As an outgoing and energetic Personal Shopper within The Fresh Market, you are ensuring the highest service levels are provided to our guests through genuine and positive interactions while masterfully picking their orders, and over time, building relationships with the guests so you can understand their needs and preferences.

The pay range for this position is $14.20 - $17.69 per hour.

• Provide unparalleled guest service, constantly striving to delight and surprise our guests.

• Fulfill guest orders with 100% accuracy and within a timely manner.

• Assist with the collection, loading, and acceptance of payment for guest pick-up and delivery orders.

• Consult with guests as needed to ensure complete satisfaction prior to the guest leaving the store.

• Provide assistance with online grocery guests via phone and in-person.

• Guest service-related experience in a retail, grocery, or hospitality environment

As the Meat Cutter, you are managing, cutting, and trimming meat and seafood according to The Fresh Market standards and as requested by our Guests. You also assist with department inventory, pricing integrity, merchandising, and other operational processes that require significant attention to detail. • Maintain knowledge of products/weekly ad items throughout the store and work across departments to assist guests in finding products and complete meal solutions

• Handle, slice, expertly cut, and trim a variety of the department's prime and premium meat and seafood products, and items for our convenient meal solutions throughout the day, while also managing quality product levels as indicated within TFM standards

• Monitor the temperature of cases, spillovers, and storage areas

• Enforce and follow department practices regarding receiving, stocking, and unloading deliveries of products to ensure freshness and quality; including but not limited to cases, coolers, freezers, and sales floor

• Ensure department adherence to all safety requirements and protocols, including food safety, per TFM policies, and per law

CERTIFICATIONS

All Meat Cutters must be certified within The Fresh Market's internal training platform within 90 days of hire.

At a minimum, what you'll need:

• 2 years or more of experience in cutting meat

The Project Manager of Own Brand manages multiple product development projects simultaneously. Each project will have differing timelines based on each particular product's 'to shelf' or launch date/ Department reset. Activities in any given project can include:

• Product Development Opportunity - identify new product opportunities for development by keeping abreast of trends in the branded sectors and through category reviews, line extensions, SPINS data, and competition checks.

• Product testing - test products before a sensory panel and stake holders to determine viability for development

• Vendor Vetting - review vendor credentials to determine if all certifications are current and in compliance with TFM standards

• Bid Process / Bid Review / Cost Negotiations - request bids from vendors and present analysis to stakeholders

• Business case analysis - provide stakeholders with profit and loss information based on how the new product may affect the business (i.e. category level, item level, retail comps, etc.)

• Finalizing contractual agreements with vendors

• Creative Brief and ideation for label design/development

• Artwork proofing & finalization with vendor & graphic design
