About the Role
In this role you'll work front and center in defining the best path forward for our company. Through rigorous analyses, focus on our customers, creative thinking, and deep partnership with the business, we develop the strategic direction for all brands. We are responsible for the definition and evolution of our overall real estate strategy for our global store fleet. We aim to maximize the omni-profitability of the enterprise through the identification of growth and optimization opportunities leveraging customer and omni data as well as market intelligence. Our team provides integral support for C suite leaders in defining the future of our brands.
This role is based out of the San Francisco office. Currently, job duties are being performed remotely. However, the Company may in the future require you/this role to be in the office on a full-time or part-time basis. What You'll Do
Support the development of Gap Inc Real Estate Strategy through initiative identification, planning, and execution. Responsibilities include: identifying key issues, structuring problems, developing and delivering on workplans that drive value creation across Gap Inc brands; performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, including analyzing data, creating financial models, and conducting market and competitive research; synthesizing findings, developing a storyline and the supporting materials to communicate recommendations to Senior Management and Leadership Team
Develop near term and long term brand real estate strategies for growth and fleet rationalization
Develop business cases for investment decisions with cross functional business partners in Real Estate, Store Development, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Strategy with analytical insights and problem solving
Build cross functional partnerships and consensus across all levels of the organization
Influence strategy for area/team
Who You Are
3-5 years professional work experience, preferably with experience in apparel, retail, management consulting, corporate finance or strategy
Demonstrated track record as an outstanding problem solver and strategic thinker with the ability to quickly identify key issues and develop hypotheses
Able to translate complex ideas and dispersed information into simple, actionable recommendations
Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect, organize and analyze large / complex data sets efficiently and effectively
Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions

About the Role
The Manager of Transformation in Inventory Management is responsible for supporting strategic initiatives that improve Old Navy's inventory management capabilities. They will manage project resources to execute new strategies, techniques, processes, and technologies. Using strong project management skills, they will work with transformation leadership to bring strategic initiatives to life with sound plans grounded in analysis and business insight.

About the Role
The Banana Republic Loyalty team drives the strategic direction for the rewards program including acquisition, retention, and engagement. This role is primarily focused on acquisition for both credit card and the rewards program. They oversee the launch and execution of marketing initiatives that must be integrated into the brand's commercial planning calendar and support the brand's overall marketing objectives. They serve as the primary point of contact and are directly embedded with the brand teams. The ideal candidate for this team must have strong communication and influencing skills, the ability to analyze data and customer trends, be able to manage multiple projects and develop and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns.
What You'll Do
Plan, implement, and execute successful marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, pricing, promotion)
Contribute and help drive the annual brand planning process
Set brand planning calendar, coordinates cross functional activities and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables

5+ years of relevant work experience in traditional CRM or direct marketing (email, credit card, or loyalty marketing)

About the Role
In this role, you will deliver store strategies to enable brands to deliver strong earnings and create competitive advantages. The team integrates and operationalizes all planned activities to enable stores, field leadership and HQ business partners to optimize performance and results.
What You'll Do
Provide thought leadership and work closely with Store Operations, Field Leaders and other functional business partners to define, develop and drive key business priorities to support Stores and Brand goals
Lead cross functional teams defining success criteria, aligning milestones, stakeholder communications, implementation, and managing organizational change
Independently own and manage strategic initiatives, leading cross functional teams in evaluation of hypotheses, strategic analysis / planning, and operational execution to further store goals and priorities

Who You Are
Store Leadership and/or Store Operations experience with a passion for developing team members and mentoring future leaders
Experience leading large program management efforts including establishing effective governance structures, cross functional coordination, and executive stakeholder management and reporting

This role will conduct investigations focusing on Habitual Offenders, high impact external theft/fraud incidents through the use of company technology (CCTV, Incident Reporting, Data Analysis). This role directly teaches and trains Store Leaders and Brand Associates in the safe practices of effectively handling external theft events and the use of the Company Case Management and Reporting systems.
This role regularly interacts with State/County/Local Law Enforcement in developing comprehensive and detailed cases pertaining to habitual and aggressive offenders and provides expertise to and influences Law Enforcement Agencies to assist in the safe apprehension of these offenders. This role will conduct investigations focusing on Habitual Offenders, high impact external theft/fraud incidents through the use of company technology (CCTV, Incident Reporting, Data Analysis). This role directly teaches and trains Store Leaders and Brand Associates in the safe practices of effectively handling external theft events and the use of the Company Case Management and Reporting systems.
This role regularly interacts with State/County/Local Law Enforcement in developing comprehensive and detailed cases pertaining to habitual and aggressive offenders and provides expertise to and influences Law Enforcement Agencies to assist in the safe apprehension of these offenders. About the Role
In this role, you will support the store leadership team by performing functional tasks as assigned. You will act as a mentor and role model to employees to support service behaviors and the execution of tasks in specific areas of expertise. You will focus on leading processes and/or areas of the business, executing tasks and maintaining productivity to ensure goals are met. Through collaboration with your leadership team, your goal is to teach and coach your team and drive behaviors to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

About the Role

About the Role
The Manager, Gap Outlet Marketing, will work closely with the Director, Store Experience to execute and manage marketing from creative approval to release. The person will need to be skilled in all facets of creative production: they will manage all seasonal and promotional marketing for windows and in-store, and partner closely with cross-functional partners to plan and meet promotional marketing and packaging needs.
This role is based out of the New York office and requires you to be in the office on an occasional basis for critical in-person meetings and/or job duties that cannot be performed remotely. What You'll Do
Lead in-store seasonal and non-seasonal marketing program development and execution from initiation to in-store implementation.
Build strong relationships with key partners including Print Production; Creative; Visual Merchandising; Operations; Communications and outside creative teams
Partner with Visual Merchandising, Operations and Communications in development of in-store presentations and to ensure operational excellence for the Field
Manage Development and Implementation of In-store Marketing, inclusive of windows, overheads, and navigational marketing (seasonal and non-seasonal).
Translate Creative Briefs into tactical work orders for assigned programs
Serve as an information resource for all Gap Outlet marketing (product naming/packaging, seasonal and non-seasonal marketing)
Partner with GFOL partners to coordinate product and photo-shoot needs, on a seasonal basis
Partner with Merchandising on product naming and packaging.
Manage in-season updates caused by changes from original marketing plans
Who You Are
4-5 years project management or account management experience
Must have strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to work well under tight deadlines and to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be solution-oriented, provide options, and creatively approach resolving issues and meeting schedules.
Must have great attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with partners
Experience with instore materials/merchandising highly desired
Bachelor's degree
