Your Responsibilities:

• Engage, promote and represent US Cellular Wireless Products and Services using effective knowledge to existing and prospective customers.

• Exceed Lead Generation Targets and goals.

• Build positive work relationships with customers to enhance the image and public perception of company in a very competitive industry.

• Maintain a friendly attitude when interacting with retail customers representing client within a Big Box Retail Setting!

• This Consultant Specialist success in based on building relationships with customers and communication solutions within the wireless industry.

• The Consultant Specialist should continuously be knowledgeable on competitors (products, pricing, promotions, etc.) and be prepared on selling the US Cellular's Value Proposition, providing solutions, and capturing contact information for the client to contact the customer.

To be successful in this role you need:

• 1 year of retail sales or experience in the service industry is preferred, but we will train you if you have the desire and people skills to be successful.

• Savvy on wireless capabilities, and have a love for people

• Be motivated and eager to work in a retail arena, thrive on quality and integrity standards and presenting a positive can-do approach every day.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be 18 years of age.

• Must have reliable transportation each day, with regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

• Being willing to work weekends, evenings, and regular business hours is just part of the job! We are flexible if you are! Both full and part time available.

Our Assembly Techs are experts at building items safely, quickly, and with attention to detail. It's not only the quality of the assembled product that set our technicians apart from the crowd, but also the pride they take by being part of a team of skilled trade professionals at T-ROC. If you are reliable, customer focused, and mechanically inclined who thrives by working at a fast pace, while maintaining attention to detail? Here are the details:

• Assembly of bicycles are most of your work, but you'll also be building outdoor grills, furniture, and other products for the end-customer or for store display.

• Efficiently and quickly set up work area to allow for effective product prep, fast builds, and movement of assembled inventory to sales floor or store storage area.

• Exhibit the highest level of competency, safety, and accuracy in the assembly of products.

• Work with store management to confirm what needs assembled and accurately enter required information into T-ROC's mobile reporting tool for proper tracking.

• Maintain equipment to keep all materials in working order in accordance with T-ROC's Assembly Technician Tools / Equipment Policy.

• Meet or exceed T-ROC's minimum performance standards as well as adhere to all retailer guidelines

• Maintain compliance with all required technician training.

• Participate in all required conference calls and team meetings.

Here's what you need to ROC this role:

• Conduct yourself in a neat, clean appearance and always be courteous and professional when interacting with store management and associates

• Maintain motivation, drive, and commitment that allows self-determination of increased income, based on daily work productivity.

• Being mechanically inclined and have used a variety power and manual tools assembling bicycles, gas grill, etc is a plus.

• Following written and diagramed directions for assembly of products

• Be a self-starter who can manage daily store assignments and solve problems in the assembly process with limited supervision.

• Establish confidence and a positive rapport with store management and associates.

• Have reliable transportation that provides the ability to transport self, tools, and equipment necessary to complete daily assembly assignments to your store location.

• Weekdays 8am-4pm. Some weekends and holiday availability.

• Can work steadily, with speed and accuracy for extended periods of time while working on tasks that require standing, kneeling, bending, lifting, twisting, etc must be met by employee to successfully perform this job

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds

Here are the details:

• Assembly of bicycles are most of your work, but you'll also be building outdoor grills, furniture, and other products for the end-customer or for store display.

• Efficiently and quickly set up work area to allow for effective product prep, fast builds, and movement of assembled inventory to sales floor or store storage area.

• Exhibit the highest level of competency, safety, and accuracy in the assembly of products.

• Work with store management to confirm what needs assembled and accurately enter required information into T-ROC's mobile reporting tool for proper tracking.

• Maintain equipment to keep all materials in working order in accordance with T-ROC's Assembly Technician Tools / Equipment Policy.

• Meet or exceed T-ROC's minimum performance standards as well as adhere to all retailer guidelines

• Maintain compliance with all required technician training.

• Participate in all required conference calls and team meetings.

Are you looking for a short-term overnight role? T-ROC is seeking Overnight Retail Merchandisers to assist retailers with a remodel of their store by reading and implementing planograms (POGs), moving fixtures, setting signage, and more. You will work as a team with additional T-ROC employees and retailer employees.

This opportunity starts off with you being part of our local Overnight Walmart Reset team. You'll work 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, starting around 9pm each night. You'll receive a 1-hour unpaid meal break and 2- 15 minute breaks. When the project is complete, after 90 days or so, you'll have the opportunity to be part of our Travel Reset Team, our local Bicycle/Grill Assembly team, our Merchandising Team or one of many other opportunities within TROC.

• Assembly of displays/fixtures by following detailed instructions from your onsite supervisor working within a team environment

Our training provides employees with the tools to deliver exceptional service but first we need an outgoing and upbeat attitude to build on. As a store manager, you must recognize that exceeding sales goals is as important as building positive relationships between the team and their customers. The operations team will rely on you to provide reports on metrics such as number of customers and sales; as well as daily challenges and success.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED

• Must always stay on top of T-Mobile technology so you and your sales team can be experts for your customers
