Serco supports the Navy Recruiting Command with recruiting the best quality men and women from the diverse population of our country and focus on the productive outcomes required by executing best business practices and maintaining an effective, motivated, integrated active and reserve recruiting force.
The hourly pay rate for this position is $17.51/hour, plus an additional $4.23/hour for Health and Welfare (H&W).
As a Personnel Employment Assistant, you will:
Provide direct support to program administrators by providing administrative services to type, edit, and distribute a wide variety of correspondence under established guidelines and procedures.
Prepare personal awards based on an awards template as well as engraving names and command logo on plaques in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and visitors.
Schedule and plan meetings/appointments as required, including conference calls.
Liaise with staff members, applicants and the general public on a daily basis.
Develop and maintain filing systems for applicant files, general correspondence, forms, reports, minutes, and other materials per direction and procedures.
Assist with distribution, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and preparation of routine correspondence and outgoing materials as needed.
Coordinate, compile, and maintain data for submission in monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
Assist with screening, reviewing and verifying the accuracy of applicant enlistment paperwork and update applicant enlistment documents using secure automated personnel data systems as needed.
Organize, collect, analyze, and present statistical information related to the tracking of applicants, goal attainment, and marketing analysis for both officer and enlisted programs.
Prepare reports for Program Managers and higher level personnel, describing problems that are recurring or causing significant delays or costs, the corrective actions taken, and the need for additional time or resources needed to meet recruiting objectives.
Obtain workload data and track progress in meeting objectives and use of resources via web-based Navy applications and other commercially available web-based programs.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
A High School Diploma or GED (Bachelors degree or Masters degree account for years of experience).
0-2 years of working experience.
10% travel required.
Additional desired experience and skills:
High proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office 2010 suite of software applications to include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft SharePoint Workspace.

Position Description
Serco is excited to support the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program Office. This contract provides program management support in support of the full acquisition lifecycle of the F-35 program, to include development, production, and sustainment.
Our FMS Program Analyst will provide support to the Maintenance Systems PMO with its full acquisition cradle-to-grave (modernization, production, and sustainment) responsibility for the F-35's logistics information systems: the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS); Operational Data Integrated Network (ODIN); and, Prognostics and Health Management (PHM). These information systems support the F-35's full mission cycle from planning, sortie generation and recovery, maintenance management, and supply chain management.
In this role, you will:
ALIS - assist Maintenance Systems PMO in providing ALIS central point of entry andstandard operating units for unclassified and classified F-35 ground-based systems toinclude hardware, software, and related peripheral equipment for ground-based AirSystem management.
ODIN - assist Maintenance Systems PMO in providing the authority for developing, demonstrating, product support planning, producing, and fielding the modernized F-35 maintenance and logistics information system.
PHM - assist Maintenance Systems PMO in providing onboard and off-board software to diagnose and life manage the F-35 AV and engine.
LogIS/Data Enterprise -
Assist Maintenance Systems PMO in improving data quality and integration by evaluating the delivery and execution of Sustainment Data Products (SDPs) to identify, prioritize, and fix defects;
Assist Maintenance Systems PMO in transforming data by facilitating the movement of source data to an integrated data environment;
Assist Maintenance Systems PMO in supporting acquisition by developing documents, supporting proposal evaluation and contracting negotiations to fullycapture data quality requirements.
Qualifications

The F-35 Directorate Acquisition and Integration (DA&I) in its mission to manage JPO functions as they relate to business operations, foreign compliance, process improvement, cost, requirements, and acquisition.
Our Process Improvement Analysts analyzes and documents one or more of an organization's processes. Meets with subject matter experts within the organization to gather process information and/or requirements. Designs and documents new processes and obtains organizational feedback. Communicates process flows or requirements to staff for software development efforts or as part of procedural training. May interact with senior level staff to propose process modifications.
In this role, you will:
Support DA&I in providing training, resources, and expertise that enable JPO personnel to evaluate how they work and establish a culture of continuous improvement in the JPO
Assist CMO in reviewing, evaluating, analyzing, and reporting on the quality performance of Prime and Subcontractors and providing inputs to CPARs
Acquisition Program Management - Assist DA&I in managing procurement and enterprise procurement metrics.
Assist DA&I in Procurement Process and Product Management Team (PMT) management, small business contracting and management, scheduling (e.g., the Enterprise Integrated Master Schedule [IMS]), and enterprise risk management.
Support DA&I in establishing, maintaining, and providing surveillance of the QMS Assist DA&I in staffing, training, equipping, and providing standardization for all personnel responsible for implementing and maintaining the JPO QMS supporting PMO quality oversight responsibilities Assist DA&I in developing and implementing quality assurance oversight processes procedures that assure appropriate program oversight of Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) quality assurance activities
Business Operations - support DA&I in managing acquisition documents, the Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES), Selected Acquisition Report (SAR), CPARS, and JPO Issuances
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:

Possesses expertise in process improvement methodology at Black Belt (BB) level or equivalent within the past ten (10) years.
Experience in DoD applications such as at NAVAIR AIRSpeed Offices or equivalent.
Three (3) out of the past five (5) years must be practical and implementation experience. Mastery of process improvement techniques to include but not limited to: Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, benchmarking, metric/statistical analysis, process management and improvement, and process flow charting.
Certified as a CPI practitioner at the journeyman level
Knowledgeable with DoD Directive (DODD)5010.42, DoD-Wide Continuous Process Improvement/Lean Six Sigma Program, and SAEAS9100D Quality Management Systems -Requirements for Aviation, Space, and Defense Organizations
Possesses a high degree of self-initiative, and the ability to work independently and function as part of an interdisciplinary team

The Modeling and Simulation Analyst will be part of a dynamic team supporting research and engineering on behalf of the Office of the Secretary of Defense at the Pentagon, and Mark Center officers in nearby Alexandria, Virginia. In this role, you will:

Qualifications

An active DoD Top Secret with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance
A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or related technical field
2 years of software development experience (preferably scripting languages, Python, R programming language, C++, Lua, etc.)

Diagnose and repair aftertreatment systems.

Be responsible for scheduling and prioritizing work derived from driver reports and planned maintenance.

Qualifications

Provide analytical support for hull, mechanical and electrical systems; total ship engineering; ship surveillance; and all types of waterfront engineering and inspections.
Evaluate and review shipbuilder work packages, conduct photo documentation, develop databases allowing searches for key information in written correspondence.
Review drawings, Initial Change Proposals (ICP), Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), waterfront changes, work items, design reviews condition reports and trial cards.
Review initial designs, developments, and analysis of new ships and/or ship systems.
Provide support in the development of designs for current and conceptualized ships, systems, and equipment. Evaluate designs for feasibility.
Review ECP packages for completeness and provide recommendations.
Assess compliance with Naval regulatory and design standards.
Interface with stakeholders and cross functional teams to ensure necessary resources are available for ship/system.

The ability to be able to obtain and gain access to shipyards (NAVSTA & DBIDS), undergo a background investigation and pass a drug screening.
Be able to obtain an OSHA certification
Familiarity with NAVSEA, standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of electrical repair, fabrication, and installation.
The ability to work in high heat spaces, climb shipyard dry dock stairs/ladders, work in kneeling position for layout of cable runs under false decking, lift up to 50 pounds with 80% of work requiring carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to 40 pounds for majority of shift while being in a standing, crouching, or walking position.
Attention to safety, which is critical.
Be able to get respirator qualified and wear proper PPE throughout their work shift.
Candidate must be willing to travel up to 10% to various work sites.

As an Advanced Marine Electrician, you will join, fabricate, and assemble various electromechanical and electronic assemblies by applying appropriate safety techniques and the work is performed on-board U.S. Naval Ships and military installations. You will also play a critical role in ensuring that successful and safe work is performed on-board U.S. Naval Ships and our Military installations, which is vital to our Mission to protect and serve our Military.
In this role, you will:
Conduct various tests or experiments which may require minor modifications in test setups or procedures as well as subjective judgments in measurement; selects, sets up, and operates standard test equipment and records test data.
Receive initial instructions and equipment requirements; perform recurring work independently; work is reviewed for technical adequacy or conformity with instructions including troubleshooting and correcting malfunctions.
Perform assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed such as: Constructs components, subunits, or simple models or adapts standard equipment.
Gather and maintain specified records of engineering data such as tests, drawings, etc.; performs computations by substituting numbers in specified formulas; plots data and draws simple curves and graphs.
Perform tasks or tests such as tensile or hardness tests; operates and adjusts simple test equipment; records test data.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Shipboard Experience
A High School Diploma or equivalent.
5 years of experience (Experience as a Electrician highly preferred)
The ability to be able to obtain and gain access to shipyards (NAVSTA & DBIDS), undergo a background investigation and pass a drug screening.
The ability obtain an OSHA certification
Familiarity with NAVSEA, standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of electrical repair, fabrication, and installation.
The ability to work in high heat spaces, climb shipyard dry dock stairs/ladders, work in kneeling position for layout of cable runs under false decking, lift up to 50 pounds with 80% of work requiring carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to 40 pounds for majority of shift while being in a standing, crouching, or walking position.
Attention to safety, which is critical.
Be able to get respirator qualified and wear proper PPE throughout their work shift.
The ability and willingness to travel up to 25% to various work sites such as Virginia Beach, VA, Bremerton, WA, Everett, WA, Pearl Harbor, HI, Mayport, FL & Yokosuka Japan.
The ability and willingness to work in San Diego, CA.

In this role, you will:

Assemble and review all required documentation as outlined by the ISSM and CNIC for the RMF packages
Tailor security controls out of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) SP 800-53 rev 4 for the systems
Assist with updating policy and documentation along with maintaining compliance with NIST SP 800-53 rev 4 throughout the RMF lifecycle
Develop a Security Assessment Plan (SAP) in accordance with the Navy RMF Process Guide ver. 3.1 and using the templates provided in the RMF Knowledge Service (KS)
Assess and implement security controls, Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scans in accordance with the SAP
Gather ACAS, STIG, Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) files, and other related package artifacts and report any discrepancies to the program
Build risk assessment report (RAR) incorporating all findings discovered in testing and documenting an analysis of each finding
Verify traceability between system authorization data flow, boundary diagrams, Hardware, Firmware, Software, Ports, Protocols and Services (PPS) lists, and ACAS scan
Update and help implement the status of all security controls, enhancements, and control correlation identifiers (CCIs) in eMASS
Make data entries into eMASS record for assigned systems and track RMF process timelines
Prepare for and conduct RMF-related briefings at meetings with internal and external representatives
Interact frequently with internal personnel and outside representatives at various levels
Assist in developing schedules and plans of actions and milestones (POA&M) for producing deliverable products and reports within customer-directed timelines

As a Logistics Technical Data Analyst Lead you will be on a dynamic team, supporting Team Submarine and provide logistic and maintenance support to one of our customers with the U.S. Navy in the Washington, DC area. Team Submarine's Submarine Program Offices are responsible for the acquisition of New Construction Submarines and for identifying, assembling, managing, directing, and coordinating the resources required for the R&D, design, construction, Test and Evaluation (T&E), Live Fire Test and Evaluation (LFT&E), and Fleet introduction of the U.S. Navy's newest class of nuclear attack submarines. The program is a major defense acquisition program with a total life cycle cost of approximately $336B. Additionally, successful improvement of the Class' capabilities is of significant political importance with Congress and the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD).
Serco supports the US Navy as a prime for their Team Submarine SHAPM contract supporting the acquisition of submarines. The Team Submarine concept unifies once diverse submarine-related activities into a single submarine-centric organization with the goal of eliminating traditional stovepipe structures and processes that created impediments and inefficiencies in the submarine research, development, acquisition, and maintenance communities. Team Submarine provides improved communication among the various offices that contribute to the overall success of the United States Submarine Force.
In this role, you will:
Oversee and manage VIRGINIA Class logistics technical data (LTD) products.
Be responsible for scheduling and conducting daily briefs with the Navy customer, preparation of Naval letters, tracking open commitments, database management, coordinating with external agencies, and ensuring New Construction VIRGINIA Class submarines have all LTD products required for certification.
Be Responsible for the planning and tracking of all outstanding LTD for VIRGINIA Class submarines.
Provide accurate and timely status of outstanding LTD products to the Navy customer.
Prepare departmental reports for the government program manager.
Coordinate the tracking and routing of all correspondence related to LTD products for the Navy customer.
Provide product reviews, delivery oversight, and analysis of logistics products; oversee the transportation & distribution system and procedures to ensure the efficient and economical delivery of products.
Integrate safety, obsolescence, and engineering challenges for analysis and solution development; track solutions from engineering development to logistical implementation; validate the QA package at each stage of the process.
Synchronize between Electric Boat and NAVSEA to update the technical manuals.
Provide daily support to Integrated Logistics Services Management team; coordinate with Global Logistics team to gather best practices, develop presentations, schedule, facilitate and record quarterly community of practice meetings.
Review proposals and make recommendations for modifications in distribution center processes.
Work directly with the customers providing logistics support functions; evaluate customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Contribute and provide guidance to the completion of significant logistics projects; partake in weekly phone calls to track upcoming key events and prioritize the workload; harmonize with TPOC to determine required reviewers.
Assemble package in digital format for distribution; develop and implement the monitoring, evaluation, and improvement actions for inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and adherence to documented PO and inbound receipt procedures.
Build and maintain logistics KPIs; recommend and implement operational improvements, processes, and software.
Review and update the customer database with the current status of all changes being tracked.
Develop integrated processes among internal functions and outside suppliers.
Determine complex logistics opportunities for process improvements and inventory reductions
Maintain an active online community, keeping an expansive source for relevant information.
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate insights for advancing shared organizational goals.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
An Active DOD Secret Clearance
US Citizenship
A Bachelor's Degree
An Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
7 years of experience (Experience with Program Management, including the acquisition process, change management and Navy program execution, Submarine Programs and Maintenance Activities highly preferred)
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, preferably Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work both in a team environment
Ability to work independently, and often under short, multiple deadlines

Experience as a Retired Navy Chief

In this role, you will conduct support in one of these areas:
For identified improvement initiatives, provide Business Case Analysis (BCA) with particular focus on throughput, cycle time, business and industrial processes. BCA's should provide an understanding of associated business and implementation risks for each initiative, impact of each initiative, costs associated with implementation efforts, and other relevant components.
Provide an overview of initiatives to include the following: current state of affairs for process/organization under review, description and significance of improvement effort, required fixed and variable costs (to include labor), timeline and proposed future state.
Provide detail recommended steps/activities for implementation and follow-on assessment of effectiveness including additional actions.
For new technologies, propose potential acquisition strategies associated with each of the proposed initiatives and indicate the risks and benefits that are expected to accrue.
Develop metrics to measure the success of initiatives.
Qualifications

In this Special Security Officer USAFCENT role, you will:
Perform a full range of security duties and assignments in support of USAFCENT AFFOR A2 at Shaw.
Assist in the operation of the special security office and help administer the SCI security program to include providing SCI security guidance for other local/tenant scifs and tscifs, and Temporary Secure Working Area (TSWA) within the USAFCENT.
Each Security Discipline provides the following Sub-tasks:
Information and Industrial Security
Maintain applicable SCI directives, regulations, manuals, and guidelines to adequately discharge SSO duties and responsibilities.
Ensure SCI is properly accounted for, controlled, transmitted, transported, packaged, and safeguarded.
Ensure SCI is destroyed by authorized means.
Ensure SCI is disseminated only to persons authorized access to the material and having an established need-to-know.
Investigate SCI security infractions, making recommendations to the Chief SSO on site and preparing required reports.
Maintaining continuing liaison, with collateral security officials to ensure both security levels are mission accomplished.
Conduct SCI personnel, information, physical and technical security (TEMPEST/Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) actions.
Provide all security awareness trainings as required by regulations and requested by the COR.
Personnel Security
Perform all aspects of the SCI Personnel Security Program to include, for example, nomination interviews, validation of SCI access requirements, submission of investigative requests, conduct SCI security briefings; obtain signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NdA) and Non-Disclosure Statement (NdS); and perform other related personnel security actions.
Provide a briefing on local SCI security procedures to newly arrived personnel and those receiving initial SCI indoctrination.

Serve as the official channel for certifying and receiving SCI visitor clearances/accesses.

In this role, you will:
Conduct various tests or experiments which may require minor modifications in test setups or procedures as well as subjective judgments in measurement; selects, sets up, and operates standard test equipment and records test data.
Receive initial instructions and equipment requirements; perform recurring work independently; work is reviewed for technical adequacy or conformity with instructions including troubleshooting and correcting malfunctions.
Perform assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed such as: Constructs components, subunits, or simple models or adapts standard equipment.
Gather and maintain specified records of engineering data such as tests, drawings, etc.; performs computations by substituting numbers in specified formulas; plots data and draws simple curves and graphs.

Qualifications

Shipboard Experience
A High School Diploma or equivalent.
5 years of experience (Experience as a Electrician highly preferred)
The ability to be able to obtain and gain access to shipyards (NAVSTA & DBIDS), undergo a background investigation and pass a drug screening.
The ability obtain an OSHA certification
Familiarity with NAVSEA, standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of electrical repair, fabrication, and installation.
The ability to work in high heat spaces, climb shipyard dry dock stairs/ladders, work in kneeling position for layout of cable runs under false decking, lift up to 50 pounds with 80% of work requiring carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to 40 pounds for majority of shift while being in a standing, crouching, or walking position.
Attention to safety, which is critical.
Be able to get respirator qualified and wear proper PPE throughout their work shift.
The ability and willingness to travel up to 25% to various work sites such as Virginia Beach, VA, Bremerton, WA, Everett, WA, Pearl Harbor, HI, Mayport, FL & Yokosuka Japan.
The ability and willingness to work in San Diego, CA.

Oversee and manage VIRGINIA Class logistics technical data (LTD) products.
Be responsible for scheduling and conducting daily briefs with the Navy customer, preparation of Naval letters, tracking open commitments, database management, coordinating with external agencies, and ensuring New Construction VIRGINIA Class submarines have all LTD products required for certification.
Be Responsible for the planning and tracking of all outstanding LTD for VIRGINIA Class submarines.

Develop and maintain the DDG 51 C/S Integrated Test Schedule.
Provide expertise, support, and analysis for AEGIS Weapon Systems (AWS), Air and Missile Defense Radar (AMDR) and Weapon Systems by assisting in the coordination of Combat Systems specific events and tests in support of Acceptance Trials (AT), Final Contract Trials (FCT) and Post Shakedown Availability (PSA) planning activities.

An ideal candidate will have experience as a U.S. Navy Engineering Duty Officer working collaboratively with major US shipyards (such as Norfolk Naval Shipyard) with direct experience in nuclear and non-nuclear operation, maintenance, repair, design, test, and modernization (SHIPALT/SCD) of HM&E, Electronic, Weapons Handling, and marine diesel engine equipment on aircraft carriers and submarines requiring detailed knowledge of technical specifications and standards.
Knowledge, ability and skills:
Knowledge of best practice maritime processes and support methodologies to meet Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) requirements.
Ability to lead and manage large teams.
Ability to operate personal computers and have good knowledge and operational abilities with Microsoft Office tools.

You will be part of a large team that provides foreign disclosure guidance to the USAFCENT Commander and staff in support of daily intelligence data exchanges occurring within the Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC), and USAFCENT Headquarters. The team has been recognized by the USAFCENT & Air Force and the industry for their outstanding contributions to the contract and program.
In this role you will:
Assist in maintaining Foreign Disclosure Representative program management and manning requirements.
Assist all USAFCENT directorates and functional staff elements in the disclosure/release process by coordinating with organizations to review and determine potential for disclosure/release by Originating Classifying Authorities (otherwise known as the FORREL process).
Provide requisite expertise and assistance for preparing and presenting briefings on multiple topics regarding foreign disclosure procedures and processes.
Assist and provide guidance to Foreign Disclosure Representatives to ensure the proper implementation of foreign disclosure policy.
Deploy into 9 AF AFCENT AOR to support Foreign Disclosure services on a regularly scheduled basis.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
High School Diploma/GED
TS/SCI Clearance
Three years' experience with National Disclosure Policy (NDP-1), DoD foreign disclosure policy, Air Force foreign disclosure policy, Higher Headquarters foreign disclosure policy and guidance, and other applicable directives/instructions.
Three years' experience with the USCENTCOM AOR and extensive knowledge of Joint and Air Force Doctrine, as they relate to Air Force operations, operational capabilities, and operational sensitivities specifically relating to operations in the USCENTCOM AOR.
Two years' experience with general Air Force and specific foreign disclosure operations, information security processes for classified material handling, and general management practices.
Ability to travel up to 25%

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
US Citizenship.
Bachelors Degree.
Fluency (written and oral) Arabic language.
Five years experience working in or with foreign nationals from countries located in the CENTCOM AOR (Middle East).
Three years supporting Component HQ Staff or higher.

As the Program Analyst, you will collaborate with production and quality specialists from the Serco team and SUPSHIP to track, analyze, and report findings from QA callouts and checkpoints of a major shipbuilding construction contract. Serco is a leading support contractor to the US Navy and as such we work directly for PMS 400D, part of the Program Engineering Office's effort to procure and deliver the finest ships for our sailors and our country. As a partner with the US Navy in acquisition of the Navy's Arleigh Burke Class Destroyer, Serco provides program management support, data management, production, technical, combat systems, test, configuration services, and overall project support.
You will be part of a large contingent of Serco and Navy personnel supporting the Program Office team responsible for building & delivering multiple ships to the fleet. You will collaborate with some of the most experienced shipbuilders around in the country and have opportunities to gain knowledge and insight into the Navy's shipbuilding and quality processes.
In this role you will:
Provide daily support to the SSGC C300 team responsible for quality assurance.
Electronically receive emails daily from Shipbuilder QA to retrieve Navy Callouts and Test Calls to be entered into Navy Call Log for QA inspections with continuous updates.
Maintain Navy QA Call Log (Spreadsheet) adding information as received daily.
Electronically receive weekly updated Compartment Schedules from Shipbuilder Admin for each DDG Hull with CCI and other updates.
Use Compartment Schedules received from Shipbuilder, prepare updated CCI Reports for weekly distribution.
Complete electronic distribution of CCI updated weekly reports.
Conduct daily TSM Database queries to retrieve open CARS (Corrective Action Reports) and Trial Cards written against Final Compartments for Navy QA to review before all Final inspections.
Continuously complete government and company mandatory training to keep credentials ACTIVE.
Create a DDG Monthly Callouts and Test Calls Totals list for each DDG Hull to be incorporated in Monthly metrics - sent out electronically.
Maintain physical files/paperwork (TIRs and 2247s) for each DDG Hull after each Navy QA inspection.
Verify TIRs and 2247s are documented in TSM Observations, then shred documents.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Ability to obtain and maintain an Active DOD Secret Clearance
US Citizenship
High School Diploma/GED
4 years of experience (Experience in tracking and analyzing data highly preferred)
Experience collecting data, organizing, and creating presentations
Experience working in database programs and conducting queries to obtain specific data
Familiarity with shipyards and shipbuilding
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to create and organize data in excel sheets to be used to track trends, sort, and create graphs
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work with a variety of personnel with varying levels of experience.
Attention to detail, willingness to learn new processes and awareness of customer's daily needs.
Teamwork attitude and eager to take on new challenges.
