Basic Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph

  • Security+ |CE certification

  • Associate's Degree or higher + 0-3 years of experience OR HS/GED + 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited too:

  • Assists in the implementation of required government policy (e.g.,, NISPOM, DCID 6/3), and makes recommendations on process tailoring.

  • Performs analyses to validate established security requirements and recommends additional security requirements and safeguards where required.

  • Supports the formal Security Test & Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority through pre-test preparations, participation in the tests, analysis of the results, and preparation of required reports.

  • Periodically conducts a review of each system's audits and monitors corrective actions until all actions are closed.

  • Exhibits technical and operational proficiency in the primary duties of the job family. Plays a key role in implementing projects and programs in the function.

  • Acts as a resource to managers and employees in the organization.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with conducting research and analysis.

  • Familiarity with network and information system security principles and best practices.

  • Familiarity with controlling, labeling, virus scanning, and appropriately transferring data (uploading/downloading) between information systems at varying classification levels.

  • Ability to work with the military, civilians, and other contractors at all levels.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Familiarity with applicable IC and DoD policies, procedures and operating instructions related to Information Technology, Information Assurance, Information Management (IT/IA/IM).

While the position would initially be remote, candidates must be based near Nashville, Tennessee.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Independently develop and/or supervise the creation of contract documents for transportation projects meeting client quality requirements -including defining the problem, establishing scope, preparing the budget and schedule, planning work, providing technical direction, and reporting the work status

  • Analyzing design issues and providing detail design that satisfies client's need

  • Delivering products consisting of detailed calculations, drawings, procurement documents, design and installation packages, proposal evaluations, technical reports, and detailed analyses

  • Supporting other discipline activities as necessary

  • Mentoring young staff members and providing performance input

  • Developing skill sets to lead project development in the future

  • Providing technical guidance to young engineers and CAD Designer/Drafters on project

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)

  • 5+ years of related work experience

  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certificate may be required

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Facilities Engineer, Data Center to join our team! As a Data Center Facilities Engineer, you'll be working in close collaboration with customers in a faced paced, operationally focused environment supporting data centers. This position requires 3-4 OCONUS trips per year and you'll be working alongside other engineers as part of a larger program. Your focus will be providing subject matter expertise in mechanical and electrical systems within data centers including design, implementation, and support. When not OCONUS, you'll be in the WMA supporting similar systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responsible for mechanical systems (chiller plant, FCUs, air handlers, in-row coolers), to include operations and maintenance, modifications, and reporting of mechanical data and metrics

  • Maintain all as-built designs, ensuring all changes at site are recorded and documented properly

  • Participate in future site design modifications and upgrades

  • Analyze data from the site's monitoring system to support design efforts to expansion capabilities or improve efficiencies

  • Work at site (OCONUS) with the O&M team as the lead HVAC Technician to oversee any mechanical system maintenance or modifications

  • Deploy OCONUS to the site with the opportunity for leave every 3-4 months throughout the year

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Must have an active TS security clearance

  • Must have minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or Advanced Degree/Technical School graduate in a related field and 5 years experience.

  • Experience in chilled water systems (CWS) to include chiller plant, pumps, valves, air handling units, fan coil units, and the associated infrastructure.

  • Single-handedly lift and carry 45-pound systems and be capable of prolonged use of site equipment (e.g., hand tools, power tools, disintegrators, and degaussers).

  • Good communication skills and an ability to work closely with other professionals.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Journeyman HVAC Technician license.

  • Familiar with data center building management systems; operating, monitoring and programming (modifying the program).

  • Crossed trained in other trades (Electrical, plumbing, structural, etc)

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Chief Estimator to join our team! In this role you will d ev elop, manage, and/or execute all estimating activities for large and complex construction projects in multiple markets including Bridge / Highway / DOT, Water / Wastewater, and Industrial.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide management, guidance, and act as team leader for all estimating team staff.

  • Lead all estimate scope requirements and be completely responsible for all estimated costs for contracted services.

  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of all estimating deliverables and ensures estimates are prepared in accordance with company policies, program requirements, and meet quality control standards.

  • Ensure that estimators are working within their skill set and implementing sound industry estimating practices.

  • Utilize knowledge in resource skill sets and durations required to prepare and deliver estimates.

  • Review contract documents to determine reasonableness of estimated cost and verifies that all risk and contingencies have been appropriately applied.

  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Traffic Management Center Operator (TMC)

Our Traffic Management Center Operator positively impact lives every day! With Parsons, you will handle a variety of customer issues while delivering world class customer service! In this role, you will support our Department of Transportation clients to monitor roadways and help manage traffic events/incidents to ensure the right personnel are dispatched to handle the problem. You will be answering and responding to calls from the public, and will communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with our teams using various tools like our Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS), and other traffic monitoring equipment. Once you receive calls, your goal will be to help resolve traffic incidents by escalating issues through the appropriate channels like other Traffic Management Center staff, Highway Patrol, and partner agencies, like Fire and Rescue and other emergency responders.

  • Once a traffic incident is observed, notify SCDPS (Highway Patrol) of incidents and stranded motorists. Communicate and coordinate incident information with local SCDOT maintenance and District staff as needed

  • Dispatch State Highway Emergency Program (SHEP) Responders and provide other appropriate response agencies of scene details

  • Provide information to motorists by displaying messages on Variable Message Boards (VMS), Dynamic Message Boards (DMS), and Highway Advisory Radios (HAR) through our Traffic Management System, to advise the public of incidents, that may impact traffic flow.

  • Input data into the SCDOT ATMS database for incidents, construction, and maintenance activities impacting traffic flow to generate events in 511. All information must be keyed in accurately and in a timely manner to prevent future delays or accidents.

  • Compile reports of routine incident response activities, log daily, all major incidents, construction, maintenance, and unusual occurrences.

  • Responsible for operations of SCDOT's role in the "Child Amber Alert" program, including proper operation of ITS (VMS, DMS, HAR) equipment

  • Coordinate with emergency services and external organizations to create accurate and timely records of the event, follow standard procedures, and take the initiative to ensure the highest levels of customer service are maintained.

  • Monitor the operation of the network by analyzing information from the GIS, Police Services, traffic management systems, including CCTV, historic and predicted traffic patterns.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma with a minimum of 6 months related experience in a customer service, operations, or a comparable field in which you are interacting with the public, using the phone, and computer equipment.

Overview: VAXCOM is seeking a seasoned All-Source Intelligence Analyst with specialized expertise in counter unmanned aerial systems (cUAS); this position will be in Northern Virginia with some OCONUS TDY travel required. The ideal candidate will bring formal intelligence community (IC) or equivalent military training, strong technical writing capabilities, and significant experience analyzing adversary tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs). This role will focus on counter-UAS operations, integrating complete intelligence data to enhance our strategic and operational capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth all-source analysis to evaluate and interpret intelligence related to unmanned aerial systems (UASs), integrating data from imagery, signals, human intelligence and open sources.

  • Identify and assess trends and patterns in UAV threats and adversary TTPs to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Formulate and recommend strategies and tactics for countering UAV threats, based on comprehensive threat assessments and analysis.

  • Continuously monitor emerging UAS technologies and tactics to anticipate potential threats and vulnerabilities.

  • Develop detailed intelligence reports, briefings and documentation related to counter-UAS operations.

  • Prepare and deliver briefings and reports to senior leadership, operational teams and external stakeholders.

  • Assist in planning and conducting counter-UAS exercises and training programs.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Formal IC or military equivalent analyst training.

  • Three years experience as an all-source analyst with a focus on unmanned aerial systems or counter-UAS operations.

  • Three years of technical writing experience, including preparing of intelligence reports and briefings.

  • Two years analytical experience identifying trends on target/adversary TTPs.

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph.

Desired Qualifications :

  • Master's degree or higher in relevant field.

  • Experience supporting electronic warfare (EW) technical requirements and performing weapons technical analysis.

  • Experience in foreign field operations.

  • Experience working with military Special Operations units.

  • Experience with DoD methodologies for Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield/Environment (IPB/IPE).
