What You'll Do:

As an entry-level lube technician (aka auto technician), you will help keep our guests safe on the road by providing top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services for their vehicles. Through our award-winning training program, you will learn to change oil, check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries, inspect and replace lights and wipers, perform an 18-point safety check, and more. You'll work as a team to provide fast, easy, trusted services to our guests, and have fun doing it!

Job Description

What you'll do:

As a Certified Automotive State Inspector you will help drive the continued success of VIOC by providing reliable and impeccable preventive maintenance service. You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, evaluating their needs and performing maintenance to keep their vehicle serviced and safe on the road.

• Perform state, smog, safety and/or emissions inspections for our guests

• Perform automotive preventive maintenance such as changing oil, checking and refilling other vehicle fluids, replacing filters, and inspecting and replacing lights and wipers

• Master products, services, and company knowledge

• Maintain a clean, well-organized service center and facilitate a safe and secure working environment

How you'll make a difference:

• Assist the Service Center Manager (SCM) in the daily operation of the center and learn how to build a high-performance team

How you'll make a difference:

• Perform oil changes and additional car maintenance services

• Assist the Service Center Manager (SCM) in the daily operation and oversight of the service center

• Deliver a positive first impression to each guest with a warm and friendly greeting

• Build trust and win repeat, loyal customers

• Support the SCM with inventory, labor management, and financial performance of the service center
