CTG is currently seeking an experiencedMicrosoft 365 Developer with expertise in SharePoint Online and Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)for a full time remote opportunity.
Location: Fully Remote supporting multiple time zones
Duration: Ongoing W2 (no 1099 or C2C)
SummaryWrites programs from client specifications, with little or no assistance. Helps establish program schedules and meet related goals and deadlines. Able to communicate with all levels of client’s technical staff. Meets the clients and CTG managements expectations regarding performance, communications, and professionalism. May require limited supervision by senior staff or client management and may assist or supervise junior-level staff.Responsibilities
Develop capabilities in applications system design
Develop quality assurance capabilities
Design applications and write specifications
Alert CTG sales staff to potential follow-on business
Perform other responsibilities as assignedDuties
Implement technology solutions within objective and scope
Adhere to project estimates or notify project manager if a change order is necessary
Prepare system test plans
Assist and supervise less experienced software engineers
Help define project goals and schedules
Perform other duties as assignedQualifications
Bachelors degree in Programming, Computer Science or related field
5+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience including 5 years of technical leadership.
Expertise in multiple Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Practical awareness of web technologies HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, Knockout JS, SOAP Web Services, REST-- Report writing SSRS- MVC, Angular- MCP Exams- BI Experience
Good understanding of Agile, Scrum and other development methodologies
Communicate effectively with management
Professional Microsoft certifications (Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate, MCSD: App Builder)
