Serco is hiring an Administrative Clerk supporting our Navy customer to join our team in Millington, TN.
Serco supports the Navy Recruiting Command with recruiting the best quality men and women from the diverse population of our country and focus on the productive outcomes required by executing best business practices and maintaining an effective, motivated, integrated active and reserve recruiting force.
The hourly pay rate for this position is $17.20 plus an additional $4.23/hr for Health and Welfare (H&W).
In the Administrative Clerk role, you will:
Provide direct support to program administrators by providing administrative services to type, edit, and distribute a wide variety of correspondence under established guidelines and procedures
Prepare personal awards based on an awards template as well as engraving names and command logo on plaques in accordance with standard operating procedures
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and visitors
Schedule and plan meetings/appointments as required, including conference calls
Liaise with staff members, applicants and the general public on a daily basis
Develop and maintain filing systems for applicant files, general correspondence, forms, reports, minutes, and other materials per direction and procedures
Assist with distribution, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and preparation of routine correspondence and outgoing materials as needed
Coordinate, compile, and maintain data for submission in monthly/quarterly/annual reports
Assist with screening, reviewing and verifying the accuracy of applicant enlistment paperwork and update applicant enlistment documents using secure automated personnel data systems as needed
Organize, collect, analyze, and present statistical information related to the tracking of applicants, goal attainment, and marketing analysis for both officer and enlisted programs
Prepare reports for Program Managers and higher level personnel, describing problems that are recurring or causing significant delays or costs, the corrective actions taken, and the need for additional time or resources needed to meet recruiting objectives
Obtain workload data and track progress in meeting objectives and use of resources via web-based Navy applications and other commercially available web-based programs
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
A High School Diploma or GED (Bachelors degree or Masters degree account for years of experience).
0-2 years of working experience.
High proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office 2010 suite of software applications to include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft SharePoint Workspace.
10% travel required.

Position Description
Serco has a great opportunity for a Financial Analyst who is looking to provide support services to the U.S. Navy in the Washington DC area by delivering the Navy's Constellation (FFG-62) Class Frigate Program.
Serco supports the US Navy as a prime for their Guided Missile Frigate (FFG(X)) contract which provides support services in the areas of engineering, logistics, acquisition, test and evaluation, and cybersecurity support associated with the planning, design, and construction of ships under the cognizance of PMS 515.
You will be part of a 11-member team that collaborates closely with the customer and other Serco teams to provide management oversight in Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) efforts across PMS515.
In this role, you will:
Provide Business and Financial Management Support to the FFG-62 Constellation Program to include:
Draft financial spreadsheets and reports, budget exhibits (NAVCOMPT, OSD, Presidents Budget).
Draft Task Planning Sheets and Reallocation Notices.
Draft funding documents to provide funding to other government activities and contractors.
Prepare ledger reports.
Collect, monitor, and analyze obligation and expenditure data from various contractor and government sources and provide reports to PMS 515M.
Resolve problem disbursements.
Provide subject matter technical expertise for meetings, presentations, inquiries, and action item resolution.
Track funding requirements, and funding documents sent to performing activities and track remaining funding.
Prepare funding requests based on requirements review and customer interface. Monitors funding requests until funding is received. Monitors expenditures to identify potential benchmark shortfalls.
Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Database.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Bachelor's degree in related discipline. Educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 7 years applicable work experience.
Two to four years of directly related experience preferably in a government financial environment. Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience.
A current or active DoD Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain a DoD Security clearance.
Hands-on experience using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
Create/edit Outgoing Funding Documents (OFD).
Create/edit Project Structures used in the planning and execution of funds.
Create/edit Cost Planning data.
Create/edit Document Management System (DMS) folders.
Execute ZRQIS0002 queries.
Will have the ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
Additional desired experience and skills:
Experience working in or with a government budget office is highly desired.
Experience as member of Navy Program contractor team a plus.

Team Submarine's Submarine Program Offices are responsible for the acquisition of the nuclear submarines, PMS397 the COLUMBIA Class, PMS450 the VIRGINIA Class, and for SSN(X), the future fast attack submarines. Team Submarine offices are also responsible for identifying, assembling, managing, directing, and coordinating the resources required for the R&D, design, construction, Test and Evaluation (T&E) and Live Fire Test and Evaluation (LFT&E) of the submarines. These programs are major defense acquisition programs and is of significant political importance with Congress and the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD).
Serco supports the US Navy as a prime for their Team Submarine contract supporting the acquisition of submarines. The Team Submarine concept unifies once diverse submarine-related activities into a single submarine-centric organization with the goal of eliminating traditional stovepipe structures and processes that created impediments and inefficiencies in the submarine research, development, acquisition, and maintenance communities. Team Submarine provides improved communication among the various offices that contribute to the overall success of the United States Submarine Force.
Serco-NA is seeking a motivated individual to provide programmatic support to one of our Team Submarine customers. Serco-NA has an opening for a Systems Engineer in the Design Interface Division in the Integrated Logistics Support Branch with the U.S. Navy in the Washington, DC area. Submarine experience is a plus, senior navy yeoman is a huge plus.
In this position you must have strong leadership and problem-solving skills to assist with the daily operation of the program office. You will continually work with team members of all levels, so strongly developed written and verbal communication skills are crucial. You should have knowledge on how the program office functions, so it is best if you have experience working in submarine community.
In this role, you will:
Support PMS450F as the design interface product support element support by ensuring the development and incorporation of comprehensive integrated product support strategies for the VIRGINIA Class submarine.
Support the VIRGINIA Class submarine reliability and maintainability (R&M) program lead through management of PMS450F R&M tasking and development of R&M objectives to support the readiness and operational capability of VIRGINIA Class program.
Work with PMS450FE7 technical support team task priorities and reviews deliverables prepared for the client.
Work with Naval Warfare Centers to develop availability and reliability requirements for new designs.
Perform reviews of R&M product deliverables from the shipbuilder such as Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis, Reliability Block Diagram Models, and Reliability Growth Analysis plans.
Develop NAVSEA response letters for commitment actions, coordinates the NAVSEA stakeholder review process and comment adjudication meetings with the shipbuilder.
Be a key member in logistics and sustainment working groups including the RAM IPT, Sustainment IPT, and Lifecycle Risk Review.
Support Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) Integrated Product Team (IPT) corrective actions to address product support programmatic issues by developing slide briefings and facilitating meetings.
Participate in shipbuilder arrangement review meetings to ensure proper integrated product support (IPS) considerations throughout system development.
Attend 450F/392L Weekly Stand Up, Weekly PMS 450FE7 Team Meeting, Payload Hosting IPT and Risk Assessment Meetings.
Secure VACL SSW Arrangement Approvals.
Be proactive and motivated, have attention to detail, and is an excellent communicator with stakeholders at various levels.
Have familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within NAVSEA and Team Submarine, working within established guidelines and procedures to accomplish goals.
Facilitate other programmatic actions that require coordination between the branches, which will include compiling inputs and working to address inconsistencies to ensure consistent voice and messaging.
Identify and provide recommendations on improvements across the organization.

The ability to manage the planning and execution of tasking and work requirements for support contractors and the shipbuilder.

Experience with Navy acquisition and Submarine Programs.

As a Personnel Employment Assistant, you will:
Provide direct support to program administrators by providing administrative services to type, edit, and distribute a wide variety of correspondence under established guidelines and procedures.
Prepare personal awards based on an awards template as well as engraving names and command logo on plaques in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and visitors.
Schedule and plan meetings/appointments as required, including conference calls.
Liaise with staff members, applicants and the general public on a daily basis.
Develop and maintain filing systems for applicant files, general correspondence, forms, reports, minutes, and other materials per direction and procedures.
Assist with distribution, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and preparation of routine correspondence and outgoing materials as needed.
Coordinate, compile, and maintain data for submission in monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
Assist with screening, reviewing and verifying the accuracy of applicant enlistment paperwork and update applicant enlistment documents using secure automated personnel data systems as needed.
Organize, collect, analyze, and present statistical information related to the tracking of applicants, goal attainment, and marketing analysis for both officer and enlisted programs.
Prepare reports for Program Managers and higher level personnel, describing problems that are recurring or causing significant delays or costs, the corrective actions taken, and the need for additional time or resources needed to meet recruiting objectives.
Obtain workload data and track progress in meeting objectives and use of resources via web-based Navy applications and other commercially available web-based programs.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
A High School Diploma or GED (Bachelors degree or Masters degree account for years of experience).
0-2 years of working experience.
High proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office 2010 suite of software applications to include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft SharePoint Workspace.

Position Description
Serco is excited to begin support to the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JPO). This contract provides program management support in support of the full acquisition lifecycle of the F-35 program, to include development, production, and sustainment.
This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer your DoD Secret clearance.
Our Senior Program Manager, Program Integrator position is located in Crystal City, Arlington, VA, and provides program management direct supportto theDirector, Deputy Director/Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of the Directorate of Cyber Integration within the F-35 Joint Program Office with the purpose to integrate the activities of F-35 Program Director of Cyber Integration (DCI) teams to minimize gaps and seams in program execution. Assure all cyber planning is fully integrated with overall program effort and that of other participating services, agencies, and countries as applicable. Monitor and track status on Program Management Office (PMO) and DCI Governance Action Items. Assist in coordination and delivery of information and capabilities briefing for program management reviews and presentations. Develop presentations on program status, accomplishments, and progress to all levels of DoD, JPO Governance Forums, and industry. Provide strategic guidance to produce critical outcomes for program success. Supports the DCI Chief of Staff on matters internal and external to DCI. This duty requires initiative and the ability to work independently given strategic guidance to produce critical outcomes for program success.
The Integrator will attend Program level briefings and meetings internally and externally as directed by the Director and Deputy/CISO as their designated representative. The Integrator shall ensure detailed feedback is provided to each as well as passing along tasking given during the briefing or meeting. When the Integrator cannot resolve an issue, the Integrator will develop and recommend courses of action to the PM that will satisfy the Enterprise's critical objectives and priorities. Develop and prepare a variety of correspondence and other documentation (i.e., formal letters, position papers, reports, staff studies, staff summary packages, briefings, charts, bullet background papers, etc.) as tasked by the PMO leadership.
This is a Hybrid/Telework position.
You will be part of a dynamic team of F-35 JPO Program Managers and Analysts who works closely with the customer and other key F-35 National Security and Allied stakeholders to deliver quality F-35 systems.
In this role, you will:
Execution Integration/Management Duties:
Ensures tasking, actions and direction flow from the VS workflow to appropriate individuals and organizations, with an understanding of priorities, tone, and intent.
Cognizant that DCI and Staff must closely align and function in direct support of the DCI Director, Deputy Director/CISO and that these positions in particular require mutually supportive coordination of combined effort, and therefore must work to affect such interdependent support and activity.
Provide Program Status Updates to DCI Leadership Team, Services, Partners, and F-35 Governance Forums.
Understand, report, and mitigate weapon's program risks.
Promulgates assigns or arranges for management control techniques and procedures to provide accurate and comprehensive information concerning the status and progress of assigned programs.
Synthesizes critical management issues, documentation, and relevant information to support program reviews.
Continuous Improvement and Cost Savings/Affordability Initiatives Duties:
Formulate and develop innovative support concepts which minimize cost while maintaining aircraft availability.
Communication Duties:
Communicate and thereby represents the DCI, both internally and externally. All actions are performed with the clear and fundamental understanding that these actions are in primary support of the DCI Director, Deputy Director/CISO.
Assist in the coordination and delivery of information and capabilities briefing for the program reviews and presentations.
Develop presentations on program status, accomplishments, and progress to all levels of DoD, JPO Governance Forums, and industry.
Integration Duties:
Interfaces with every DCI lead/direct report internally as well as directly with the senior staff personnel of offices internal DCI, and also with industry. This interaction is most often a coordinating and collaboration function and not a direct report relationship - the critical purpose of this position is -enabling-, -coordinating- and -maximizing- the actions of others to integrate across organization operations and enhance the ability of the VS Directorate to conduct analysis and make informed decisions impacting directly on the program. These decisions will have significant development, operational and programmatic impacts for the entire life cycle of the program.
Integration between with DCI and other JPO functionals (e.g. Security, OSI/PJ) branch teams and DCI Senior Staff and Functionals.
Represent the Program at meetings, conferences and workshops.
Assist in reporting periodic and comprehensive assessments and evaluations of Country program goals and objectives that will provide a basis for long-range planning to improve F-35 Program management.
Monitor and track status on PMO and JPO Governance Action Items.
Assures that all planning is fully integrated with the overall program Team effort and that of other participating services, agencies, and countries when involved.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
An active DoD Secret clearance.
Master's Degree in the stated discipline or a Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years additional work experience related to the labor category functional description.
The ability to provide on-site support at F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) located in Crystal City, VA no
At least ten (10) years' experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, in weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management; and a minimum of six (6) years out of 10 years of recent work experience related to analysis and planning. At least three (3) years in support of a Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP).
Leadership experience in US Service-related military operations or defense acquisition program management related to weapons system acquisition, employment, and life cycle management.
Knowledge in DoD Instruction (DoDI) 5000.2 (Operation of the Defense Acquisition System), DoD Directive (DODD) 5530.03 (International Agreements), and the International Cooperation in Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (IC in AT&L) Handbook
To be provide subject matter expertise to support F-35 program in delivering the weapons system.
To assist with task support of acquisitions, financial management, risk management, systems engineering, total ownership cost determination, acquisition coordination, and communications.
To demonstrate knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of system acquisition to plan, organize, and coordinate critical aspects of the development, production, and deployment of systems, subsystems, and equipment.
To demonstrate knowledge of the system equipment life-cycle phases and the documentation, analyses, and reviews associated with those phases.
The ability to travel 10%.
Desired:
DAWIA Certification Requirement:Program Management (A) Level II or a BS or BA degree or PMI certification and1 year equivalent to at least the DA-4 level of Specialized Experience.
Program Management experience in Defense Programs, specifically in aviation Sustainment and Logistics.
Experience of working in a Systems Program Office.
Ability to support a highly complex program acquisition strategy with significant levels of concurrency between design, development, and test, sustainment implementation, and Follow-on Development.
Knowledge and demonstrated skills necessary to lead and manage teams and/or Working Groups consisting of representatives from multiple countries/Services' to develop common sustainment solutions.
Experience of international collaborative programs, in order to manage, coordinate, and integrate diverse program efforts.

Position Description
Join Serco as a senior-level, marine propulsion engineer. You will be part of a team of Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) Subject Matter Experts (SME) that are evaluating and managing the delivery of new amphibious ships, auxiliary ships, and landing craft to the fleet and sustaining existing fleet assets. Our team is led by a Program Manager having decades of experience working in the DoD and shipbuilding industry. This position can be performed from the Norfolk, Virginia or Washington, District of Columbia areas.
This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain an Interim DoD Secret level clearance post-employment.
Our Naval Acquisition and Sustainment Operation provides critical services to nearly all U.S. Navy ships and craft and supports surface ship maintenance, modernization, and sustainment. You will work closely with Government, maritime industry professionals, and support personnel. In this role:
Will assist the Government Amphibious Warfare Program Office program deliver new ships to the fleet.
Will be responsible for managing project(s) and related task orders for customer(s) with a high level of technical expertise.
Plan, schedule, and manage accomplishment work during new construction and post-delivery (PD) periods, including pre-availability planning efforts, Industrial Post Delivery Availability (IPDA), Post Delivery Availability (PDA), Fitting Out Availability (FOA), Post Shakedown Availability (PSA) and various windows of opportunity (WOO).
Provide expertise to customers to ensure resolution of issues.
Provide analysis of shipyard progress data and metrics, and other relevant sources of information to advise clients on current and developing issues. Provide reviews, analysis, studies, documentation, and recommendations for HM&E systems with an emphasis on the propulsion train and electrical power generation.
Provide timely resolution of issues related to the planning, scheduling, and accomplishment of logistically supported engineering changes during post-delivery (PD) periods.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Interface with Ship's Force, NAVSEA, and SUPSHIP On-Site Installation Coordinators (OSIC's) with the sequencing of system installation and testing. This may include the exchange of critical path scheduling information to resolve integration issues.
Provide technical and programmatic support. Review and evaluate various system documents, drawings, and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) products to ensure accuracy and proper shipboard integration and installation.
Participate in associated meetings to review and update production status. Track, coordinate, and provide work completion information for assigned systems (i.e., Technical Data Packages (TDPs), Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Plans of Action and Milestone (POA&M), Industrial Support requirements, Objective Quality Evidence (OQE), etc.)
Liaison with the planning yard to facilitate approvals of any change documentation or upcoming configuration changes. Work with the planning yard when a new system change is forthcoming to coordinate design/support requirements. Coordinate waterfront Technical Authority (TA) review and approval of any in-process modifications and non-conforming conditions or exceptions as required.
Support customers in the analysis and improvement of ship construction and repair process policies and procedures.
Lead and direct the work of others including providing mentorship and technical guidance.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of relevant experience with U.S. Navy or U.S. Coast Guard ship construction or ship repair and maintenance is required, particularly in thepropulsion train, power generation, and auxiliary equipment areas. Relevant experience is professional experience of essentially the same scope and complexity as that described in the -Position Description-, above. Military or DoD experience can be substituted for a degree if 15 or more years of specific work experience can be demonstrated in an analogous or higher-level position.
A current DoD Secret clearance or be able to obtain and maintain an interim clearance post-employment.
United States (U.S.) citizenship.
Detailed knowledge of TS9090-310(series) technical specification, ALTERATIONS TO SHIPS ACCOMPLISHED BY ALTERATION INSTALLATION TEAMS and NAVSEA Standard Items.
Possess detailed knowledge of compartment and general arrangements, hull and structure design, and machinery arrangements.
Knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD) as a design tool.
Detailed knowledge of applicable laws and regulations that pertain to maritime operations, naval architecture, and Safety of Life At Sea (SOLAS).
Working knowledge of marine engineering principles to ensure equipment interface within the vessel as a total system.
Expert knowledge of analytical techniques and ability to adapt study and analytical methods and techniques, interpret findings, and make recommendations.
Demonstrated experience planning, scheduling, and managing accomplishment of work during post-delivery (PD) periods.
Demonstrated experience analyzing of shipyard progress data and metrics.
Demonstrated experience working with and making recommendations for HM&E systems.
Ability to operate personal computers and have good knowledge and operational abilities with Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to support activities in a shipyard or naval facility may be required. Some work may occur within an industrial field office, outdoors and/or aboard ship while the ship is undergoing construction, alteration, activation, overhaul, repair, and/or underway trials. Walking and climbing throughout the ship, to accomplish ship checks, may be required. Exposure to high noise levels, uncomfortable temperatures, heights, or other industrial safety conditions will require use of personal protective clothing and equipment.
Ability to travel to support activities at headquarters, in a shipyard or naval facility, or onboard ship while underway.
Additional desired experience and skills:
Relevant amphibious warship ship and/or craft experience is ideal.
Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act of 1990 (DAWIA) certification is desired.
Experience working within DoD/Navy ACAT I Programs is desired.

Position Description
JOIN OUR TEAM to assist and prepare over 200,000 Servicemen and women who separate annually from the United States Military begin a new life chapter as a civilian. Many of those who separate from the military have transition plans while others find becoming a civilian a daunting task. The Department of Labor (DOL) Veterans' Employment and Training Service (VETS) program requires contractor services to support these transitioning Servicemen and women through its highly successful Transition Assistance Program (TAP) that is offered world-wide to conduct job assistance workshops, employment counseling, apprenticeship program placements and employer outreach.

In this role, you will:
Teaching and/or instructing Military personnel transition to civilian professional and vocational occupations.
Guide the transitioning Military Servicemembers in identifying goals while also assisting them with recognizing any employment or education gaps.
Organize and able to manage an office.
Providing transitioning Servicemembers (Active, Reserve, National Guard), family members, and Veterans a comprehensive understanding of preparing for civilian employment, job searching, job application processes, networking, technical training opportunities, credentialing, and assistance in preparing for civilian employment and participation in technical programs and schools; and, who can conduct large group instruction and provide counseling on the job search process.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A High School Diploma and 3+ years of experience as a professional trainer or facilitator.
OR an Associate's degree.
Experience which demonstrates understanding of private and public sector employment processes.
Experience as a classroom instructor.
To be knowledgeable of the workplace, jobs, and requirement for entry into those jobs.
To demonstrate the ability to provide training to groups with up to 50 participants
To be proficient in MS Windows and Office.
The ability to communicate effectively with Military clients, be comfortable instructing and speaking in front of a group, be observant of others, possess the ability to engage an audience, and respond to inquiries independently.
To be available (if required) to work extended hours, including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays, and be willing to perform administrative functions for the office.
An excellent time management skills, able to work independently, and able to respond to inquiries.
Travel up to 25% of the time.

CNIC Regional Offices enable improving operational performance and cost reductions through business process definition, analysis, and development of technical capabilities which automate process or improve transparency for analytics and decision making. The CNIC N6 ISSE is tasked supporting the authorization of systems through the RMF process to obtain an Interim Authority to Operate (IATO) or an Authority to Operate (ATO).
In this role, you will:
Support the categorization of the Information System (IS) to be accredited through the RMF process and support the development of the System Security Plan (SSP)
Select required/applicable security controls for the IS, implementing said controls in the SSP to the IS and supporting the development, review and approval of Security Assessment Plan (SAP) which governs the process to assess the IS' security controls
Perform periodic security scans of the IS using required IS security scanning tools such asACAS
Acquire and maintain accounts needed in the RMF process, such as Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) accounts or other accounts needed for RMF
Perform regular patching or upgrade of all required security scanning tools
Support decommissioning and disposal by identifying, assessing and implementing required disposal policies, guidance and procedures, and device data sanitation policies or guidance
Attend the CCB meetings and advise the board on the security impact of the proposed changes to the IS
Support the registration of the IS in DITPR-DON as well as the registration, maintenance of the registration or update the registration of any software required within the IS in DADMs
Perform system administration, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and operation of Cybersecurity related systems or servers, its components, clients, etc
Maintain inventory of IT related assets that falls under the Cybersecurity Office's responsibility
Qualifications

Qualifications

If you love engaging in high profile administrative projects, then this position is for you! Serco is hiring a dynamic Personnel Employment Assistant to support the Navy Recruiting Command in Pittsburgh, PA.
Serco supports the Navy Recruiting Command with recruiting the best quality men and women from the diverse population of our country and focus on the productive outcomes required by executing best business practices and maintaining an effective, motivated, integrated active and reserve recruiting force.
The hourly pay rate for this position is $18.03, plus an additional $4.23/hr for Health and Welfare (H&W).
As a Personnel Employment Assistant, you will:
Provide direct support to program administrators by providing administrative services to type, edit, and distribute a wide variety of correspondence under established guidelines and procedures.
Prepare personal awards based on an awards template as well as engraving names and command logo on plaques in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and visitors.
Schedule and plan meetings/appointments as required, including conference calls.
Liaise with staff members, applicants and the general public on a daily basis.
Develop and maintain filing systems for applicant files, general correspondence, forms, reports, minutes, and other materials per direction and procedures.
Assist with distribution, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and preparation of routine correspondence and outgoing materials as needed.
Coordinate, compile, and maintain data for submission in monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
Assist with screening, reviewing and verifying the accuracy of applicant enlistment paperwork and update applicant enlistment documents using secure automated personnel data systems as needed.
Organize, collect, analyze, and present statistical information related to the tracking of applicants, goal attainment, and marketing analysis for both officer and enlisted programs.
Prepare reports for Program Managers and higher level personnel, describing problems that are recurring or causing significant delays or costs, the corrective actions taken, and the need for additional time or resources needed to meet recruiting objectives.
Obtain workload data and track progress in meeting objectives and use of resources via web-based Navy applications and other commercially available web-based programs.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
A High School Diploma or GED (Bachelors degree or Masters degree account for years of experience).
0-2 years of working experience.
High proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office 2010 suite of software applications to include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft SharePoint Workspace.
10% travel required.
