As a Launch and Initialization (L&I) engineer, provide systems engineering and technical assistance within the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Electro-Optical System Program Office (ESPO). Responsibilities involve leading activities associated with the launch and initialization of an Electro-Optical spacecraft. L&I engineer develops launch procedure CONOPS, defines initialization tasks and success criteria, performs engineering and analysis of on-orbit check-out results, etc.
Requirements:
. With a spacecraft launch team (Government and Prime Contractor), develop interface requirements impacting launch procedures; CONOPs, user roles & responsibilities, communication plans, etc.
. Develop procedures and update reference/compliance documents for day-of-launch Government decision making and instructions for spacecraft operations team.
. Interface with operators and spacecraft product customer to develop spacecraft handover success criteria (Initial and Final Operational Capability).
. Develop processes for evaluating spacecraft/payload initialization data.
. Lead recurring meetings to track development of test plans, procedures, and engineering/analysis tools to evaluate Government initialization task criteria.
. Coordinate post-launch activities to monitor and evaluate initialization tasks, evaluate results, and develop recommendations for the Government to accept task results or continue initialization activities.
. Review and assess Prime Contractor on-orbit spacecraft engineering analysis results to provide the Government recommendations for anomaly resolution, operational decisions, and mission performance enhancements.
. 5+ years of experience with the NRO in spacecraft initialization.
. BS in Engineering.

SAIC is seeking a Data Center oversight SETA, with strong verbal and written communication skills, to assist a government customer with the oversight of a data center support services contract. The successful applicant will exhibit flexibility in task execution, provide technical expertise on local site requirements, deliver continuity of effort coordination, and demonstrate value-added judgment while advising local and remote government customers on site activities.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

SAIC is seeking a Project Manager of Database Visualization and Operational Communications that possesses an in-depth understanding of Army operational concepts, Military Decision Making Process, and Army Mobilization Operations, responsible for the development and maintenance of a Mobilization Common Operating Picture (MCOP) in support of the United States First Army Headquarters at Rock Island Arsenal, IL.
Job Duties:
o Provides weekly and monthly project updates to the Chief of Operations.
o Serves as the Knowledge Manager (KM) for the G33 Operations Division.
o Coordinate with system operators and database managers within the Operations Division.
o Supervise developers in the construction of products and analytical tools and displays.
Executes database management for the Operations Division and subordinate sections comprised of the Current Operations Branch, Readiness Branch, Mobilization Branch, Force Protection Branch, and First Army Operations Center. Coordinates with branch leads for COP design requirements and user input and translates this information to the developers to produce functional visualization, reports, and databases.
Operations Division lead on Vantage Mobilization COP development, a Palantir Foundry based web application, designed to optimize readiness, training, and logistics efficiency while providing analytic visualization to promote data-driven decision making across First Army and the mobilization enterprise.
First Army project lead for Global Force Information Management (GFIM) design, user story development, and user acceptance testing.
o Attends multiple weekly and monthly Department of the Army led GFIM Operational Planning Team (OPT) meetings providing input from First Army on GFIM development.
o Ensures tasks relating to GFIM directed by Forces Command (FORSCOM) are executed to standard and within deadlines.
o Organizes and leads First Army working groups as required to meet GFIM objectives.
Produce First Army Operations Orders related to COP development concepts and tasks (particularly with respect to Vantage and GFIM COP development).
Participate Working Groups and/or OPTs with the Enterprise to enhance the collaboration of stakeholders toward shared goals.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years related experience. Degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline preferred. Years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
Professional technical experience with C++ with specialized experience performing software design, coding, and compilation of code; debugging; computer or software requirements management, and computer systems or software integration.
Experience related to weapons systems and/or Navy programs and C++ 11 preferred.
Experience with developing and debugging on large code base, complex, distributed systems.
Proficient on developing on Linux and migration of code base to Red Had distribution.
Ability in cross-language proficiency, ability to inspect, modify, and code in other languages as necessary (e.g., Python, Bash Scripting, JavaScript) is preferred.
Ability to work independently and interface professionally with other government agencies, contractors, military personnel.
Ability to define task details, estimates, and schedules using Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Word).

We are looking for an experienced, Part-time, Air Traffic Control Instructor to join the SAIC Controller Training Solutions (CTS) team at the Phoenix TRACON (P50) in Phoenix, AZ, supporting air traffic controller training services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
The successful candidate for this position must demonstrate strong technical skills with current ATC automation, simulation systems and procedures. This position may provide mentoring for students and Remote Pilot Operators (RPO), and may participate in curriculum design and development. The selected candidate must demonstrate the knowledge and skills applicable for obtaining radar and/or non-radar simulation laboratory certifications at FAA air traffic control facilities within the U.S. National Airspace System.
The CTS Instructor is a hands-on position that requires the candidate to effectively and consistently deliver the highest quality classroom and/or simulation laboratory training to a wide variety of students including developmental air traffic controllers and Certified Professional Controllers (CPC).
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is responsible for ensuring that air traffic control specialists provide the flying public with a high level of safety and professionalism. A well-trained Air Traffic Control (ATC) workforce plays an essential role in fulfilling this responsibility. The FAA employs more than 14,000 air traffic controllers. They work in air traffic facilities of varying sizes, safely separating more than 50,000 aircraft in the National Airspace System (NAS) each day.
To provide such air traffic services, the FAA trains new air traffic control specialists and provides recurrent training to current air traffic control specialists. The FAA utilizes Contractor-provided instructional services at FAA ATC facilities throughout the U.S. and its Territories to ensure these training needs are met. The scope of the contractor-provided services includes all training and training program support to successfully train and prepare students to become fully certified air traffic controllers. SAIC must provide training and training related support services as required for all types and levels of ATC facilities.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
The CTS Instructor candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of FAA CPC experience controlling live traffic, or recent experience as a contract Instructor at an FAA facility. Experience must have been at the same type and same [or greater] level of ATC facility as the Phoenix TRACON (P50).
Desired Skills and Experience:
. Direct experience as a Certified Professional Controller (CPC) at the Phoenix TRACON (P50) is preferred but not required.
. Operational Experience with ATC simulators including scenario design for simulation platforms (e.g. TSS, AT Coach, SGET, etc.).
. Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with FAA personnel at all levels to ensure the delivery of training services meet the needs of the local facility, as well as the FAA's overall Air Traffic Control mission is highly desired.
. Experience demonstrating excellent teaching and/or platform skills, classroom management techniques, and a student-focused drive for continuous improvement.
Education:
. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
. FAA Certified Professional Controller (CPC) certification required with the ability to obtain and maintain Instructor-II Simulation Laboratory and Classroom Certification.

SAIC is looking for a Program Control Schedule Analyst to support a dynamic program in Chantilly, Virginia. This candidate will have experience in the use of scheduling tools especially MS Project (2010+) and solid knowledge of MS Office tools. Demonstrable knowledge of critical path processes. This position requires the ability to learn existing internal tools/processes and accept supervisory critique.
Specific Duties include:
With limited supervision after training, conduct review of monthly schedule submittals from contractors to the government (schedule analyses) Identify schedule drivers and changes from month to month
Produce meaningful metrics and Respond to customer questions
Present analyses monthly in various formats and customer forums
Be able to identify areas of potential conflict
Identify critical paths to major deliverables
Support Integrated Baseline Reviews
Other duties as specified by the COTR and Program Manager
Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience, and Bachelor's Degree (or applicable additional experience)
- Experience using MS Project to plan programs
- Experience with MS Office suite esp. PowerPoint, Excel, & Access
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and be able to coordinate requirements to accomplish goals with timeliness and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, team building and problem solving skills
- Ability to travel domestically
- Experience in NRO, IC, and DoD acquisition and program management processes
- Previous experience in the program office
Active TS/SCI with Poly is required to start
