We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical R&D Product Cost Controller to join our finance team. As R&D Product Cost Controller, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring and managing product costs throughout their lifecycle, ensuring financial efficiency and supporting informed decision-making. This position requires a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for accurately estimating and analyzing the cost of SI EA power distribution products, ensuring competitiveness and profitability in the market. This position is a hybrid role based in San Leandro, CA.
You'll make an impact as you:
Calculate manufacturing costs for power distribution products including switchgear, circuit breakers, outdoor products and related components.
Cost Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of product costs, including material costs, labor costs, overhead, transportation expenses.
Cost Management: Monitor and control product costs to ensure alignment with budgeted targets and profitability goals on regular base and ad hoc for big projects. For new developments and released products / components.
Variance Analysis: Identify and analyze variances between budgeted and actual costs, investigating root causes and recommending corrective actions as needed.
Financial Reporting: Prepare regular reports on product cost performance, providing insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Cost Estimation: Collaborate with product development teams to estimate and forecast costs for new products or product enhancements.
Process Improvement: Implement cost control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product costing processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, procurement, manufacturing, finance, engineering and sales teams to ensure accurate cost data and validate cost assumptions and facilitate effective decision-making. Participate in cost vale engineering / DTC workshop / continuous improvement efforts. provide current cost structure and work in a cross functional team for cost improvement solutions

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
Experienced leader with a proven track record, strong commercial background, and 5+ years managing a P&L and Balance Sheets
Ability to make data-driven recommendations based on root cause analysis and alternative solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to various audiences, from small executive meetings to large public speaking events.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Collaborative team player with a proven ability to motivate and develop others.
Strong proficiency in ERP (SAP) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize key business issues and develop practical solutions.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a desire to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Must be physically in the East Bay (CA) Office 3+ days a week, up to 5% travel

The pay range for this position is $154.140 - $264,240 plus this role is incentive eligible. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

We are looking for a Procurement Engineer . This position will be based in Wendell, NC.
The Procurement Engineer (PE) will be involved in the product development, sourcing and procurement engineering processes to optimize the cost, reduce the lead time and develop the supply-chain to achieve the target volume on-time for the assigned products/ components. The PE will be capable of managing multiple priorities, deadlines and programs. The successful PE will develop relationships with internal stakeholders and become a valued partner in the sourcing process.
Roles & Responsibilities
Early Procurement Involvement: Be actively involved in the product development/ manufacturing process and pushing forward cost reduction measures (design to cost, target costing, standardization, Value Engineering, etc.) to achieve the target costs for materials and reduce the overall material costs by fulfilling the necessary functions. Closely align with R&D/ Engineering community, PLM, Commodity Managers, Buyers
Early Supplier Integration: Include suppliers and conduct cost-benefit analysis workshops, innovation workshops and concept competitions with key suppliers in order to concentrate on the key functions of the components/products.
Analysis: Conduct and provide market information/ analysis on relevant global technologies and price trends in order to develop new competent suppliers and new technologies in the supply chain.
Alignment of Technology Roadmaps: Introduce and follow up given cross-functional Procurement strategies to ensure the linkage of commodity strategies and technological market trends.
Strategy alignment: Support activities planned by the lines of business in order to harmonize and implement the technological line-of-business strategies with procurement strategies.
Strategy deployment: Drive sourcing decisions with interface partners in order to incorporate technological knowhow and safeguard security strategies.
Business support: Provide input for supplier quotes optimization, BoM assessment, lead time reduction and on-time improvement.
Supplier Quality: Develop suppliers from the engineering standpoint (if necessary, jointly with interface partners), conduct suppliers audit and support SQM/ SQC initiatives of suppliers.
Knowledge management: Participate in workgroups in order to stay informed and keep others informed and exert influence from an early stage.

Basic Qualifications:
2+ years' experience in Electromechanical / Mechatronics product engineering, R&D, manufacturing or technical procurement
Skilled in supplier interfacing, communication with supplier and project management

Graduate in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to travel 10%

This is a departmental support position that will directly support the execution of the Assembly Department within the Southaven DC in Southaven, MS. In this role you will provides semi-complex clerical support to materials management in data entry, filing, coordinating paper flow and respond to inquiries relating to the Assembly Department inventory flow.
Role Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of successful experience in a large distribution facility
Proficient Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of order management and selection

Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree and/or equivalent experience
Lean certification, specifically Kaizen or 5S certifications

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager located within TX, CO, NV, AZ, or UT who is responsible for managing and driving building automation controls and HVAC part sales through contractor and distributor channels. As a Territory Sales Manager , you will:
Assume responsibility for annual growth targets.
Develop strategies and business plans to grow account base and to meet or exceed corporate sales targets

Maintain a funnel of new accounts in CRM tools
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers at all position levels through civic and professional meetings, sales meetings, workshops, joint sales calls, and trade shows

Manage the delivery of marketing materials and promotions
Monitor sales activity and conduct regular reviews with customers
Assist the Product Development team with new product roll outs including training, supporting documents, competitive analysis, test sights, promotions, and all other relevant activities

Position Overview:
Follow safety procedures including wearing special protective gear. Assist with receiving, picking, stocking, shipping, and inventory counts. Use basic hand tools to open crates and package customer orders to ship. Operate powered industrial equipment to unload/load trucks and transport material to/from production.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Locates and transfers parts shortages within the plant that may be required for completion of assemblies.
Verifies and maintains associated stock records, logs shortage reports, and other documentation.
May use computer applications and computers to maintain accurate material flow transactions.
Unloads, receives, verifies, and counts material delivered to the stockroom. Kits production work orders for release to the production floor.
Packs and ships material back to company vendors for repair or replacement.
Performs cycle counting of all material in the stockroom.
Utilizes small hand tools and may operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet handlers, hand trucks, and the like.
Deliver kits to production and reconcile all kiting errors.
Delivers rejected material to MRB.
Able to maintain FIFO procedures for time sensitive material.
Perform stock purges on an as needed basis.
Cross training will be required to cover business needs.
Other duties as assigned.
To thrive in this role, you have:
High school education or equivalent.
1 year warehouse experience required.
Must have a valid California driver's license.
Familiarity with parts and stock items is desirable.
Data entry experience helpful.

Position Overview:
As a Group Lead Manufacturing Technician in our Final Assembly, Locomotive department, you will provide the coordination for daily duties, work assignments to all team members, closely monitor the manufacturing progress, and provide support of assigned employees.
What your day will look like:
Provides work assignments and work instructions to employees throughout each workday.
Assists and trains employees in new job assignments. Coordinates work schedules with other Group Leaders and/or Supervisors and maintains work status.
Performs quality checks on work being performed.
Monitors employees' safety, quality, methods and output.
Keeps supervision informed of work plans, status, and employee performance.
Assists in preparing mock-ups and prototyping first production vehicles.
Prepares and/or reviews employee time sheets and other labor input documents.
Assists the supervisor in conducting regular safety meetings.
Performs information inquiries and/or transactions using computer terminals to support other duties and responsibilities.
Works from detailed engineering drawings to fit-up piece parts in fixturing: assembly components consisting of steel channels, brackets, angles, sheathing, assemblies and subassemblies.
Tack welds all parts together in equipment. Welds all assemblies according to AWS D 1.1 and 1.3. Meets production schedule with minimum supervision.
What will make you successful:
2 Years' experience in a Manufacturing Environment
Experience leading a diverse team in a production environment
Full understanding of manufacturing drawings, able to verify dimensions. Must understand tolerances.
A history of -hands-on- approach to problem solving and countermeasure implementation within own areas of responsibility.
We would be impressed if you had:
3 + years of experience planning and supporting launch of new production lines in a low-speed production environment (e.g. rail, aviation/aerospace, naval, heavy equipment, etc.).
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering (Or Equivalent Experience)
Work experience in the rail business, preferably in light rail, heavy rail, or related production, is needed.
Knowledge of SAP or similar MRP / ERP systems is highly desired.

Create test scripts and MOP (Methods of Procedures) related to Data Centers Cx activities.
Setting communication devices and topology industrial networks; uploading HMI/ PLC programs; installation of I/O and CPUs
Integration of 3rd Party EPMS; initial testing, operation, troubleshooting and modification of customer equipment and systems
MV or LV Circuit breakers; metal clad/vacuum switchgear; breakers or LV equipment testing; analyzing test results
Equipment Condition Assessments
Electrical Control Circuits Troubleshooting & Repair
Provide on-site assistance with or perform programming, start-up, checkout, commissioning, and validation processes. Participate in job site final walk-through, complete all job closeout documentation, and provide customer training. Act as technical resource to customers and field employees
Provide instructions to customer personnel regarding proper operation and routine inspections. Train customers to maintain and adjust complex equipment. Provide expert advice, training, and technical assistance to support staff and train lower-level employees. Complete and submit reports covering all job activity. Responsible for maintaining complex tools, test equipment, calibration items, etc.
Must be available to respond to emergency and relief assignments.
For Field Service Engineers only:
Plan and estimate labor categories, rates, material dollar costs, and transportation expenses to complete complex proposals. Perform review of complex task plans, drawings, and installation schematics; provide continual guidance throughout the project duration. (FSE only)
Perform and supervise preliminary and detailed site audits to develop design concepts and schematics.
Perform Site Lead activities during the cycle of the client's construction schedule, when required.

Familiar with the arc flash and shock hazards of 13.8 kV and the following electrical equipment: Siemens GIS, AIS, WL, RL, and SB breakers and switchgear
Familiar with ANSI, NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and NETA codes and standards
Must be able to carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies
