Responsibilities include:
Managing congressional workflow and tasking systems: Congressional Hearings and Reporting Requirements Tracking System (CHARRTS), Office of Legislative Counsel (OLC) Web, Department of Defense Congressional Tracking System(DoDCTS), and CATMS database.
Providing multifunctional administrative support, including analysis, filing, support activities, task management, briefing management, and managing special congressional workflows.
Coordinating legislative activities within OUSD(R&E), ensuring alignment across the enterprise.
Handling congressional reporting for OUSD(R&E): analyzing legislative material, coordinating tasking and workflow, arbitrating disputes, and working with OSD(LA) and BAA.
Creating and maintaining workflow, reporting, and analysis documents, tracking deadlines, and issuing guidance.
Managing special inter-Department projects, coordinating with OSD(LA), OGC, and OLC on task groups and processes.
Collating and refining OUSD(R&E) reports, managing groups, and strategizing to meet congressional requirements.
Analyzing inquiries and responses, managing correspondence, tracking follow-up actions, and providing document retrieval services.
Assembling information, maintaining files, and coordinating responses to congressional and DoD staff inquiries.
General administrative duties: coordinating security clearances, processing badge requests, tracking FOIA requests, assisting with Pentagon parking for congressional visitors.
Responding to congressional inquiries, coordinating responses, maintaining a database of inquiries and responses.
Documenting congressional reports and analysis, summarizing official program information as per DoD or federal directives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree & 5+ years of relevant experience, 2 of which involve legislative systems management in the DoD.
Strong problem identification/resolution skills, flexibility, initiative, and a proven ability to work with Senior Executives efficiently and effectively.
Active TS SCI Clearance is required for this position.

We are looking for an experienced, Part -time, Air Traffic Control Instructor to join the SAIC Controller Training Solutions (CTS) team at the Las Vegas TRACON (L30) located in Las Vegas NV, supporting air traffic controller training services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
The CTS Instructor is a hands-on position that requires the candidate to effectively and consistently deliver the highest quality classroom and/or simulation laboratory training to a wide variety of students including developmental air traffic controllers and Certified Professional Controllers (CPC).
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is responsible for ensuring that air traffic control specialists provide the flying public with a high level of safety and professionalism. A well-trained Air Traffic Control (ATC) workforce plays an essential role in fulfilling this responsibility. The FAA employs more than 14,000 air traffic controllers. They work in air traffic facilities of varying sizes, safely separating more than 50,000 aircraft in the National Airspace System (NAS) each day.
To provide such air traffic services, the FAA trains new air traffic control specialists and provides recurrent training to current air traffic control specialists. The FAA utilizes Contractor-provided instructional services at FAA ATC facilities throughout the U.S. and its Territories to ensure these training needs are met. The scope of the contractor-provided services includes all training and training program support to successfully train and prepare students to become fully certified air traffic controllers. SAIC must provide training and training related support services as required for all types and levels of ATC facilities.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
The CTS Instructor candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of FAA CPC experience controlling live traffic, or recent experience as a contract Instructor at an FAA facility. Experience must have been at the same type and same [or greater] level of ATC facility as the Las Vegas TRACON (L30) .
The successful candidate for this position must demonstrate strong technical skills with current ATC automation, simulation systems and procedures. This position will provide mentoring for students and Remote Pilot Operators (RPO) as well as participate in curriculum design and development. The selected candidate must demonstrate the knowledge and skills applicable for obtaining radar and/or non-radar simulation laboratory certifications at FAA air traffic control facilities within the U.S. National Airspace System.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Direct experience as a Certified Professional Controller (CPC) at the Las Vegas TRACON (L30) is preferred but not required.
Operational Experience with ATC simulators including scenario design for simulation platforms (e.g. TSS, AT Coach, SGET, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with FAA personnel at all levels to ensure the delivery of training services meet the needs of the local facility, as well as the FAA's overall Air Traffic Control mission is highly desired.
Experience demonstrating excellent teaching and/or platform skills, classroom management techniques, and a student-focused drive for continuous improvement.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
FAA Certified Professional Controller (CPC) certification required with the ability to obtain and maintain Instructor-II Simulation Laboratory Certification.

SAIC is seeking a CAD Designer to support the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDEVCOM), Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate, Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) Branch.
This position is on-site in Aberdeen, MD. SAIC provides relocation assistance.
In support of the Information Analysis Center Multiple Award Contract (IAC MAC) and Task Order (TO), SAIC is seeking multiple qualified and cleared candidates. We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals who have in-depth experience in providing expertise to support research, development, assessments, adaption, transformation, testing, integration, demonstrations, transition, fielding, sustainment, and enhancement of designated information and/or intelligence software systems.
Job Duties:
Works with design teams to 3D model initial drawings and schematics in a computer environment.
CAD Designer will collaborate closely with our engineering and product development teams to translate conceptual designs into tangible products, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and manufacturability.
Digitizes, edits, and revises engineering drawings of components, parts, circuits, structures and/or assemblies.
Checks drawing plots versus the project input for correctness and conformance to standards.
Works with engineers regarding model accuracy, design, drafting standards and ECN/ECR documentation.
May make engineering computations, mathematical calculations, determines scales, and prepares or revises specifications.
May prepare pattern generating or artwork tapes for mask fabrication and operates plotters to obtain circuit drawings.
Selects and monitors vendor support for CAD engineers and technicians to ensure state-of-the-art applications and equipment by expansion of systems and linkage to automated test equipment.
Oversees enhancement of software to company standards and practices, promotes expansion of applications for users.
Monitors those who maintain the system and provides advice regarding problem areas and corrective action to be taken.
Works closely with the design engineers andtechnicians to ensure project are completed.

Engineering representative supporting implementation and optimization of hardware and/or software products and multi-vendor systems at customer sites including oversight and integration support of existing hardware, software, network configurations and new system initiatives for all sites within area of responsibility
Conducts New Equipment Training and Field Operations Support at both CONUS and OCONUS locations with trainers
Installation of software maintenance releases or hardware upgrades including the oversight of the installation process and test procedures to diagnose and resolve product performance problems at installation
Possess knowledge of fundamentals of geosynchronous satellite orbits; RF signal flow; types of communications satellites (regenerative and non-regenerative); and network topology
Prepares and conducts special reports and presentations pertinent to products and services, field operations or other applications
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree and nine (9) years experience; four (4) years of additional experience accepted in lieu of degree
Customer desired: Common Faculty Development - Instructor Course (CFD-IC) or TRADOC instructor course equivalent (ABIC, FIFC, or SGIC).

SAIC is seeking a Tier 1 Helpdesk, onsite, at Ft Huachuca, AZ to support the US Army Enterprise Service Desk to troubleshoot and remedy any Tier 1 Helpdesk issues such as email access and computer problems within a high-volume service desk environment.
NOTE: This position will require weekdays, weekends, dayshifts, and nightshifts.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Respond to and resolve customer requests, in relation to software, hardware and network operations difficulties by providing fast, efficient, and friendly customer service.
Assist with managing escalated customer issues and creation of updates to process and procedure documentation as required.
Resolve problems with or without remote tools
Accurately document calls and cases
Be aware of customer's time restraints and work within those time limits
Keep customer aware of resolution steps if ticket needs to be dispatched
Provide clients with problem reference numbers and request numbers
Enter all troubleshooting/resolution steps into the trouble ticket
Manage time and workload to meet predetermined service levels
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma and one (1) year or more of related experience
Experience in a customer service or helpdesk role
Must be able to accommodate any of the three required shifts during weekdays and weekends such as:
1st shift 6:00am - 4:00pm MST
2nd shift 12:00pm - 10:00pm MST
3rd shift 9:00pm - 7:00am MST
