Job Summary:

Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and working as a team. Ensures an excellent customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

Responsibilities:

  • Role models exceptional customer service

  • Creates a positive internal and external customer experience

  • Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor

  • Takes an active role in training and mentoring Associates on established merchandising and processing principals utilizing appropriate company resources and tools

Responsibilities

  • Ensures the delivery of prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to all external and internal customers at all times, resolving any customer service issues appropriately and competently

The Key Carrier role is an elevated extension of the Coordinator role. Key Carriers alternate their role based on store needs, predominantly performing the role of Coordinator and occasionally acting as Key Carrier, taking on a leadership role in maintaining all aspects of the store.     Pay Range: $17.00 to $17.50 per hour

    Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. Pay rate offered may be higher than posted range, depending on experience.
