PPO Provider Contractor
PRIMARY PURPOSE : To negotiate fee-for-service hospital and medical group contracts for multiple lines of business in managed care markets; to maintain provider participation within the network; and to expand and develop provider network.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree with major in Health Services or Hospital Administration from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience
Four (4) years of progressive provider network contract negotiation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience in a healthcare management environment including provider contracting, servicing and benefit interpretation preferred. Two (2) years supervisory experience preferred.

Crisis Care Triage Nurse
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Provide timely response to catastrophic referrals from clients; confirm the injured worker (IW) location, obtain the current medical status, communicate appropriate information to facilitate Field Case Manager (FCM) onsite hospital visits, and maintain communication with the appropriate contacts until the FCM arrives onsite.
This is a 32 hour per week position covering triage for the Crisis Care Department during business hours; 6am-9pm Central Time. In addition, one weekend, Saturday 6am-Monday 6am on call per month is mandatory. Occasional weekend, evening, overnight, and holiday on call coverage is required to meet department PTO needs. This person will work a 6.4 hour day Mon-Friday- flexible -between 1:00-9:00pm CST.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE

EDUCATION AND LICENSING

Crisis Care Triage Nurse
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Provide timely response to catastrophic referrals from clients; confirm the injured worker (IW) location, obtain the current medical status, communicate appropriate information to facilitate Field Case Manager (FCM) onsite hospital visits, and maintain communication with the appropriate contacts until the FCM arrives onsite.
This is a 32 hour per week position covering triage for the Crisis Care Department during business hours; 6am-9pm Central Time. In addition, one weekend, Saturday 6am-Monday 6am on call per month is mandatory. Occasional weekend, evening, overnight, and holiday on call coverage is required to meet department PTO needs. This person will work a 6.4 hour day Mon-Friday- flexible -between 1:00-9:00pm CST.

Crisis Care Triage Nurse
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Provide timely response to catastrophic referrals from clients; confirm the injured worker (IW) location, obtain the current medical status, communicate appropriate information to facilitate Field Case Manager (FCM) onsite hospital visits, and maintain communication with the appropriate contacts until the FCM arrives onsite.
This is a 32 hour per week position covering triage for the Crisis Care Department during business hours; 6am-9pm Central Time. Experience in a healthcare management environment including provider contracting, servicing and benefit interpretation preferred. Two (2) years supervisory experience preferred.

Crisis Care Triage Nurse

Crisis Care Triage Nurse
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Provide timely response to catastrophic referrals from clients; confirm the injured worker (IW) location, obtain the current medical status, communicate appropriate information to facilitate Field Case Manager (FCM) onsite hospital visits, and maintain communication with the appropriate contacts until the FCM arrives onsite.
This is a 32 hour per week position covering triage for the Crisis Care Department during business hours; 6am-9pm Central Time. In addition, one weekend, Saturday 6am-Monday 6am on call per month is mandatory. Occasional weekend, evening, overnight, and holiday on call coverage is required to meet department PTO needs. This person will work a 6.4 hour day Mon-Friday- flexible -between 1:00-9:00pm CST.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE

EDUCATION AND LICENSING

PPO Provider Contractor
PRIMARY PURPOSE : To negotiate fee-for-service hospital and medical group contracts for multiple lines of business in managed care markets; to maintain provider participation within the network; and to expand and develop provider network.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To provide excellent service displaying empathy to callers regarding claims for multiple lines of business, including but not limited to, expediting the claims process, and providing detailed claim notes on all calls, resolving issues with one call/one person response, and directing calls to appropriate escalation path as needed.

Complex Claims Advisor
PRIMARY PURPOSE : To develop targeted solutions and provide added technical guidance and oversight to ensure matters are resolved optimally while creating a culture of continual quality improvement designed to elevate the overall claim handling to benefit our stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively and strategically manages a complex claim inventory by assessing complex claims issues, utilizing jurisdictional expertise to provide oversight, and directs the handling to achieve the best possible resolution.
Acts as the organizational subject matter expert for line of business and key jurisdictions on complex claim issues.
Uses knowledge of all aspects of claims handling in evaluating exposure; recommends and directs action plans for issue or case resolution.
Articulates and documents clear and concise file notes to allow stakeholders to understand the issues and path to resolution.
Facilitates roundtables with groups/teams; engages appropriate internal and external resources as needed.
Provides technical leadership on and maintains co-ownership of complex claim issues; through further influence creates a culture of continual quality improvement.

QUALIFICATION
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Industry designation(s) preferred. Licenses as required for specific jurisdictions.
Experience
Eight (8) years of casualty claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include three (3) to five (5) years of experience handling complex claims and experience in negotiation, mediation, arbitration or ADR skills on higher value complex claims. Supervisory experience a plus. Specific jurisdictional expertise preferred.
