SAIC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber Security Analyst to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating cyber security threats to our organization's network and systems. This position will sit in Panama City, Florida.
Job Responsibilities :
Perform daily scanning tasks within tenable environment
Analyze security logs
Develop and implement security policies and procedures
Stay current with the latest cyber security threats and trends
Provide training and education to employees on cyber security best practices
Maintain and update security systems and software
Collaborate with other IT and security teams to ensure the overall security of the organization
Responsible for ensuring that all RMF related responsibilities are performed for the indicated system or lab.
Coordinate with, report to and advise ISSM
Ensure artifacts are updated and moved through appropriate workflows, both within eMASS and with system administrators.
Execution of SAR/MFR process.
Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelors and two (2) years or more related experience; Masters and zero (0) years related experience; four(4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
Required Qualifications:
Direct RMF (Risk Management Framework) experience within the last 3 months.
Experience/familiarity with NIST SP 800-53 implementation guidance to provide test results for assessment procedures in eMASS.
Familiarity with DoD, DON, NAVSEA/NAVWAR Instruction and can support production of local policy documentation.
Prefer experience working with or performing duties as a Navy Qualified Validator
Familiarity with RMF package types and nuances in eMASS workflows (IATT, Assess Only, System Categorization, Security Plan, Security Assessment Plan, etc.)
Experience identifying and coordinating with System Sponsors, Program Offices, Program Executive Offices, Security Control Assessors, Package Submitting Officials, and differing Authorization Officials.
Expert/Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office tools to include Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and Teams.
Expert/Proficient with written/oral communication and can execute daily RMF duties with limited guidance or direction.
Knowledge and experience ensuring the rigorous application of information security/cyber assurance policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of all IT services; specifically, performing ACAS/SCAP scans, implementing Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), and Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVMs).

This position is responsible for managing inventory levels, overseeing the flow of materials, coordinating with suppliers and ensuring that the delivery of materials meets production schedules.
Job duties include:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure material availability, considering current stock, lead times, and production schedules.

As a Command-and-Control System Engineering Technician, the person in this position will be a critical member of our CAC2S team responsible for the installation, maintenance, and optimization of hardware systems essential for CAC2S operations. SAIC is currently seeking multiple Systems Engineers across multiple locations to support the Army's Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) to provide systems engineering, integration, and training to soldiers to improve working knowledge of systems to include capabilities, applications, configuration, installation, troubleshooting, and operation in a network topology.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide platform and tactical training using systems such as Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE), Joint Capability Release (JCR), Joint Battle Command Post - Platform (JBC-P), Global Command and Control System Army (GCCS-A), and new systems as fielded.
Provide operational and technical experience, knowledge of current operations, and a proven history of systems knowledge.
Provide technical solutions for sustainment of the simulated environment as well to analyze and troubleshoot real world situations that affect the MCIS system communication and performance across tactical LAN/WAN operations.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors and five (5)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
Extensive experience in Mission Command Information Systems.
Prior US Army experience in recent contingency operations.
Must be able to travel up to 50%.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION:
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
Must be able to obtain a full Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required prior to start, SAIC will help to obtain.
Must be a current US Citizen.

Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors and five (5)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
Proven Extensive experience in BCCS/TSI, MCIS, CPOF/CPCE Servers and Enterprise Systems Administration.
Current/Prior service as a 25-series Senior NCO, Technical Warrant Officer (255A, 255N), or Signal Officer (25A).
Experience in Army Tactical Communication Systems (WIN-T and TACSAT).
Experience in Army Mission Command Systems.
Knowledge and experience on Microsoft Windows Server (2008 R2, 2012), VMware vSphere Hypervisor (ESXi 5/6), VMware vCenter 5/6, Cisco Unified Call Manager and Linux Command Line.
Must be able to travel up to 50%.
