Market Lead - Retail Sales

$31,000-$35,000 base salary - 40 hour work week

$250 monthly at-risk guarantee for 90 days; Up to $1k per month bonus based on store performance

Monthly car allowance based on store travel requirements.

In this role, you will sell mobile phones, plans, and accessories inside Walmart in the electronics department. Equally important, you'll work with others to bring out the best in them as they do the same.

Your days will be approaching Walmart shoppers walking by as well as attracting them to come over to you, engaging them, and ultimately selling them on buying a new phone . You'll have access to sell all the latest high end phones as well as a variety of budget friendly value devices, along with all sales promotions across major carriers (VZW, AT&T, etc.). You'll be coaching others along the same path, helping them get their feet on the ground, teaching them how to improve, and helping them win!

You'll be selling/mentoring at a 5-7 store local Walmart area for about 40 hours per week, on a retail schedule, but there is some flexibility therein - especially for top producers. You'll visit each store every week, no matter what.

You'll be the KEY go between bridging the sales team with leadership, and will have loads of opportunities to make a huge impact. Your relationships with store management are of critical importance, as you're the most commonly seen -face of T-ROC-.

Bottom line: You're outgoing, persuasive, love being around people and bringing out the best in them. You're leadership material and love building others up. Most of all - you're a great sales person and terrific at guiding others to be as well.

Qualifications:

• Sales expertise

• Must own a smart phone with a data plan, and have a decent understanding of how to use it

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Requirements:

• Has an accountable work style, friendly demeanor, and offers appreciation to others easily.

Here's what you need to ROC this role:

You'll have access to sell all the latest high end phones as well as a variety of budget friendly value devices, along with all sales promotions across major carriers (VZW, AT&T, etc.). Overview

SUMMARY :

The People Experience HR Assistant/Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the employee termination process for all companies under The Retail Outsource Companies, and all affiliated companies. The People Experience Specialist will also be responsible for the creation of all job codes, titles, position exemption tests, salaries, and compensation matters.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serves as first point of contact for all termination tasks including providing guidance on termination process, receipt of resignation notices, termination notices and processing of terminations in all required HR Systems.

• Responsible for the processing of all unemployment claims, responding to claims and fighting claims as deemed necessary.

• Responsible for storing all termination documents in employees' electronic personnel files and moving active files to termed file upon end of employment life cycle.

• Responsible for running a weekly terminations report, sending out exit interviews, reviews responses, records exit interviews process in master log, and works with the Employee Relations Specialist in identifying trends and finding ways to improve employee engagement and retention.

• Responsible for the completion of all Verifications of Employment.

• Responds to tickets assigned through the Operations Ticket System within department's established SLA's.

• Responsible for the timely process of all COBRA notices.

• Responsible for processing garnishment terminations.

• Responsible for creating and maintaining job codes, job titles, salary/compensation structure, and commission guidelines.

• Works in collaboration with People Experience and People Attraction team to provide excellence in customer service delivery.

• Assists with People Experience responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment is preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree in HR is preferred

• Knowledge and understanding of U.S. employment laws is a plus.

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.

• Great interpersonal and persuasion skills.

• Customer service orientation is required with great follow up capabilities.

• Ability to effectively manage conversations with employees at all levels within the organization.

• Ability to respond to all HR related matters in a timely and accurate manner and prioritize according to urgencies or time sensitive issues.

• Flexible, proactive and positive disposition to company's changing needs.

• Ability to work extra hours and weekends as needed.

• Must have exceptional organization and time management skills.

• Cognitive abilities are required to recognize when escalations or involvement of other team members are needed.

• Use of various systems requires incumbent to be technologically savvy.

• Ethical and integral to manage confidential and sensitive information.

• Team player and disposition to work in a collaborative virtual environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
