The Senior Product Analyst works on the Product Management team to analyze, design, and support Truist's product platform. The Product Analyst must have experience with technology product implementations, digital release schedules, and on-going support. Detailed understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC- both waterfall and agile) is also required. This analyst partners with product management to position the organization to transform to meet the challenges of the technology and digital world and may be expected to lead projects supporting the organization. The work will also support existing products by researching product issues and required fixes. This position is a highly visible role with the organization and works closely with the product, PMO and technology Delivery teams.

Coordinate research with analysts across the organization to create and communicate a strong understanding of client insights and the competitive landscape.
Analyze, define, and communicate reporting requirements to cross-functional teams during the software development lifecycle.

The annual base salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000.

Provides consulting/training/education services such as data management and staff training/orientation for standard systems.
Administration, budget and policy management:
Responsible for local inventory maintenance and software license agreements management (SLA's).
Develops and monitors security compliance in accordance with IT standards, policies and procedures.
Responsible for maintenance of systems documentation such as IT operations manuals.

Special project leadership and / or support
Management of new vendor relationships for specific initiatives.

Bachelor's degree and fifteen to twenty years related experience or equivalent combination.
Excellent knowledge of technical management and data governance.
Knowledge of current trends in IT hardware and systems software field.
Database management skills with the ability to produce reports.
Familiarity with the support and troubleshooting of personal computers and tablet devices.
Analyze situations, evaluate alternatives, and implement robust solutions
Interpret guidelines and analyze information to adapt or modify processes in response to changing circumstances.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge on Dynatrace, Splunk, SCOM, IBM Tivoli Monitoring, Network Node Manager, Apex, ThousandEyes, Firewalls, Hyper V, VLANs. Active Directory, O365, or equivalents is preferred
Dynatrace Certification Associate strongly preferred
Training ability and experience is a plus
- Proven experience as an Observability Leader with a hands-on experience leading, designing, and developing Monitoring Solutions for large scale, high visible programs at an Enterprise level
- Excellent knowledge of methodologies, processes, and proven experience with Observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, SCOM, IBM Tivoli Monitoring, Network Node Manager, Apex, ThousandEyes or equivalents is strongly preferred
- Automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python etc.) is strongly preferred
- Experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong leadership and technical skills to engage engineers and product owners to make decisions on technical trade-offs
- The position needs strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

- Exhibit adaptability to accept or bring about change when needed
- Experience working with onsite and offshore resources
