Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire sales management system within the Southeast region of the Utility Services - Municipal Services business. This role involves developing and implementing regional sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring that sales activities meet or exceed company objectives. The Sales Manager conducts regular sales meetings, reviews sales performance data, and collaborates with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing sales documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and reporting on sales performance to senior leadership. Strong leadership and management skills, extensive knowledge of sales management systems, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met
- Create and maintain sales budget and forecast reports
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners

The Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role includes proactive system troubleshooting, works with mechanical, electrical, diesel equipment conditions, conducts preventative maintenance and parts inventory, and anticipates and corrects safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment). Has direct interfacing with customer and may be responsible for work in multiple systems/locations/customers.

The Role: Xylem seeks to hire an Assistant Product Manager to work with Product Line Manager in execution of business unit strategy and to meet preset product line goals.
Essential Functions:
Participate in new product development and strategic planning initiatives for the product line and assist in roadmap development.
Demand analysis in units and dollars for products and replacement parts, including margin analysis. Update forecasts under guidance of product manager.
Assistance in the development of training aids, product and application literature -case studies-, white papers, and other materials that will aid Sales Representatives in promoting the product line.
Review of product pricing including recommendations for pricing adjustments and review of special pricing requests.
Facilitate team meetings for the product line.
Support development of promotional materials with the company's Communications and eBusiness Groups. This includes product selection software, web content, social media and other traditional written materials.
Supervise Product Specialists when assigned whose primary responsibility is to provide technical customer support.
Participate in cross-functional teams to improve or develop processes within the manufacturing plant.
Travel as necessary to spend time with Sales Representatives, conduct training, and develop key relationships that help grow and drive sales to meet overall objectives. Travel internationally, to visit company global manufacturing facilities and interact with other product managers.
Assist in analysis of product segments for rationalization
Assist in or lead voice of customer exercises.
Provide technical assistance to Sales Representatives, Market Development Managers, and other customers including:
Answering customer inquiries regarding product application and provides special pricing within delegation of authority controls.
Developing and updating products with catalogs, submittals, Instruction/Operation Manuals, Price Sheets and other support materials.
Communicating with customer groups regarding product updates, competitive analyses, and other pertinent information.
All other tasks as directed by the product manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS. Mechanical Engineering or Marketing with technical experience. Preferred: MBA
5-10 years experience in the pump industry with technical/marketing field with supervisory experience.

THE ROLE: The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for mechanical and electrical experience repairing and troubleshooting various types of manufacturing and CNC equipment. In this role, the incumbent will also need core skills in all typical maintenance disciplines are required, electrical wiring and automation are important strengths for this candidate! This role will work 1st shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) on a Monday - Friday. Qualified candidates must also be willing to work various shifts when required. Install, perform maintenance, and repair equipment as it relates to mechanical and electrical maintenance. Work will require a comprehensive scope of technical disciplines (e.g., Mechanical drives, belts, chains, lubrication, hydraulics, pneumatics, pipe fitting, welding, instrumentation systems, electrical wiring, PLCs, troubling of all areas and general facilities maintenance.)
Maintain good communication with production supervisors, machine operators, managers, and other support personnel.
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) as established by standard operating procedure and regulatory requirements.
Must be positive team contributor who understands they are a service provider to all operational team members.
Participate in training activities, both on and off site
Document and maintain required records, and follow-up as required on all deficiencies.
Work safely by following all safety policies, procedures and actively participate in all site safety programs.
Identify root cause of issues during production and document issue on action logs.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Devise methods and procedures for electrical and electronic maintenance; make original contributions to resolve complex problems.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in electrical and/or maintenance field (minimum of three years of experience preferred) and can repair all the plant's equipment. Experience in an automated manufacturing facility will be a plus!
Requires use of higher mathematics involved in applications of electrical and electronic principles along with comprehensive knowledge of theories and practices in some related fields.
Knowledge of traditional electrical wiring, programmable controllers, and various instrumentation systems and general industrial controls. This includes common testing equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in pneumatic/hydraulic troubleshooting; other maintenance skills in carpentry, pipe fitting and welding are also welcome attributes.
Must manage/prioritize preventative, emergency repairs, corrective, and project work to quickly and efficiently complete tasks.
Must be willing and able to work overtime, as needed, to fulfill this job's responsibility to the plant along with multi-shift operations.
Above average computer skills.
Maintain a good safety record and monitor unsafe conditions throughout the plant.
Self-motivated individual able to use cause and affect logic to problem solve and driven to troubleshoot problems down to the most detailed level.
Be able to follow detailed work orders, modify same through supervision or lead-person as required.
Experience with NC/CNC machine maintenance and diagnostics is a plus but not required.

THE ROLE : The Field Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, servicing, and repairing pumping and support equipment in a safe and efficient manner in a Xylem Service Center, Customer job site or via phone. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance and servicing as directed on Godwin fleet equipment between each rental.
Troubleshoot diesel engine, electrical systems and pump problems.
Rebuild diesel engines and pump ends.
Assist customer and/or Xylem personnel with setting up pumping systems on customer job sites as needed. Assist in the performance of start-up duties and ensure any problems are resolved.
Perform an initial inspection of Godwin fleet equipment for possible damages; diagnose damages; report damages to Service Manager.
Test all repaired equipment for proper operation and quality.
Perform preventative maintenance on Company vehicles and shop support equipment.
Perform diagnostic checks using computer technology.
Participate in weekly on-call rotation schedule to assist customers after hours.
Perform related duties as assigned.
Participation in Xylem Watermark volunteer activities
Minimum Qualifications : Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:
3-5 years of diesel experience and/or training or combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
Valid driver's license with good driving record
Ability to obtain DOT Medical card
Commercial Driver License B - Preferred
Diagnosing basic mechanical problems
Thorough understanding of the methods, materials, tools and techniques used in equipment repair and maintenance.
Basic understanding of pump station electrical controls and monitoring devices

DAY IN THE LIFE :
In this role, the working environment may be frequently outdoors, weather extremities, use of PPE, exposures to hazardous material, loud noise, etc. and the physical demands may include but not limited to {regularly sitting, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs. In addition, this role may require frequent travel to customer sites and on-call as a regular part of the job.
Standard weekly job hours: 40 hours.
SALARY :
The estimated salary range for this position is $26/hr. - $34/hr. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range. The Role:
The Material Handler's main function is to manage the flow of material from the point of receiving purchased material to the point that product is put to stock as finished goods.

The multi-skilled Material Handler is more independent and self-reliant on moving incoming and outgoing product movement in accordance with supply chain and throughout the facility.
Core Responsibilities and Tasks:
Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality
Reads production schedule customer order work order shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved gathered or distributed.
Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
Sorts and places materials or items on racks shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size type style color or product code.
Fills requisitions work orders or requests for materials or other stock items and distributes items to production areas.
Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets.
Navigate SAP material / inventory modules (confirming available stock issued & confirming TO's)
Marks materials with identifying information.
Opens bales crates and other containers.
Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
Uses computer to enter records.Drives material handling equipment to transport stored items.
Loads and unloads trailers of palletized and non-palletized product.
Utilizes manual and automated material handling equipment.
Practices and adheres to appropriate safety and hygiene guidelines/procedures for safe housekeeping and personal protection.
Complies with environmental regulations when using dispensing or handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials and wastes.
May perform other duties as required.

Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years of relevant experience including material handling
Candidate must able to communicate effectively to team members and management staff.
Must be able to operate material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Previous experience with ERP system SAP experience a plus.
Able to work independently and problem solve

THE ROLE: The Driver Technician will be responsible for supporting the delivery, installation and operation of our pumps on Xylem Service Center sites and/or customer job sites. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Identify all items to be delivered or picked up with customer to ensure completeness and accuracy. Perform visual inspection of equipment being picked up and note any damage. Obtain customer's signature on appropriate paperwork.
Utilize motorized equipment handling machinery to safely load equipment on and off trucks and trailers.
Operate fusion machine to build HDPE (high-density polyethylene) pipelines on customer site to connect the pumping system. Ensure pumping system and pipeline meet operational requirements. Understand and react to how weather conditions effect HDPE fusion.
Secure all items loaded on the truck for safe over-the-road travel in accordance with Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration (FMCSA), Federal Department of Transportation and local Department of Transportation guidelines.
Assist in securing load utilizing straps and chains.
Ensure yard and loading areas are clear of debris and trash; accessories and equipment are organized and easy to access.
Follow all safety processes and procedures and maintain a 'Safety First' approach when completing daily work tasks. Complete a Job Safety Assessment before beginning any job on a customer site. Ensure compliance with all Personal Protective Equipment requirements.

One to two years' experience in the construction industry preferred.
Ability to drive overnight.
Ability to cross-borders and obtain valid passport.
Ability to drive difficult routes.
Ability to understand weight requirements / weight distribution.
DAY IN THE LIFE :
In this role, the working environment is a shop/manufacturing environment subject to all weather conditions, shop noise, and fumes within OSHA standards and machinery with moving parts. The physical demands may include but not limited to bending, squatting, stooping, twisting, kneeling, climbing, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. This role requires extended hours as needed (weekends, overtime, and on-call rotations) and travel to fulfill duties listed above.
SALARY :
The estimated salary range for this position is $23/Hr. to $30/Hr. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range. Attend/participate in instructor led and/or web-based company training as required

QUALIFICATIONS :
High school diploma or GED preferred
Good hand-eye coordination skills
Must be able to read and understand written process
Basic math and measurement skills
Good communication skills
Have attention to detail
Soldering skills preferred but not required

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides routing feedback to the Field Service Supervisor and Customer Support Manager relative to major or repetitive product or customer problems, competitive information, product enhancements, and potential sales opportunities.
Willingness to travel internationally or outside of their normally designeated geographical areas.
Monitors ISO procedures and recommends changes when required using the approved ISO process.-Performs other duties as may be required.
