Description:
CTG is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Analyst for an engagement with a client in the mid-west region. The Application Analyst participates in the overall build, documentation, operation and support of Clinical or Business applications and reports, including Epic Community Connect projects.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Epic application support (work tickets, service/change request, routine maintenance), while client focuses on important initiatives, meeting defined Service Level Agreements.
• Assist with completion of enhancement backlog requests, with a strong understanding of the potential ripple effect of making changes within the Epic Ambulatory module
• Qualified candidate will need to show a willingness to be a team player and apply application implementation best practices.
• Executes project tasks as assigned under the direction of the IS Manager and executes routine support with assistance.
• Train and mentor teammates and end users as requested
• Adheres to and enhances quality assurance standards, systems development and delivery methodologies.
• Contributes to analysis and recommendations relating to application build and functionality of systems to ensure reliability for current and/or future use.
• Manages customer relationships and follows issues through to closure. Includes all aspects of customers (technology users, IS team members, end users, etc).
• Works effectively in supporting the technical teams with project and support activities.
• Actively participates and communicates with the project and support teams.
• Communicates clearly, responsively, and purposely with customers and team members.
• Develops effective relationships with users and other IS team members to enhance the timeliness and effectiveness of technology solutions.
• Assists with projects in the planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of application software code. This could include preparing time estimates for project activities and helping develop project timelines, monitoring performance, and reporting progress toward project milestones.
• Demonstrates the ability to respond appropriately to project, departmental and customer priorities.
• Seeks to improve talents and skills consistent with overall IS direction.
• Acts as a resource for members of the application teams.
• Focuses on IS team success and promotes collaborative efforts with others.
• Shifts among different support and project roles as required by situation.
• Adapts to rapid change and manages multiple priorities.
Skills Required:
• Minimum of five years’ progressive clinical/healthcare experience within Epic Ambulatory.
• Experience with Reporting and Registries highly preferred
• Bones experience highly preferred
• Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting skills
• Self-starter with demonstrated teamwork & communication skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Likes to dig in and understands ripple effect of making changes
• Attention to detail
• Prefer experience in multiple of the following: PT / OT, Sports Medicine, Ortho, Podiatry, Heart Institute / Cardiac
• Appreciate and break down barriers
• Best brightest, patience and grace
• Mentor and lead
• Prior consulting experience highly preferred

Job Summary: Exhibits the highest degree of expertise in one or more specialized areas supporting Epic EHR. Able to function independently within technical and organizational area (s) of specialization. Provides support and guidance to all levels of functional management throughout organization, acting in the capacity of functional, business or information consultant. Expected to focus 80% or more time engaged in supporting Epic design, build, testing and support. Reports to Director level in Information Services
We are looking for Epic Grand Central certified builder/analyst (expertise in Dashboard, Transfer Center and Bed Planning) to start immediately for a period of 3 months, and can be remote.
Licensure and Certifications: Epic Grand Central Certification Required
• Minimum Requirements: Work requires the level of knowledge normally attained through completion of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Management.
Minimum of 2 years of direct Epic build, implementation and support experience in addition to 6 years progressive experience in Information Services or combination of Information Services and direct Health Care experience. Medium to Large-scale implementation/upgrades Comprehensive test plans development
Large Hospital/IDN Information Technology Experience and/or Healthcare Operations Experience EPIC Application Certification plus one additional Primary or Secondary EPIC Certification. The Director will support the management of the delivery of consulting services to clients to help them achieve IT-related solutions to business goals. The Director will participates in sales activities at assigned clients to promote their delivery solutions group and CTG. Responsibilities:
Company – Driving Business and Generating Revenue
Brings strong business acumen to building the Infrastructure and Cloud Delivery practice in NA

Our client is looking for an experienced supply chain professional to partner with their IT / PMO and Business Transformation teams to drive optimization through process, people and system solutions. Required Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business or relevant field

Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in Procurement/Supply Chain or related function
Should be able to demonstrate experience in building project plans, owning & executing projects.

Support the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program as a Senior Health Data OS and Network Engineer.
Review LAN traffic in AITC, VA WAN traffic to Medical Centers and identify abnormal behaviors in traffic patterns. Develop reports using NetScout and other monitoring tools for bandwidth, latency, and application specific messages. Review message logs to make sure all packets are encrypted. Validate and monitor Operating System logs for both Windows and Linux. Validate configuration on the Linux servers after system upgrades and patching. Validate the successful patching to Windows 2012 and 2016 systems, including installation of application, configuration of Roles, Features, policies, and setting to ensure they comply with VA requirements Analyze systems attached to a Storage Area Network are configured with Multipath IO Policy to achieve redundancy and optimized performance.
Review NIC teaming configuration for network redundancy and recommend updates to settings for optimizing throughput and performance. Analyze Windows Clustering for High Availability and recommend allocation of resources to the appropriate roles to maintain application requirements. Conduct quality assurance on 36 instances of Red Hat Linux which make up the VX130 Shadow Systems. Validate that Linux authentication with Centrify Software to Windows Domain Controller both support PIV card authentication. Validate systems that are added to the monitoring tools (SCOM and Solarwinds).
Support troubleshooting events and provide recommendations to optimize server performance Perform daily review of event logs, status of clusters, and notifications. Prepare and update POAMs to address vulnerabilities identified by Nessus and Penetration Scans monthly in compliance with ATO and ATC. Analyze and provide recommendations to harden servers per VA/DoD STIG guidelines Review physical and virtual server builds to ensure they meet specifications. Conduct quality assurance on sFTP system to ensure it remains in compliance with the Authority to Operate/Authority to Connect (ATO/ATC) required by VA and DoD, the system uses the DoD VA MedCOI network. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clinical IT Associate Application Analyst (Tier 1.5) will support a large Health System client for CTG in Atlanta, GA, and is responsible for providing service desk functionality in support of health care delivery specifically in Epic Systems.
Hours of support are defined by the customer and will range between 6:00 am to 6:30 pm M-F 40 hours per week but some OT may be required.
The focus of this position is to provide high First Call Resolution support by responding to inquiries from the user community for requests and incident resolution for Epic application modules. An analyst is expected to have the knowledge and expertise to answer most "How To" questions. If the issue requires a certified Level 2 resource to address the issue, analysts are expected to fully document the incident/request and escalate to the appropriate Level 2 Epic team based on the module.
Qualifications:
• Must have previous experience supporting Ambulatory or Inpatient systems – either as an analyst or Help Desk resources with Application-Specific first-call resolution.
• Prior experience with Epic Care EMR in some capacity – Trainer, Go-Live Command Center, Help Desk Technician, Application Analyst non-certified.
• Must have experience troubleshooting and problem-solving end-user issues in a healthcare environment.
• Experience working with customer support/call center ticketing systems.
• Ability to handle oneself in a professional manner working in a highly stressful environment, at times with impatient customers. Must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English. Review and understand customer requirements and specifications.
• Provide prompt escalation of application/system problems including assisting in determining the root cause of problems through to appropriate solutions.
• Must have a broad understanding of information technology and the ability to adapt to new technologies is essential. Able to deal with ambiguity and change and handle multiple projects and tasks.
• Must possess the ability to function independently and collaborate effectively on a team.
• Epic certification or credentialed trainer is a plus
• Overtime and/or weekend work may/will be required depending on the shift schedule. Able to be flexible when necessary to support varied shifts.
