This position would be optimal for an entry to intermediate level Recruiter who is open to strengthening their talent acquisition skillset while learning and growing in a team-centered Human Resources department.A successful candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter who is dedicated to exceptional customer service through a partnership approach. Being process-oriented with a commitment to compliant recruitment methods is key for this role.Position is based in our Virginia Beach corporate office but is currently supporting a level of remote work (due to current pandemic status). Works closely with PMs to review current project financial status and project future performance. Responsible for monitoring cost and schedule performance and performs related analyses.Produces financial deliverables for both internal and external use. These can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Help develop and review procedures, process, and products to identify possible improvements to better support customer needs and reduce costs and errors.Financial support includes funding analysis, monthly expenditure analysis, cost variance analyses, historical financials, track current task spending and commitments, burn rates and forecast future trends. Monitoring actual costs against budgets.Assist PMs with all purchase requests, validate subcontract invoices against purchase orders and track all subcontract efforts including monthly reports.Assist PMs with Risk Authorization Request (RARs), Mod Request, and Limitation of Funds Notifications (LOFs).
