WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Allocator position is a vital role in Direct to Consumer (DTC) and responsible for initial and replenishment allocations supporting all Full Price and Outlet locations. The Allocator will respond and collaborate with the merchant, planner and field organization to guarantee appropriate mix, depth, and breadth of inventory at an individual store level.
Responsible for Full Price and Outlet store in-season allocations
Execute initial and replenishment allocations, as well as transfers of product to maximize sales and optimize inventory
Manage individual store inventory analyzing weeks on hand, open to ship, balance of ownership relative to deliveries and flow.
Oversee reporting for weekly business needs
Troubleshoot shipment/delivery delays
Provide seasonal size analysis and share results with merchants
Attend weekly meetings with merchant, planning and store partners
Ensure allocation plans are aligned with OTB category plans to support overall business objectives
Participate in store visits
Provide feedback from stores relative to product that is underperforming or exceeding expectations
Partner with merchants to identify transfer opportunities
PO management
Assortment Planning prep
Perform other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
At least 2 years' experience working as an Allocator
Knowledge of allocation systems and reporting with the ability to manipulate data to produce reports accurately and efficiently
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Proficient in Excel
Passionate about analyzing information and identifying risks and opportunities
Organizational and timekeeping skills to manage workload and deadlines
Possess an ability to understand financial measurements and how to impact them
Demonstrates listening, written and oral communication skills

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The DTC Retail Planner position is a vital role in our Direct to Consumer (DTC) channel and will be responsible for building financial sales, gross margin, and inventory plans for both pre-season and in-season time periods.
Present monthly category level open-to-buy process
Create and maintain annual, seasonal and monthly merchandise plans
Provide strategic buy quantities to Buying team
Analyze current data and trends to identify risks and opportunities to business and recommend strategies to achieve financial sales goals
Maximize opportunities through key item programs
Develop, maintain and update tools/reports to support the needs of the business
Partner with cross functional partners to implement consistent and profitable in-season replenishment strategies
Review new store floor plans to ensure ideal presentation levels are met
Provide pricing and promotional recommendations

What you'll do:

What you'll do:
Operations
Act as a liaison between the corporate and store teams, communicate with other stores and District Manager to share best practices
Achieve store sales goals and drive sales through targeted and measured activities
Manage store opening/closing procedures. Hold keys to the store and maintain a high level of responsibility for store security and standards
Monitor sales and motivate team to hit forecasted goals
Merchandise and maintain company standards of all product on the floor
Monitor and control shipment and inventory, including transfers and markdowns
Direct and coordinate proper placement of items on sales floor and of back stock once received
Review and track sale records and reports to project sales
People/Talent Management
Manage your team by guiding, directing, and motivating them
Develop your team by recognizing talented staff and developing them for growth within the company
Conduct annual performance reviews and address any ongoing performance issues. Partner with HR on employee relations issues, terminations, etc
Recruit, hire, and train team members
Track store payroll budget, timecards, and scheduling, adjust schedule according to needs of the business

What you'll do:
-Actively help and engage with customers' needs
-Drive sales and build relationships with customers
-Represent the brand with actions and knowledge of products
-Bring your passion for the brand, snowboarding, skateboarding, surfing, or the action sports industry into the store environment to connect and build relationships with customers
-Complete customer transactions in a timely and accurate manner
-Inform customers of current sales and promotions
-Merchandise men's, women's, and kid's clothing and accessories
-Maintain floor appearance by receiving, checking, and shelving merchandise
-Maintain store cleanliness by keeping areas organized and uncluttered
-Collaborate with your team to complete assigned tasks
-Contribute to a fun, organized, and efficient environment
-Perform other duties as assigned
What you'll need:
-Flexible schedule and able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
-Previous retail/sales experience preferred
-Familiarity with the brand and action sports industry
-Interpersonal, customer service, and basic math skills

What you'll do:
-Uphold and enforce company policies, procedures, and corporate directives
-Execute store opening and closing procedures and be highly responsible for the store keys and security measures
-Serve as Manager on Duty when needed
-Give basic coaching to Retail Associates as needed
-Help build product-knowledge driven sales culture, sharing your knowledge of our industry, eco-initiatives, and high-quality product to Associates and Customers
