Job Title:Cadence Analyst
Location:Remote
Duration:3 Months
Summary:
The position of Epic Analyst requires an individual that possesses functional knowledge and skills in EPIC products that are used to conduct clinical operations
Responsible for workflow analysis, building, training, troubleshooting and optimization
Provide guidance in the development of end user requests; perform maintenance, as well as troubleshoot the Epic applications
Participate in new development projects and system upgrades
Operate as a bridge between the users, patients, and the rest of the support team
Utilizes online resources to learn about new functionality; how to implement/troubleshoot functionality; and monitor conversations amongst other customers
Standardizing and adding visit types/templates/online scheduling etc
Missing template release dates
Updating Department Security
EOD processing understanding
Requirements:
Epic Cadence Certification required
Experience in MyChart preferred
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or a satisfactory combination of education, training, and experience is preferred
Additional Information
