Please review the following job description:
Engage with Business Unit leadership in its management of risks and controls as well as its execution of risk program requirements. Execute, facilitate and/or monitor execution of Risk Program requirements (e.g., RCSA, KRIs, etc.) within the Business Unit and BURM. Provide risk advice and influence to assigned Business Unit. Aggregate, integrate, correlate and report risks for assigned Business Unit. Identify and opine on remediation to address weaknesses related to inadequate or failed processes, people, and systems, or external events and ensure effective remediation.
Provide risk advice and serve as risk Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the Finance Organization to include Financial Reporting, Accounting, and Tax, across all risk types to promote and strengthen compliance with applicable regulations, policies, procedures and risk program requirements.
Partner with first and second line defense teammates across assigned business areas in identifying, escalating and in remediating risk control gaps to ensure compliance with Enterprise Risk Management programs and policy.
Assess, test and effectively challenge the Finance Organization to aide in the evaluations and self-identification of risk control weaknesses. Assist with evaluation and assessment of the remediation efforts to confirm adequate resolution.
Aggregate, report and communicate risk results to inform teammate stakeholders of the existing risk environment and escalate material concerns to Finance Organization leaders and committees.
Monitor & report on emerging risks potentially impactful to Business Unit partners and Truist. Implement processes and record retention routines necessary to ensure the Finance Organization's compliance with enterprise risk monitoring requirements.
Oversee risk appetite and business risk strategy ensuring adherence to defined limits. Effort includes risk identification, risk acceptance and risk prioritization of current and emerging risks.
Understand the Finance Organization's goals, provide risk management expertise in strategic projects and seek engagement from appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and GCO peers for guidance and input.
Manage, update, monitor and track controls, including those aligned to Financial Reporting, Accounting, and Tax.
Foster a spirit of continuous improvement and offer recommendations to refine and/or enhance the Finance Organization and GCO processes as necessary.

Qualifications

Maintain catalog of applications used across the Contact Center, including primary applications by group and support resources.
Participate in on call rotation in order to maintain support for the Contact Center.
Compile analysis and recommendations for managers to assist with strategic and operational business decisions. Serves as a technical resource to the Contact Center.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
5 years' experience in a Contact Center role or equivalent work experience
Proficient knowledge of line of business, desktop, virtual desktop, telephony, remote access, and network technical terminology.
Strong organizational and project management skills to identify business related tasks and solutions for internal and Enterprise technology efforts.
Ability to work and think independently.
General knowledge of contact center technology tools such as Access Management, Genesys, Nice call recording, VPN, and softphone
Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products and general technology troubleshooting skills
Strong verbal, written communication skills and interpersonal skills to build relationships across the Enterprise.

Perform research and loss mitigation efforts across multiple intake channels to decision Financial Crimes related cases and alerts. Researches and analyzes account activity to assess the level of risk and make decision in accordance with applicable corporate and departmental policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze and decision Financial Crimes related cases or alerts.
Utilize banking systems to investigate and research all transactional information to ensure that Financial Crimes requirements are met.
Conduct client research.
Use critical thinking skills to make well supported decisions relative to the alert type.
Utilize internal and external applications to assist in the investigation and research of all applicable alerts.
Efficiently and effectively resolve cases or alerts with awareness of all timelines as directed by relative to Financial Crimes function.
Support effective communication with internal and external partners or clients.
Participate in BSA/AML/OFAC and/or Fraud related training that may include webinars, periodicals and self -study in order to stay abreast of any related changing laws and regulations.
