Overview

Market Lead - Retail Sales

$31,000-$35,000 base salary - 40 hour work week

$250 monthly at-risk guarantee for 90 days; Up to $1k per month bonus based on store performance

Monthly car allowance based on store travel requirements.

In this role, you will sell mobile phones, plans, and accessories inside Walmart in the electronics department. Equally important, you'll work with others to bring out the best in them as they do the same.

Your days will be approaching Walmart shoppers walking by as well as attracting them to come over to you, engaging them, and ultimately selling them on buying a new phone . You'll have access to sell all the latest high end phones as well as a variety of budget friendly value devices, along with all sales promotions across major carriers (VZW, AT&T, etc.). You'll be coaching others along the same path, helping them get their feet on the ground, teaching them how to improve, and helping them win!

You'll be selling/mentoring at a 5-7 store local Walmart area for about 40 hours per week, on a retail schedule, but there is some flexibility therein - especially for top producers. You'll visit each store every week, no matter what.

You'll be the KEY go between bridging the sales team with leadership, and will have loads of opportunities to make a huge impact. Your relationships with store management are of critical importance, as you're the most commonly seen -face of T-ROC-.

Bottom line: You're outgoing, persuasive, love being around people and bringing out the best in them. You're leadership material and love building others up. Most of all - you're a great sales person and terrific at guiding others to be as well.

Qualifications:

• Sales expertise

• Must own a smart phone with a data plan, and have a decent understanding of how to use it

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

• Must be willing to adhere to -retail hours.- Flexibility and willingness to work day shifts, evening shifts, weekends and holidays

Qualifications & Requirements:

Overview

Are you looking for a short-term overnight role? T-ROC is seeking Overnight Retail Merchandisers to assist retailers with a remodel of their store by reading and implementing planograms (POGs), moving fixtures, setting signage, and more. You will work as a team with additional T-ROC employees and retailer employees.

This opportunity starts off with you being part of our local Overnight Walmart Reset team. You'll work 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, starting around 9pm each night. You'll receive a 1-hour unpaid meal break and 2- 15 minute breaks. When the project is complete, after 90 days or so, you'll have the opportunity to be part of our Travel Reset Team, our local Bicycle/Grill Assembly team, our Merchandising Team or one of many other opportunities within TROC.

If you like to travel, I can add you to the Travel Team right now. Your travel would not begin until the local project is complete.

Here are the details:

• Assembly of displays/fixtures by following detailed instructions from your onsite supervisor working within a team environment

• Remain accessible and have open communication with your manager and onsite supervisor

• Maintain a professional image and appearance

• Build an excellent service relationship with team members

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• This is a physical, fast-paced working environment

PAY RATE: $19.00

Here's what you need to ROC this role:

• Must be comfortable reading planogram's, schematics, or maps (training will be provided)

• Those who have had success in the past have backgrounds in plumbing, mechanics, carpenters, HVAC, electricians, warehouse associates, laborers or relatable skills

• The ability to read, write, and speak English

• Your Own/Reliable Transportation & Valid Driver's License

• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance

• Ability to stand, squat, kneel for 8-10 hours and regularly lift 50+ pounds

Are you looking for a short-term overnight role? T-ROC is seeking Overnight Retail Merchandisers to assist retailers with a remodel of their store by reading and implementing planograms (POGs), moving fixtures, setting signage, and more. You will work as a team with additional T-ROC employees and retailer employees.

This opportunity starts off with you being part of our local Overnight Walmart Reset team. You'll work 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, starting around 9pm each night. You'll receive a 1-hour unpaid meal break and 2- 15 minute breaks. When the project is complete, after 90 days or so, you'll have the opportunity to be part of our Travel Reset Team, our local Bicycle/Grill Assembly team, our Merchandising Team or one of many other opportunities within TROC.

If you like to travel, I can add you to the Travel Team right now. Your travel would not begin until the local project is complete.

PAY RATE: $17.50

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is responsible for delivering a best in class experience for the store team and for customers.The ideal candidate is a passionate, high energy leader who values teamwork and coaching. The ASM in partnership with the SM, is responsible for delivering a world class customer and employee experience, achieving sales goals, and running an operationally sound business.

Core Responsibilities:

• Proactively coaches and develops Store team to perform their responsibilities at a high level.

• Passionately drives store operations consistency with detailed orientation to back of house standards and showroom floor processes and procedures. Evaluates current processes, procedures, and overall efforts for improvement and innovation.

• Drives operational excellence with particular focus on inventory management. Leads store inventory cycle counts ensuring the timeliness and compliance with store, channel, and company requirements.

• Ensures all customer facing technology is functional to optimize sales opportunities, Store, and employee experiences.

• Coaches team members on how to position all XFINITY products with customers.

• Works closely with the Store Manager to ensure appropriate staffing levels and efficient scheduling.

• Reviews store reports looking for improvement opportunities in the areas of sales, inventory, cash handling, productivity, and NPS.

• Administers cash handling policies and procedures.

• Leveragesavailable toolsto monitor customer feedback, coach, and take action to improve the store experience.

• Is well-versed in sales compensation plans and addresses team member questions.

• Builds collaborative relationships with market and region stakeholders including the Operations Manager.

• Exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Requirements:

• 2+ years retail experience with an established track record of exceeding and/or achieving sales and service results.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Has a strong work history that demonstrates a passion for world class sales and service, innovation, personal and team development. Demonstrates sales excellence and competent leadership.

• Has an accountable work style, friendly demeanor, and offers appreciation to others easily.

• Must be able to work nights and weekends, holidays, and variable schedule(s) as necessary.

• Proficiency in all MS Office applications preferred.

• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
