The Opportunity
As a dedicated Digital Marketing Owned Channel Lead (Outbound Calls / SMS), you will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies and programs for Outbound Calls, SMS and related telephone marketing tactics that support the branding and marketing efforts of USAA. This includes maturing channel capabilities and performance by developing and maintaining frameworks, strategies, playbooks, and processes to enable internal clients and stakeholders. You will serve as the primary point of contact to USAA Marketing team members and at the lines of business on all aspects of all aspects of outbound channel marketing.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, Chesapeake, VA or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
What you'll do:
Leads the development and optimization of multiple, highly complex and/or critical digital or social marketing initiatives delivered via internet, mobile, and any other emerging platforms.
Identifies trends and insights to bring new digital or social channels to market.
Leads the collaboration with peers, enterprise partners and senior management to gain alignment on the tactical and strategic direction for digital/social channels.
Responsible for communication of program, project and /or campaign through various reports/tool as required.
Serves as the primary resource for cross functional team members on high priority matters of a unique nature.
Applies digital and social marketing subject matter expertise across multiple channels to influence digital campaign design.
Effectively directs social and/or digital agencies to ensure alignment with goals and prioritization.
Applies an expert understanding of tools/techniques to test and optimize performance against digital or social marketing objectives.
Trains and mentors digital marketing managers
Leads cross functional teams to deliver new landing pages and optimize user experience.
Develops digital channel performance plans and monitors key online marketing metrics to track success.
Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you have:
Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
8 years of experience in a marketing, sales, advertising and/or communications function, to include at least 4 years of experience in one or more of the following functions: social marketing, website merchandising, search marketing, mobile marketing, or digital campaign management.
Subject-matter-expert knowledge of digital or social marketing industry and practices.
Subject matter expert in primary channel.
Demonstrated leadership in influencing business decisions, success in leading, influencing, motivating, and collaborating with key stakeholders.
Effective communication and presentation skills; able to present to all levels of leadership.
Subject-matter-expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
For Social Marketing: Subject-matter-expert knowledge on impact of social marketing to an omni-channel experience.
What sets you apart:
Subject-matter-expertise of outbound marketing channels (Outbound Calls / telemarketing, SMS, etc.) along with processes and capabilities in support of those channels
Expert experience working with inbound and outbound activation teams at a premier advertising/digital agency and/or brands with in-house channel capabilities.
Design and execution of strategic partnership initiatives with leading MarTech and digital vendors
Experience with leading data-driven technology (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager, Tealium, Adobe Analytics).
Experience in Agile teaming.
Experience making recommendations regarding Marketing technology adoption, based on thorough awareness of the current and emerging marketing tech landscape.
High learning ability
Experience with web analytics platforms to measure impact and performance, specifically Adobe Analytics / Site Catalyst.
Experience educating leaders and decision makers on outbound best practices and requirements.
Experience with management of agency relationships and resources, and ability to influence across divisions, departments, and teams.
US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner

You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location. The salary range for this position is: $109,130 - $208,580 .

Our Credit Risk Analytics team drives oversight of Deposits and Credit Fraud through analytics of business strategies and portfolio health. This unique opportunity will enable the Credit Risk professional to collaborate with others across the bank business units, risk management, and the USAA Enterprise in the management and assessment of credit risk.
We are looking for a dedicated Credit Risk Analyst to manage Senior - Deposit Credit Risk Oversight. This role involves using quantitative methods to assess risks and opportunities within the Deposit Credit Risk space. The ideal candidate will have risk management experience in a complex institution and/or a highly matrixed environment related to financial services.

Applies industry knowledge to develop advanced and nuanced quantitative analysis utilizing extensive internal and external data sources to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous and challenging problems.
Challenges risk proposals in designated risk area of credit, market, operations, product, or strategic,,) through detailed research and vetting, leveraging banking product, regulatory and industry knowledge, and critical thinking skills to ensure strong portfolio performance outcomes.
Designs, builds, and may assist in maintaining effective risk management frameworks that enable identification, measurement, and mitigation of risk in a complex environment.
Develops and oversees comprehensive risk reporting in support of management and committee oversight of existing and emerging risks.
Designs complex financial risk sensitivity analysis.
Provides thought leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members regarding analytics and risk management.
May execute or implement advanced credit and/or financial modeling infrastructure.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree
6 years experience in an analytical field or work focused on leading risk management execution, assessments or advanced analytics OR 4 years experience in an analytical field or focused on risk management execution, analytics or risk assessments with an advanced degree in a quantitative, scientific, engineering, business or technical field OR an equivalent level of demonstrated competencies in industry leading risk management execution, advanced analytics, and risk assessments.
2 years prior analytical experience in a financial services or highly regulated environment.
Experience delivering cross functional action plans by communicating complex analytical insights and compelling risk mitigating solutions.
Experience developing and maintaining analytical reporting.
Experience applying critical thinking skills to support successful performance outcomes.
Demonstrated awareness of relevant laws, rules and regulations, such as guidance and requirements associated with OCC Heightened Standards
Strong knowledge of current analytical coding languages such as Python, SAS, or SQL.
Preferred Experience:
Risk management experience in a complex institution and or highly matrixed environment related to financial services
Understanding of deposit account loss exposures and mitigation strategies
Strong analytical, technical, and statistical skills. Ability to synthesize / analyze diverse information, develops recommendations, and makes decisions.
Data science and analytics experience using SQL, SAS, and visualization tools (Tableau) preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required with ability to present complex and sensitive issues to management.

Compensation:
USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The salary range for this position is: $120,550 - $230,400 *(this does not include geographic differential it may be applied based on your work location)

*Geographical Differential : Geographic pay differential is additional pay provided to eligible employees working in locations where market pay levels are above the national average.

The Opportunity
A Bank Exam Management Analyst is responsible for preparing and coordinating the activities related to Internal Audits and Second Line of Defense (SLoD) Assessments and Tests. This role involves collaborating closely with internal departments and Engagement Owner (i.e. Audit, ECORT, IRM) to ensure compliance with financial regulations and to facilitate smooth examination processes. The BRCA Senior will coordinate meetings, request documentation and response, provide effective challenge, and ensure that all aspects of the engagement are met in a timely manner.
Positioned in the first line of defense to ensure the overall effectiveness of risk and compliance management programs, risk analytics and operations in the business. This role will partner and collaborate with Compliance and Risk Management, as well as Business Operations, IT, Audit Services, and Regulators to support risk and compliance-based initiatives. What you'll do:
Handles and drives solutions for stronger controls, and in support of Risk and/or regulatory compliance related initiatives which may include: oversight of procedures/process, accurate regulatory reporting and filing, document governance, Risk control self-assessments, procedure governance, control design, new product controls, CoSA Third Party Governance, or quality governance.
Performs ongoing supervision and oversight of business controls and shares knowledge with team members to evaluate the effectiveness of established business controls.
Responsible for Risk data analysis, report preparation and trend analysis, using business intelligence tools.
Anticipates business needs and proactively identifies opportunities to improve and strengthen the control environment through actionable insights.

What you have:

As a dedicated Business Processes & Controls Advisor Lead, you will establish, implement, and govern fraud management activities for the Bank Fraud Organization to include risk assessments, policies, frameworks, standards, processes and procedures, and tools as a first line of defense function. Serve as a primary resource to team members and to cross-functional teams in support of fraud-based initiatives.
Regularly brief executive management on enterprise projects and initiatives that may impact fraud risk.
Anticipate future training needs tied to fraud risk management through understanding regulatory and industry trends.
Ensure risks associated with business activities are identified, measured, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you have:
Bachelor's degree: OR 4 years of related fraud, compliance, risk, audit or regulatory experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Minimum 8 years' operations experience in a relevant functional area to include financial services, Fraud, AML, compliance, risk, audit, third party risk management or other related operational areas that support fraud risk management initiatives within the business.
