Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home assessments including an evaluation of past medical history, review of systems, medication reconciliation, vital signs, and comprehensive physical exam

  • Perform evidence-based practice screenings including point of care testing (as appropriate)

  • Identify diagnoses to be used in care management and active medical management in the furtherance of treatment

  • Formulate a list of current and past medical conditions using clinical knowledge and judgment and the findings of your assessment

  • Communicate findings in your assessment that will be used to inform member's PCP of potential gaps in care

  • Identify urgent and emergent situations and intervene appropriately

Required Qualifications:

  • Active NP license or ability to obtain by start date. Licensure must be unencumbered, free of any open/unresolved disciplinary actions including probation or restrictions against privilege to practice

  • NPs: APCs working in jurisdictions that authorize APCs to practice autonomously or without formal supervision must have obtained approval to practice autonomously or without formal supervision from their licensing board, if applicable. New hires who are eligible and have not applied prior to hire date, must apply to practice autonomously or without supervision within 1 month of hire. If not eligible to practice autonomously or without formal supervision at hire, the APC must begin working towards meeting the requirement within 1 month of hire, if applicable, and apply for approval to practice autonomously or without formal supervision within 3 months of becoming eligible; or PAs: Ability to work under a Collaborative Agreement in applicable states

  • Active ANCC or AANP national certification in Family, Geriatrics, Adult, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care, or Adult-Gerontology Acute Care certification, or the ability to obtain national certification and/or NP license in state of assignment by start date

  • Ability to complete physical requirements of the job including lifting a 30-pound bag in and out of the car, navigating stairs and a variety of dwelling conditions, and sit, stand and kneel to perform physical assessment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of clinical experience in their highest level of education, clinical setting

The Sterile Processing Tech functions as an integral member of the team and is responsible for performing technical tasks that support clinical operations. The focus of this position is the decontamination and reprocessing of instrument sets and reusable sterile supplies. Included responsibility is the preparation of case carts for upcoming day's surgery.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Receives and processes instrumentation, supplies, and equipment from the operating room, departments, clinics, and outside customers in a timely manner

  • Cleaning and decontamination of instruments, scopes, equipment, and disposal of biohazard. Utilizing proper PPE, tech will disassemble, inspect, and decontaminate via manual, ultrasonic and automated process following IFU's

  • Performs sterilization, and high-level disinfection of instruments, scopes and equipment via steam autoclaves, low temp and liquid chemical

  • Performs and records required daily quality checks and tests on the sterile processing environment, instrumentation, and equipment

  • Documents sterilization, HLD and tasks via electronic records, SPM or paper charting

  • Follows standards for handling instrumentation and equipment including AAMI standards and manufacturers instruction for use.

  • Maintains assigned work areas and equipment to follow AAMI standards and IFU's

  • Assists in orientation of new employees to each work assignment area and total department operation

We seek a Float Senior P harmacy Technician to support all functions of the Genoa mental health and specialty pharmacy primarily through dispensing medical prescriptions and performing necessary clerical duties while under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.

Hours: Pharmacies in the area you will be covering will be open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm PST

Location : You will be a float technician that will cover all sites in OR for PTO coverage. The cities will include: Medford, Portland-Metro, Grants Pass, Roseburg, Eugene, Salem, Gresham, Sandy, Astoria, Newport, Coos Bay, Bend, St. Helens, and potentially Ontario.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and members of the clinic staff

  • Fills prescription orders and makes them available for verification under direct supervision of the registered pharmacist

  • Orders, receives and stores incoming pharmacy supplies

  • Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders

  • Verifies medication stock and enters data in computer to maintain inventory records

  • Works with the Pharmacist to assist in the pharmacy functions and keeping the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements

  • Performs various clerical duties relating to the department

  • Communicates with strong professional verbal and written communication skills

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Oregon

  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification

  • 2+ years of pharmacy and prescription data entry experience

  • Access to reliable transportation

  • Valid US driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Long Term Care experience

  • Travel/Floating Pharmacy Experience

Required Qualifications:
