Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire sales management system within the Southeast region of the Utility Services - Municipal Services business. This role involves developing and implementing regional sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring that sales activities meet or exceed company objectives. The Sales Manager conducts regular sales meetings, reviews sales performance data, and collaborates with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:

The Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role includes proactive system troubleshooting, works with mechanical, electrical, diesel equipment conditions, conducts preventative maintenance and parts inventory, and anticipates and corrects safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment). Has direct interfacing with customer and may be responsible for work in multiple systems/locations/customers.

As the Senior Director of Corporate Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Xylem's strategic direction. The role will report to the VP of Corporate Development and will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Development team in executing our strategic imperatives via acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and equity investments. The Senior Director will lead various aspects of the M&A process, including valuing, structuring, project managing due diligence, and negotiating definitive agreements.

Xylem is enhancing its Corporate Development team, to help Xylem deliver on its in-organic growth ambition, deploying capital, and continuing Xylem's reputation for having a world-class Corporate Development and M&A deal execution team. Xylem has completed over 20 acquisitions deploying ~$9.5B since it became public in 2011, while at the same time divesting over 10 businesses/product lines. Xylem is extremely well capitalized and well positioned with the ambition to drive strategic growth and portfolio enhancements via acquisitions, joint ventures, equity investments and divestitures.

Position Responsibilities:

• Successful candidate will partner with the strategy and business development teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize new strategic growth opportunities that fit within Xylem's strategic markets including investments and/or joint ventures.

• You will act as -deal quarterback- simultaneously advising and driving deal teams of subject matter experts from corporate and the business units and functions to complete required work and reach investment recommendations.

• Provide leadership through the M&A/divestiture process, across Xylem segments and across all geographies applying -hands-on- skills in the following areas:

• valuation

• deal structure

• due diligence

• integration

• modeling/analytics

• contract negotiations

• project management

• Develop and manage robust due-diligence process focused on commercial, operational, legal, financial and human capital elements with clear recommendation on value creation, investment and ownership risks.

• Develop and cultivate relationships with investment bankers, sell/buy side advisors and corporate development leads within the water industry to facilitate transactions and promote Xylem as a leader in M&A and the water space

• Together with the strategy and business development teams, lead the analysis, preparation and recommendations for strategic investments, acquisitions and divestitures including the development of strategic rationale, testing, and verification of value creation hypothesis.

• Partner with Xylem legal to negotiate acquisition and divestiture term sheets and definitive agreements.

• Guide the business teams through the internal approval process

• As a Xylem executive, you will be accountable for empowering, developing and engaging direct and in-direct reports /project teams to build a high-performance team.

Professional Experience/Requirements:

THE ROLE: The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for mechanical and electrical experience repairing and troubleshooting various types of manufacturing and CNC equipment. In this role, the incumbent will also need core skills in all typical maintenance disciplines are required, electrical wiring and automation are important strengths for this candidate! This role will work 1st shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) on a Monday - Friday. Qualified candidates must also be willing to work various shifts when required. • Install, perform maintenance, and repair equipment as it relates to mechanical and electrical maintenance. Work will require a comprehensive scope of technical disciplines (e.g., Mechanical drives, belts, chains, lubrication, hydraulics, pneumatics, pipe fitting, welding, instrumentation systems, electrical wiring, PLCs, troubling of all areas and general facilities maintenance.)

• Maintain good communication with production supervisors, machine operators, managers, and other support personnel.

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) as established by standard operating procedure and regulatory requirements.

• Must be positive team contributor who understands they are a service provider to all operational team members.

• Participate in training activities, both on and off site

• Document and maintain required records, and follow-up as required on all deficiencies.

• Work safely by following all safety policies, procedures and actively participate in all site safety programs.

• Identify root cause of issues during production and document issue on action logs.

• Perform all other related duties as assigned.

• Devise methods and procedures for electrical and electronic maintenance; make original contributions to resolve complex problems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in electrical and/or maintenance field (minimum of three years of experience preferred) and can repair all the plant's equipment. Experience in an automated manufacturing facility will be a plus!

• Requires use of higher mathematics involved in applications of electrical and electronic principles along with comprehensive knowledge of theories and practices in some related fields.

• Knowledge of traditional electrical wiring, programmable controllers, and various instrumentation systems and general industrial controls. This includes common testing equipment.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in pneumatic/hydraulic troubleshooting; other maintenance skills in carpentry, pipe fitting and welding are also welcome attributes.

• Must manage/prioritize preventative, emergency repairs, corrective, and project work to quickly and efficiently complete tasks.

• Must be willing and able to work overtime, as needed, to fulfill this job's responsibility to the plant along with multi-shift operations.

• Above average computer skills.

• Maintain a good safety record and monitor unsafe conditions throughout the plant.

• Self-motivated individual able to use cause and affect logic to problem solve and driven to troubleshoot problems down to the most detailed level.

• Be able to follow detailed work orders, modify same through supervision or lead-person as required.

• Experience with NC/CNC machine maintenance and diagnostics is a plus but not required.

Core Responsibilities and Tasks:

Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality

FCAW, GMAW, GMAW-P, TIG, GTAW, SAW, SMAW and Carbon Arc welding from blueprints

Understand and apply NDE codes and requirements

Identify root causes and trends of work area issues, communicate to support and empower work group

Initiate action plan to resolve issues

Mentor and advise Welder and Sr Welder

Performs Sr Welder responsibilities:

Interprets engineered drawings

Follows red-line process, recommends modifications and improvements when applicable using weld symbols and dimensions

Troubleshoots and repairs consumable failures such as spring liners and tip nozzle insulators

Performs Welder responsibilities:

Performs basic operations using hand and power tools including but not limited to chipping hammers and grinders

Enter work hours in ERP system (Currently SAP)

Drives continuous improvement process and conducts daily housekeeping/5S audits to ensure continuous improvement activities

Troubleshoot machine and equipment issues such as faulty consumables

Work collaboratively with supervisors, managers, and peers to produce a quality product in a timely manner

Contributes to division results and performance

Take care of internal and external customer needs and expectations

Position Requirements:

1. FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required: High School diploma or equivalent.

2. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Required: Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience required or education/experience equivalent

FCAW, GMAW, GMAW-P, TIG, GTAW, SAW, SMAW and Carbon Arc welding

Weld ability to pass x-ray testing, hydro testing, mag particle testing, and dye penetrate testing

Able to read and interpret blueprints

Operation of various hand and power tools

The Role:

The Material Handler's main function is to manage the flow of material from the point of receiving purchased material to the point that product is put to stock as finished goods.

Essential Functions:

. Transactions to maintain inventory accuracy within computer system

. Transporting purchased material from receiving and putting to proper stock location

. Transporting finished goods inventory to stock area

. Keep work area clean and organized

. Follow ISO standards

THE ROLE: The Driver Technician will be responsible for supporting the delivery, installation and operation of our pumps on Xylem Service Center sites and/or customer job sites. • Identify all items to be delivered or picked up with customer to ensure completeness and accuracy. Perform visual inspection of equipment being picked up and note any damage. Obtain customer's signature on appropriate paperwork.

• Utilize motorized equipment handling machinery to safely load equipment on and off trucks and trailers.

• Operate fusion machine to build HDPE (high-density polyethylene) pipelines on customer site to connect the pumping system. Ensure pumping system and pipeline meet operational requirements. Understand and react to how weather conditions effect HDPE fusion.

• Secure all items loaded on the truck for safe over-the-road travel in accordance with Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration (FMCSA), Federal Department of Transportation and local Department of Transportation guidelines.

• Assist in securing load utilizing straps and chains.

• Ensure yard and loading areas are clear of debris and trash; accessories and equipment are organized and easy to access.

• Follow all safety processes and procedures and maintain a 'Safety First' approach when completing daily work tasks. Complete a Job Safety Assessment before beginning any job on a customer site. Ensure compliance with all Personal Protective Equipment requirements.

DAY IN THE LIFE :

The physical demands may include but not limited to bending, squatting, stooping, twisting, kneeling, climbing, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. This role requires extended hours as needed (weekends, overtime, and on-call rotations) and travel to fulfill duties listed above.

SALARY :

The estimated salary range for this position is $23/Hr. to $30/Hr. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range. THE ROLE : The ideal candidate will be able to assemble, build, and/or fabricate defect-free parts and/or finished products per the assigned written processes, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of products within the Assembler's assigned product area (i.e. Value Stream). Will work with Team Leaders, Product Planners, and Material Coordinators daily to meet all delivery requirements.

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Thursday. 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM Friday.

Starting hourly rate: $15.25 per hour

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• The ideal candidate will be able to assemble, build, and/or fabricate defect-free parts and/or finished products per the assigned written processes, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of products within the Assembler's assigned product area (i.e. Value Stream). Will work with Team Leaders, Product Planners, and Material Coordinators daily to meet all delivery requirements. Assemble pieces, parts, or whole components

• Hand solder components

• Measure and epoxy components

• Work and communicate with manufacturing engineering to resolve problems and make process improvements

• Keep work area clean and organized per 5/6S standards

• Follow open shop order report and process

• Follow ISO standards

• Mentor new manufacturing employees as needed.

• Serve as a manufacturing cell's point person when needed/assigned

• Attend/participate in instructor led and/or web-based company training as required

• Participation in Xylem Watermark volunteer activities

QUALIFICATIONS :

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Good hand-eye coordination skills

• Must be able to read and understand written process

• Basic math and measurement skills

• Good communication skills

• Have attention to detail

• Soldering skills preferred but not required

• Must be able to work in a team environment

• Must be willing to follow all written and implied policies

• Flexible forty-hour week, but must be able to work moderate overtime to meet seasonal/cyclical demands of the business

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides routing feedback to the Field Service Supervisor and Customer Support Manager relative to major or repetitive product or customer problems, competitive information, product enhancements, and potential sales opportunities.

• Willingness to travel internationally or outside of their normally designeated geographical areas.

• Monitors ISO procedures and recommends changes when required using the approved ISO process.-Performs other duties as may be required.
