Manage the overall credit quality, risk mitigation, workout process and operational/regulatory compliance associated with Truist's AFG business. Analyze, structure financial covenants and underwrite corporate credit risks for certain clients that utilize AFG securitization loan facilities. Work with Truist clients, AFG Originations and Coverage Bankers to underwrite corporate credit risk and to perform ongoing portfolio monitoring and management. Actively work with other functional groups to ensure AFG attains its revenue, PPNR, credit quality and other financial objectives. Total portfolio is $14B in Commitments; approximately 350 relationships including left leads, participations and sole bank transactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Manage/mitigate credit risk of portfolio transactions.

  2. Complete on-time, accurate, well-articulated annual reviews, amendment memos, trend cards, and CLAR's; maintains MRA quarterly spreads/PRISM grade reviews; maintains credit files, other compliance requirements such as monthly tickler attestations, quarterly/annual credit file reviews and attestations, manage collateral, review field exams and appraisals.

  3. Attract, retain and develop a team of top credit professionals.

  4. Understand and adhere to various Truist and ABL policies, processes, procedures and regulatory requirements; ensures policies and controls are executed; timely completion of all required Corporate and Business unit training/testing

  5. Restructures or resolves troubled (workout) credits with input from risk partners.

  6. Manage ABL credit, operational and market risk within pre-approved risk tolerance levels.

  7. Work with originations, structuring, legal, compliance and risk partners to align strategic objectives, share market knowledge, and facilitate seamless execution.

  8. Demonstrate Truist culture and values.

The Credit Delivery teams underwrite credit products to new and existing clients and actively manage the existing portfolio in order to meet client needs while also ensuring appropriate risk/return strategies. Manage the overall credit quality, risk mitigation, workout process and operational/regulatory compliance associated with Truist's AFG business. Analyze, structure financial covenants and underwrite corporate credit risks for certain clients that utilize AFG securitization loan facilities. Work with Truist clients, AFG Originations and Coverage Bankers to underwrite corporate credit risk and to perform ongoing portfolio monitoring and management. Actively work with other functional groups to ensure AFG attains its revenue, PPNR, credit quality and other financial objectives. Total portfolio is $14B in Commitments; approximately 350 relationships including left leads, participations and sole bank transactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Manage/mitigate credit risk of portfolio transactions.

  2. Complete on-time, accurate, well-articulated annual reviews, amendment memos, trend cards, and CLAR's; maintains MRA quarterly spreads/PRISM grade reviews; maintains credit files, other compliance requirements such as monthly tickler attestations, quarterly/annual credit file reviews and attestations, manage collateral, review field exams and appraisals.

  3. Attract, retain and develop a team of top credit professionals.

  4. Understand and adhere to various Truist and ABL policies, processes, procedures and regulatory requirements; ensures policies and controls are executed; timely completion of all required Corporate and Business unit training/testing

  5. Restructures or resolves troubled (workout) credits with input from risk partners.

  6. Manage ABL credit, operational and market risk within pre-approved risk tolerance levels.

  7. Work with originations, structuring, legal, compliance and risk partners to align strategic objectives, share market knowledge, and facilitate seamless execution.

  8. Demonstrate Truist culture and values.

The Strategic Workforce Planning Skills Lead Consultant will lead the implementation, execution, and improvement of Truist's approach to a skills-enabled Strategic Workforce Planning (SWFP) process as a member of the Enterprise Skills Team with additional partnership with teams across HR such as Talent, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and HR Business Partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Partners with the business to translate strategic objectives to current and future key skills required to drive organization success

  2. Develops approach and leads efforts to apply incumbent skills requirements to job profiles required for strategic workforce planning and the governance process to ensure they are maintained

  3. Partners with HR Business Partners and HR COEs to assess SWFP talent skill gaps and monitor progress made to closing gaps

  4. Interprets data and information with a view to support businesses in understanding their skills gaps / emerging skill requirements for future demand

  5. Supports the business through external benchmarking of skills data in partnership with the enterprise skills team and HR partners

  6. Educates the business and HR partners on the use of skills for Strategic Workforce Planning in partnership with the enterprise skills team

  7. Leads regulatory responses specific to annual and/or interim skills process required for strategic workforce planning job profiles

  8. Drafts and produces related policy, procedure and guidelines related to strategic workforce skill planning to enable consistent deployment of the process.

  9. Partners and participates with the HR partners (e.g., Talent and Skills Product Owner) providing input to overall Truist skills framework, approach, roadmap and ongoing maturation of the skills framework as it relates to strategic workforce planning requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in talent focused areas such as Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills, Organization Development, HR Talent Management, Human Capital Strategy or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

  2. Ability to understand, marshal and interpret a wide range of information, ideas and concepts, draw conclusions, and make recommendations

  3. Experience leading and using human capital analytics to understand complex talent trends/problems, identifying underlying issues and creating and executing innovative solutions.

  1. Master's degree preferred in Business/Business Strategy, Industrial/Organization Psychology or other related fields of study

The Senior Audit Manager further develops and maintains specialization and expertise in specific areas of financial services, risk management and assists in line of business relationship management and risk monitoring.   1. Directly manage a team of audit professionals and effectively manage resources to ensure performance measures and metrics are established and met. Provide leadership in the coaching and development of staff.

  7. Leverage strong risk management knowledge to assess relevance of audit findings, potential exposures, materiality and demonstrate awareness of big picture issues.
