP FICO with at least 3 SAP FICO implementations including business acumen in Financial Services and/or Accounting

  • Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Central Finance including understanding of AIF and technical settings in SAP Central Finance and the necessary landscape design including integration via Magnitude SourceConnect

  • Experience in Reporting and Analytics with S/4 HANA and Central Finance including configuring document splitting for full balance sheet reporting by different lines of businesses within a company code

  • FI module components including

  • General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Banks (including integration), and Treasury

  • CO module components including Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing including:

  • Central Payments and Central Cash Application

  • SAP Group Reporting (Consolidations)

  • SAP Treasury Management, Cash Management and Bank Account Management, Profitability Analysis (COPA), Manufacturing Variances and Settlements, and Profit Centers Master Data components including COA, Profit Centers, Cost Centers, Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Bank Master, BOMs and Routings

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

CTG is seeking a remote Epic Radiology Scheduling Team Lead to support a team of scheduling agents that will be helping patients in setting up appointments for mammograms, bone density exams, non-contrast MRIs.

The candidate would be expected to:

• Answer calls when required. This is an active Team Lead role.

• Participate in knowledge-gathering sessions with the client to develop training and knowledge reference materials for the team to use.

• Interact with the client when needed to continuously ensure that quality is being upheld and workflows being are followed.

• Train any new agents on the account on the specifics of their role.

• Monitor agent performance related to contact center metrics.

• Review agent interactions with patients to ensure that quality measures are being upheld.

• Support agents in their role by answering questions and making decisions when needed.

• Monitor agent performance related to contact center metrics.

• Coach and mentor agents to ensure they are successful.

REQUIRED SKILLS (primary and nice-to-have): (Required means that the client only wants to see candidates who have these skills).

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with Epic EMR

• Previous experience working in a healthcare setting as either a medical assistant or central scheduler

• Experience with Radiology RIS system and processes

• Understands how radiology schedules

• Experience managing radiology scheduling staff

• Understand SLAs and managing SLAs

• Comfortable analyzing reporting for SLA and staff utilization

• Experience with a Workforce Management tool (Calabrio, Monet, etc.)

• Experience with ServiceNow and reporting from ServiceNow

• Experience with Amazon Connect (or similar Contact Center Management software)

• Professional and excellent communications skills

• Excellent use of excel, word, and PowerPoint

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Previous experience working from home a plus

• Bi-lingual with Spanish a plus (doesn’t have to be fluent)

Responsibilities

  • Experience working with a team on visioning and designing solutions to meet Energy client goals of reducing emissions, improving worker safety, and enable remote operations

  • Expertise in working with partners to build relationships that foster lead sharing and joint pursuit of opportunities for the mutual success of the client, the partner, and CTG.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support services for Nuance PowerScribe, Aspen/MRS Breast, Nuance Actionable Findings and QPath

  • Analyze service requests, and make recommendations related to best practices

  • Follow client’s documented Demand Management process to obtain approval for changes.

  • Build application changes in Test, work with user to complete testing, and move to production according to the client’s change control process.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Knowledge of Radiology workflows

Overview
