Job Summary
We are looking for a sharp, energetic ABATechnicians that can provide therapeutic services to individuals in their care. As aBehavior Technician,within our organization, you would be making a difference in the lives of our clients on a daily basis.
Responsibilities and Duties
Work directly with clients on your caseload to create and manage individualized service plans (ISP) that cater to each individual's needs, as recognised by the BCBA.
Create and implement interventions that meet the recognized goals of each client.
Build rapport and foster positive relationships with those on your caseload.
Assist in recommending and obtaining any/all wrap-around services that are relevant for your clients.
Be a resource and provide others to individuals and their families on your caseload
This position reports to the Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
Qualifications and Skills
High School Diploma required; College Degree in psychology, social work, counseling or a related field from an accredited college or university/Master's preferred.
At least one year of proven mental health experience working with children with developmental disabilities preferred.
Hard working with strong interpersonal skills and high attention to detail, you'll demonstrate a passion for exceeding expectations.
Effective communication skills.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable source of transportation.

Act as supervisor and mentor to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavioral Technicians.
Conduct assessments with the client and/or client's parents/guardian.
Conduct parent training/meetings on a weekly or biweekly basis.
Participate in coordination of care of clients as appropriate.
Remote working conditions:
Personal laptop/desktop computer for work purposes only. Such devices should have up-to-date anti-virus software and firewalls and be self purchased and maintained.
Work as per HIPAA compliance to safeguard patient's information.
Have a reliable Internet connection.
Qualifications and Skills

The Outpatient Coordinator ensures Outpatient Psychiatric Services for clients are processed and authorized by insurance company so that clients can benefit from the services provided by the agency. The Outpatient Coordinator works closely with the Referral and Billing team to process referrals for client service.
Responsibilities and Duties
In charge of the entire intake process for Outpatient Psychiatric Services referrals (creation and follow up of the referral).
Verifies client insurance for coverage and payment.
In charge of tracking clients' treatment documentation (Treatment plan review every 6th session or 90 day).
Oversees the amount of no shows or cancellations of the clients.
In communication with Office Assistants in daily cash receipts as associated to outpatient psychiatric services.
Oversees the assignment of LMHPs to clients referred.
Compliance of the PCP communication activity report.
Reviews and approves deposits and receivable reports given by Office Assistants.
Promotes positivity and teamwork in a collaborative environment
Ensures compliance of authorizations process for Outpatient Psychiatric Services.
Works in Collaboration with Compliance officer and Community Based Program Manager.
Qualifications and Skills
Associate degree or equivalent (preferred).
Three (3) or more years' experience in pre authorizations, preferably in the mental health field.
Experience in the medical field can be substituted.
Excellent customer relation and communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google products.
Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) - Lauris preferred.
Possess excellent attention to detail.
Accurately enter data and patient care documentation
Comfortable with using electronic medical records system.
Ability to communicate patient care needs with colleagues both verbally and in writing.
Ability to educate patients and/or patient families regarding care.
Utilize critical thinking skills.
Ability to investigate issues and ask follow-up questions.
Superb listening skills, exhibiting polite and respectful behaviors.

Understanding and application of cultural competency and trauma informed therapy.

At least two years of professional experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.
Familiarity with providing outpatient services and knowledge of child, adolescent, and adult development, co-occurring mental health disorders, evidence-based counseling, and crisis intervention.
Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills.
Experience working with a diverse clientele.

Assist in recommending and obtaining any/all wrap-around services that are relevant for your clients.
Be a resource and provide others to individuals and their families on your caseload
This position reports to the Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
Qualifications and Skills
High School Diploma required; College Degree in psychology, social work, counseling or a related field from an accredited college or university/Master's preferred.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a significant plus.
At least one year of proven mental health experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
Hard working with strong interpersonal skills and high attention to detail, you'll demonstrate a passion for exceeding expectations.
Effective communication skills.
Open availability and flexibility to work nights and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable source of transportation.

At Therapeutic Alliance LLC, we believe -People Make the Difference-, and we are looking for a sharp, energetic Referral Center Authorization Coordinator to help the growth of our organization with providing services for each and every client who contacts us. The Referral Center Authorization Coordinator ensures Mental Health/Behavioral Health Services for clients are processed and authorized by insurance company so that clients can benefit from the services provided by the agency. The Referral Center Authorization Coordinator works closely with the Intake Coordinator to process referrals for client service.
Responsibilities and Duties
Works effectively with insurance companies to get pre-authorization completed in a timely manner.
Communicates effectively and routinely with Site Director and Clinical Supervisor on the status of the pre-authorization and documents the pre-authorization approval or denial through the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system (Lauris). Follows up with staff, clients, referral sources, billing company or physicians accordingly.
Prioritizes workload and develops system to track prior authorizations needing additional follow-up.
Takes personal responsibility for work. Fosters teamwork, taking initiative to teach pre-authorization to intake team members. Keeps clinical staff and leadership updated and informed about pre-authorization processes, insurance requirements, and changes or updated regulations.
Communicates effectively with all stakeholders.
Completes benefits investigations as needed.
Assists the billing company in helping obtain information the billing company requires to complete financial estimate for client.
Navigate through the EMR to find the required patient medical information. Review and submit all authorizations to responsible payors.
Enter pending authorizations for services in Lauris.
Track authorizations for approvals/denials.
Coordinate with licensed staff for additional clinical documents and submit to insurance company.
Approve authorizations and upload documents to client's Active File with approvals/denials.
Complete ongoing agency Insurance Eligibility monthly and update in Lauris.
Ongoing communication with Site Directors to ensure clients start as soon as possible at approval.
Maintains confidentiality of client records.
Uses Power BI to identify and track trends and other pertinent information.
Complete all reports in a timely manner.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
Associate degree or equivalent (preferred).
Three (3) or more years' experience in pre authorizations, preferably in the mental health field.
Experience in the medical field can be substituted.
Excellent customer relation and communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google products.
Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) - Lauris preferred.
Possess excellent attention to detail.
Accurately enter data and patient care documentation
Comfortable with using electronic medical records system.
Ability to communicate patient care needs with colleagues both verbally and in writing.
Ability to educate patients and/or patient families regarding care.
Utilize critical thinking skills.
Ability to investigate issues and ask follow-up questions.
