Summary of Position:

MSO's T-Mobile retail sales associates are wireless experts that can sell and promote all T-Mobile products and services, while providing amazing customer service during each visit. To be the face of our company, you will need to know wireless technology and love to help people by assessing their needs. We provide our enthusiastic professionals the best in class training necessary for them to educate our customers on T-Mobile's many products and services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED

• At least 18

• Prior experience in sales and customer service

• Must be able to complete a full time paid three (3) week Monday - Friday 10:00AM - 6:00PM training

• Must be willing to approach and greet the public

• Must be willing to participate in continuous learning and training sessions

• Must be willing to adhere to -retail hours.- Ability and willingness to work days, nights, and weekends is a must

• Must be able to work on Holiday blackout dates

Your Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell Charter Spectrum TV, Digital Streaming, Mobile and Broadband offerings within a retail store.

• Exceed sales targets and performance goals

• Build positive work relationships with customers and retail employees to enhance the image and public perception of T-ROC

• Maintain a friendly attitude when interacting with customers in a constantly changing performance driven environment.

• Maintains sound knowledge of multiple Charter Spectrum and competitor products and services

• Work closely with management, and other members of the sales team to determine best practices, maximize customer satisfaction, and support sales and marketing initiatives.

• Attend daily training sessions and sales calls during assigned working hours

To be successful in this role you need:

In this role, you will sell mobile phones, plans, and accessories inside Walmart in the electronics department. Equally important, you'll work with others to bring out the best in them as they do the same.

Your days will be approaching Walmart shoppers walking by as well as attracting them to come over to you, engaging them, and ultimately selling them on buying a new phone . You'll have access to sell all the latest high end phones as well as a variety of budget friendly value devices, along with all sales promotions across major carriers (VZW, AT&T, etc.). You'll be coaching others along the same path, helping them get their feet on the ground, teaching them how to improve, and helping them win!

You'll be selling/mentoring at a 5-7 store local Walmart area for about 40 hours per week, on a retail schedule, but there is some flexibility therein - especially for top producers. You'll visit each store every week, no matter what.

You'll be the KEY go between bridging the sales team with leadership, and will have loads of opportunities to make a huge impact. Your relationships with store management are of critical importance, as you're the most commonly seen -face of T-ROC-.

Bottom line: You're outgoing, persuasive, love being around people and bringing out the best in them. You're leadership material and love building others up. Most of all - you're a great sales person and terrific at guiding others to be as well.
