JOB SUMMARY

The Group Technology Manager is a tactical, hands-on IT leader who is responsible for administration of one or more technology teams within the EPEO organization. This leader will have a broad understanding across technical systems, including networks, employee devices, policies, overall capability, security, availability and reliability. They normally focus on one domain or area of technology within the organization.

Also to include:

  • IT Infrastructure build-out and management

  • Responsible for procurement, installation and life-cycle maintenance of IT hardware and software (includes PCs, peripherals, servers, networking equipment, operating systems and other software

  • Will seek out unmet business needs and propose technology-based solutions where appropriate. Will lead the selection and implementation of these solutions

  • Will develop, gain approval for and manage a budget to accomplish goals

  • Will serve on the Company IT Steering Team, which oversees all aspects of the company's information technology function

  • Serves as the IT point of contact and accountable for the IT portion of new office setups, office expansions, etc. This includes relocation and/or installation of voice/data communications solutions, LAN and PC equipment.

  • Responsible for local IT vendor, contract and outsourcing management

  • Responsible for monitoring data backups in offices to ensure that they are completed regularly

  • Performs appropriate duties associated with project-based activities

  • Responsible for the identification, development and communication of new technology standards and best practices as appropriate

  • Support employee and business software functionality

  • In cooperation with IT, local operations staff and key users, provide security, strategy, budgeting and disaster recovery/business continuity planning to offices and staff in multiple operating, business and functional units

  • Serves as the technical and communications liaison to and from stakeholders and office key users for IT communications, initiatives, needs assessments, etc.

  • Provides new staff with PC/account setup and orientation

  • Provides escalated technical support that requires an on-site presence (server, NAS, network or PC equipment failure), including data backup recovery. Performs complex software/hardware troubleshooting, patches and re-installations in cooperation with the Enterprise Helpdesk and accordance with established SLAs

  • Provides consulting/training/education services such as data management and staff training/orientation for standard systems

  • Administration, budget and policy management

  • Responsible for local inventory maintenance and software license agreements management (SLA's)

  • Develops and monitors security compliance in accordance with IT standards, policies and procedures

  • Responsible for maintenance of systems documentation such as IT operations manuals.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Defines short term and long term architecture

  2. Publishes best practices and educates ET population on it

  3. Responsible for defining training, certification and career path for its members

  4. Constantly analyses different technologies and vendors for new or better alternatives

  5. Provides implementation and service support of -below the line- Core IT Platform infrastructure with a focus on Production Stability / Uptime

  6. Provides continuous Capacity Planning to ensure service demands can be met

  7. Manages EOL Evergreening of old equipment to manage technical debt

  8. Enables -above the line- self-service abilities and provides support for Squads through automation

  9. Provides continuous improvements of service capabilities through efficiencies & optimization - focus on fast, easy, simple at the right cost

  10. Maintains Service level monitoring through dashboards

  11. Consulting engagements for product squads to enable adaption and DevOps ownership practices: Example: Use of Terraform, or CI/CD onboarding

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge on Dynatrace, Splunk, SCOM, IBM Tivoli Monitoring, Network Node Manager, Apex, ThousandEyes, Firewalls, Hyper V, VLANs. Active Directory, O365, or equivalents is preferred

  • Dynatrace Certification Associate strongly preferred

  • Training ability and experience is a plus

- Proven experience as an Observability Leader with a hands-on experience leading, designing, and developing Monitoring Solutions for large scale, high visible programs at an Enterprise level

- Excellent knowledge of methodologies, processes, and proven experience with Observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, SCOM, IBM Tivoli Monitoring, Network Node Manager, Apex, ThousandEyes or equivalents is strongly preferred

- Automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python etc.) is strongly preferred

- Experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Strong leadership and technical skills to engage engineers and product owners to make decisions on technical trade-offs

  1. Conduct timely, comprehensive investigations of customers, noncustomers and/or teammates by utilizing all available information.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

Serve as primary relationship advisor for high net worth and ultra-high net worth wealth clients. Responsible for developing and deepening client relationships through needs-based, high-level client service and through delivery of the full suite of Truist Wealth solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • FINRA: Maintains proper licenses including Series 7, Series 66, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam as applicable Life, Health, and Variable insurance licenses. Ensures that appropriate continuing education requirements are met where needed

  • 8 or more years of sales and client management experience in Wealth Management and a demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of high net and ultra-high net worth clients with complex credit and banking needs

  • Advanced and reputable credit knowledge with a proven track record working complex credit deals and/or in tandem with a senior credit advisor.

This role is a Senior Product Manager who will lead the Open Banking Client Experience team. This role balances business, technology and design priorities to deliver brand-defining product and service experiences. The Product Manager will work with the Product Owner to convert the vision into a level of detail that the Product Owner and Agile delivery team can then prioritize as epics and features.

The Senior Product Manager is a thought leader amongst their team. Provide expertise in the development and support of the Regulatory & Audit program including guiding the requirements review through partnership with functional areas throughout the enterprise, interpreting results and communicating key information from derived reporting. Coordinate various aspects of examination responses including artifact collection, drafting narratives, presentation creation, meeting organization, etc. to ensure compliance with requirements and guidelines. Collaborate with CCS and risk personnel to develop effective management responses and remediation plans to ensure that target dates are met and that residual risk is communicated and found acceptable by senior management. Consistently deliver and execute on the designated processes to effectively address Regulatory & Audit requirements. Provide expertise in translating regulatory requirements into practical, workable plans; prepare critical submission documentation and communicate with regulatory agencies, where applicable. Act as a point of contact between CCS and other functional areas. Maintain knowledge of and monitor changes in pertinent laws, regulations, and guidance to effectively interpret external developments and inform/educate internal stakeholders.

  1. Provide risk advice and serve as risk Subject Matter Expert (SME) to CCS to promote and strengthen compliance with applicable regulations, policies, procedures and risk program requirements.

  2. Partner with first and second line of defense teammates across assigned business areas in identifying, escalating and in remediating risk control gaps to ensure compliance with Enterprise Risk Management programs and policy.

  3. Aggregate, report and communicate risk results to inform teammate stakeholders of the existing risk environment and escalate material concerns to CCS leaders and committees.

  4. Monitor & report on emerging risks potentially impactful to CCS partners and Truist.

  5. Understand CCS goals, provide risk management expertise in strategic projects and seek engagement from appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and BURM peers for guidance and input.

  6. Foster a spirit of continuous improvement and offer recommendations to refine and/or enhance cybersecurity and GCO processes as necessary.

  7. Other activities and special projects, as deemed required.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  2. 8+ years progressive work related experience including audit, consulting, operations, process engineering, or risk management in the financial services industry.

  3. 5+ years supervisory or management level experience.

  4. Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  5. Strong knowledge of operational and other non-financial risks.

  6. Proven leadership and management skills.

  7. Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to operate without close supervision.

  8. Capability of handling multiple projects concurrently.

  9. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Regulatory experience.

  2. Audit experience.

  3. Strong knowledge in field of cybersecurity.

  4. Certified in at least one of the following: PMI-RMP, CRISC, CISA, CGEIT, CIA and/or CISM.

  5. Strong knowledge of SOX and other industry-related regulatory requirements.

  6. Strong knowledge of operational and other non-financial risks.

  7. Ability to assess levels of adherence/execution and identify risk/control improvement opportunities in risk management principles/controls, broad based business practices, and Business Unit activities/processes.

  8. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight .
