SAIC is seeking an experienced SIGINT Geospatial Analyst to support a program with direct impact to our country's national security. This position is located in Fort Gordon, GA. The position requires an active/current TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph and be willing and able to pass an additional polygraph as needed.
Responsibilities/Duties
The SIGINT Geospatial Analyst leverages their skills, knowledge, and experience to apply geospatial analysis techniques against SIGINT metadata collected from foreign communications systems in order to identify, locate and track SIGINT targets, and to accurately report the intelligence gained from geospatial metadata analysis to SIGINT customers. The SIGINT Geospatial Analyst develops end-product SIGINT-derived GIS reports; performs analysis of SIGINT metadata for the purpose of improving the geolocation, contact chaining, and additional communications characterizations of targets of interest; analyzes SIGINT content and metadata to support the development of existing targets and the discovery of other analytic vectors through the reconstruction and documentation of target communications networks; performs sustained target analysis and enhancement through the use of DNI and DNR analytic techniques; maintains appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
Qualifications
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (4) years or more experience.
At least 9 years demonstrated experience related to job description, with a high school diploma or GED, or an Associates degree plus 7 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.

SAIC is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team in Panama City, Florida Norfolk, Virginia or San Diego California.
This position would be a remote/hybrid role.
Responsibilities :
Assess and compare current resource compute and storage availability with the request to determine if procurement action will need to occur to increase capacity.
Evaluate if all services requested are currently service offerings the platform supports "as a service" within their assessment boundary and CONOPS.
Evaluate technical / ECR impacts, defined requirements to include drawings.
Ensure the hosted app has an active ATO with properly registered eMass artifacts. Identify any A&A changes (MFR Use Cases) that may need to occur for the platform to host the application.
Determine ports, protocols and services and associated network policies (source/destination IP addresses with associated protocols) needed for platform network policy development and boundary change requests (BCRs).
Determine security policies (HBSS or ENS) required for platform integration.
Evaluate what testing is required (e.g., unit, integration, full SOVT, testing location).
Determine required hardware, software, and licensing that may be needed for integration efforts.
Ensure the hosted app is able to conform to the platform's concept of operations (i.e., if no external users are allowed, if the app can work within those constraints).
Ensure the hosted app is able to be sustained.
Ensure any hosted app migration requirements are met.
Ensure the platform is able to meet the hosted app's non-functional requirements, for example: security, resilience, durability, backup, performance, scalability.
Ensure the platform is able to support the hosted app's installation requirements. I.e., are they able to provide on-site support if needed? Can the platform support data transfer for installation?
Connect the application owner and platform developers with system information:
Provide any documentation about the nature of the platform and hosted application to include drawings, presentations, Confluence pages, ECR documentation, RMF documentation, how-to's, SOPs.
Act as a "facilitator" between application owners and platform developers, ensuring teams are able to communicate freely. For example, adding team members to chat channels, Agile ceremonies, email threads, and facilitating meetings as needed.
Create new Confluence pages to aid in application owners to "self-service" access and information to platforms when knowledge gaps are found.
Facilitate application owner access to platform lab environments where needed.
Facilitate application owner access to production environments where needed (i.e., SAARs, workstations, user or admin accounts, privileged user agreements, etc).
Guide the application owner and platform through achieving Technical Review Board (TRB) approval.

This is a Sr. Management role responsible to the Program Manager, for day-to-day program execution as needed in the overall management, direction, governance, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the program.
Responsibilities:
Maintain strong technical oversight of the MSI program, focused on financial aspects, stakeholder relationships and operational services lifecycles.

The qualified applicant will support the Space Security and Defense Program (SSDP) - Threat Assessment Division (TAD) located in Colorado Springs, CO & Reston, VA.
The applicant will support the technical analysis, characterization, and evaluation of adversary threat to U.S. operations in and from the space domain. Efforts will involve research and integration of information derived from intelligence and other sources to understand threat architectures, component system functions, operations, operational environments, and dependencies to identify limitations, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for mitigation.
The individual will plan, prepare, conduct, and present Target Systems Analysis (TSA), Critical Factors Analysis (CFA), and/or Center of Gravity (CoG) Analysis using system data from intelligence, internal studies, and/or threat models. The expert will apply a full range of methodological tools and approaches to break down threats into critical elements, then assess, compare, and rank systems, functions, and nodes according to analysis and comparisons of prospective impacts that would likely result from effects intended to deny, degrade, disrupt, deceive, and destroy such elements. quantify and compare implications for mitigation efforts applied to the different elements, and provide justifiable recommendations for further development as part of US protection initiatives.
The individual will be expected to collaborate with a team of intelligence professionals, scientific and technical SMEs, and other researchers as well as civil servants and active-duty military professionals to standardize and synchronize CFA efforts within the division and contribute to external partner efforts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Develop, coordinate, execute, and refine critical factors analysis processes and templates for use by the Division
. Conduct TSA, CFA, and/or CoG analysis and production associated with adversary space systems, capabilities, forces, and operations

. Lead TSA Working Groups. Provide subject matter expertise on analytic processes and methodologies.

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS :
. Must be a U.S citizen.
. Must possess an active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility and be able to obtain a polygraph. An existing polygraph is desired.
. Bachelor's Degree's degree in a related field from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the US Department of Education or equivalent work experience. A technical degree is desired. Must have at least nine years of total experience,

Seeking to hire an Asset Project Manager to support our government client located in Silver Spring, MD . This position will require the employee to be onsite at least twice a week and as needed. Candidates must be detail oriented and ideally have prior logistics/inventory experience in order to succeed in this position.
Essential Functions
Serving as the project manager to the Cyber Security Division (CSD) Government Project Leads (GPL) on a variety of initiatives by leading all five phases of project management in accordance with Project Management Institute (PMI) best practices
Leading the development of key project artifacts including but not limited to project plans, schedules, risk registers, scope statements, action trackers, and performance reports
Coordinating and communicating among all project stakeholders on behalf of the GPL to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Supporting the GPL responsible for Information Technology (IT) asset management in maintaining current custodial records for all accountable personal property within Property Custodian's assigned custodial area, to include physically signing property down to the end user level through the use of hand receipts
Assisting the GPL in ensuring that personal property is maintained, submitting appropriate reports promptly to the Property Accountability Officer for lost, missing, stolen, destroyed, damaged, or rendered unserviceable accountable personal property, and that is used only for official purposes
Identifying and reporting to the Property Accountability Officer any property excess to the needs of the custodial area
Affixing property identification number (bar code) labels onto accountable personal property
Conducting physical inventories and reconciling inventory records

SAIC is currently seeking a Field Service Engineer(s) (FSE) to support the Medusa Sustainment project at Joint Base Andrews, MD near Washington D.C. . The Medusa System of Systems is the U.S. Air Force's solution for defense against small unmanned aerial systems (s-UAS) utilizing a Government-owned Medusa Command and Control (Medusa C2), which allows for a plug-and-play selection of Passive and Active Sensors, Electronic and Kinetic Weapon Systems, as well as the insertion of a variety of Fusion, Association, Threat and Combat ID Algorithms. The Medusa C2 supports fixed base, portable, mounted and handheld operations. The Medusa Team supports the United States Air Force C-sUAS programs worldwide.
Job Responsibilities:
This position will provide field engineering and technical support services in support of maintaining and sustaining fielded C-sUAS systems, equipment and software at all identified locations
Installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a program of record software application as well as integrated radios and hardware components.
Conduct the maximum amount of troubleshooting, fault isolation and repair to the LRU level for all fielded systems authorized at his/her level prior to making the decision to elevate to the next higher-level of maintenance.
Take responsibility for preparing systems for operation, system software loading, operator training, and final system operational checks.
Assist in coordinating the packaging and Return Material Authorization process of non-mission capable systems or equipment to the next higher-level maintenance facility (i.e., SAIC AF C-sUAS Regional Support Center (RSC) in Huntsville, Alabama).
Provide technical support for Airmen both on-site and telephonically.
Conduct training when needed.

We are looking for Full-time, Remote Pilot Operator (RPO) candidates to join the SAIC Controller Training Solutions (CTS) team at the Nashville ATCT / TRACON (BNA) in Nashville, TN , supporting air traffic controller training services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Job Description:
The RPO plays the role of the pilot and other controllers in the Air Traffic Controller training simulator. The RPO operates a combination of a simulated radar display and voice communication system to simulate the actions and communication of pilots and remote ATC facilities during medium and high-fidelity training exercises. RPOs receive voice commands from students, input proper entries into the automated system to simulate pilot actions, translate displayed information into appropriate ATC terminology, and respond to the student via the VCS utilizing proper phraseology.
The candidate will be required to complete the following certifications: Classroom (pass test on airspace and procedures) and Lab (perform as a Remote Pilot Operator on all positions).
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is responsible for ensuring that air traffic control specialists provide the flying public with a high level of safety and professionalism. A well-trained Air Traffic Control (ATC) workforce plays an essential role in fulfilling this responsibility. The FAA employs more than 14,000 air traffic controllers. They work in air traffic facilities of varying sizes, safely separating more than 50,000 aircraft in the National Airspace System (NAS) each day.
To provide such air traffic services, the FAA trains new air traffic control specialists and provides recurrent training to current air traffic control specialists. The FAA utilizes Contractor-provided instructional services at FAA ATC facilities throughout the U.S. and its Territories to ensure these training needs are met. The scope of the contractor-provided services includes all training and training program support to successfully train and prepare students to become fully certified air traffic controllers. SAIC must provide training and training related support services as required for all types and levels of ATC facilities.

SAIC is seeking a Cybersecurity Risk Management Framework (RMF) Analyst in Tampa, FL. The Cybersecurity RMF Analyst will work with multiple Project Engineering Teams to plan, execute, and implement the Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) and Risk Management Framework for Department of Defense Information Technology (RMF for DoD IT). Will work with multiple Project Managers, Cyber Security Engineers, System Administrators, and Test Lab personnel to assess and validate USCENTCOM's security posture as new IT applications and systems are added or reaccredited within the USCENTCOM enterprise. Participate as a member of integrated government/contractor teams of technical and functional experts.
Job duties include:
Information Assurance / Vulnerability scanning and auditing, incident handling and response specifically targeted towards computer incident response and restoration of a secure operating environment, investigation of intrusion events and attempts and analysis of exploits.
Analytical support will include research and development of IA/CND concepts, policies, and strategies, particularly within the national security framework.
Review and provide recommendations for process improvements to improve execution and compliance with Cross Domain Solution (CDS) management.
