Summary of Position:

MSO's T-Mobile retail sales associates are wireless experts that can sell and promote all T-Mobile products and services, while providing amazing customer service during each visit. To be the face of our company, you will need to know wireless technology and love to help people by assessing their needs. We provide our enthusiastic professionals the best in class training necessary for them to educate our customers on T-Mobile's many products and services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED

• At least 18

• Prior experience in sales and customer service

• Must be able to complete a full time paid three (3) week Monday - Friday 10:00AM - 6:00PM training

• Must be willing to approach and greet the public

• Must be willing to participate in continuous learning and training sessions

• Must be willing to adhere to -retail hours.- Ability and willingness to work days, nights, and weekends is a must

• Must be able to work on Holiday blackout dates

Our Assembly Techs are experts at building items safely, quickly, and with attention to detail. • Assembly of bicycles are most of your work, but you'll also be building outdoor grills, furniture, and other products for the end-customer or for store display.

• Efficiently and quickly set up work area to allow for effective product prep, fast builds, and movement of assembled inventory to sales floor or store storage area.

• Exhibit the highest level of competency, safety, and accuracy in the assembly of products.

• Work with store management to confirm what needs assembled and accurately enter required information into T-ROC's mobile reporting tool for proper tracking.

You'll have access to sell all the latest high end phones as well as a variety of budget friendly value devices, along with all sales promotions across major carriers (VZW, AT&T, etc.). You'll be coaching others along the same path, helping them get their feet on the ground, teaching them how to improve, and helping them win!

You'll be selling/mentoring at a 5-7 store local Walmart area for about 40 hours per week, on a retail schedule, but there is some flexibility therein - especially for top producers. You'll visit each store every week, no matter what.

You'll be the KEY go between bridging the sales team with leadership, and will have loads of opportunities to make a huge impact. Your relationships with store management are of critical importance, as you're the most commonly seen -face of T-ROC-.
