The Senior Product Analyst works on the Product Management team to analyze, design, and support Truist's product platform. The Product Analyst must have experience with technology product implementations, digital release schedules, and on-going support. Detailed understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC- both waterfall and agile) is also required. This analyst partners with product management to position the organization to transform to meet the challenges of the technology and digital world and may be expected to lead projects supporting the organization. The work will also support existing products by researching product issues and required fixes. This position is a highly visible role with the organization and works closely with the product, PMO and technology Delivery teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Monitor digital trends. Identify, prioritize and assess experience-related trends, business/service models, and underlying enablers that meet core business needs.

  3. Benchmark Truist products and services (with direct and indirect competitive set) to identify pockets of opportunity and areas of best practice for concept testing, prototyping and/or development.

  4. Lead research to support product findings and issue remediation.

  5. Synthesize insights in a meaningful way to share with a cross-section of stakeholders and other partners throughout the organization.

  6. Coordinate research with analysts across the organization to create and communicate a strong understanding of client insights and the competitive landscape.

  7. Analyze, define, and communicate reporting requirements to cross-functional teams during the software development lifecycle.

  8. Support the development of digital roadmaps that reflect client needs/gaps and teammate needs/gaps, as well as foundational technology capabilities and other digital enablers.

The annual base salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000.

QUALIFICATIONS

Coordinate various aspects of examination responses including artifact collection, drafting narratives, presentation creation, meeting organization, etc. to ensure compliance with requirements and guidelines. Collaborate with CCS and risk personnel to develop effective management responses and remediation plans to ensure that target dates are met and that residual risk is communicated and found acceptable by senior management. Consistently deliver and execute on the designated processes to effectively address Regulatory & Audit requirements. Provide expertise in translating regulatory requirements into practical, workable plans; prepare critical submission documentation and communicate with regulatory agencies, where applicable. Act as a point of contact between CCS and other functional areas. Maintain knowledge of and monitor changes in pertinent laws, regulations, and guidance to effectively interpret external developments and inform/educate internal stakeholders.

  1. Provide risk advice and serve as risk Subject Matter Expert (SME) to CCS to promote and strengthen compliance with applicable regulations, policies, procedures and risk program requirements.

  2. Partner with first and second line of defense teammates across assigned business areas in identifying, escalating and in remediating risk control gaps to ensure compliance with Enterprise Risk Management programs and policy.

  3. Aggregate, report and communicate risk results to inform teammate stakeholders of the existing risk environment and escalate material concerns to CCS leaders and committees.

  4. Monitor & report on emerging risks potentially impactful to CCS partners and Truist.

  5. Understand CCS goals, provide risk management expertise in strategic projects and seek engagement from appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and BURM peers for guidance and input.

  6. Foster a spirit of continuous improvement and offer recommendations to refine and/or enhance cybersecurity and GCO processes as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

JOB SUMMARY

The Group Technology Manager is a tactical, hands-on IT leader who is responsible for administration of one or more technology teams within the EPEO organization. This leader will have a broad understanding across technical systems, including networks, employee devices, policies, overall capability, security, availability and reliability. They normally focus on one domain or area of technology within the organization.
