This Opportunity
We are looking for a BIM Lead to join our growing team! In this role, you'll focus on modeling the ICT (Information and Communications Technology) infrastructure within data centers. Your work will be essential in creating detailed, high-quality Telecom and ICT drawing packages using Autodesk Revit. Your Impact:
Advanced BIM Modeling: Leverage your expertise in Autodesk Revit to develop detailed and complex models for ICT infrastructure within data centers. You will work with complex linked models across multiple trades, ensuring that telecommunications pathways, cabling, and equipment layouts are accurately represented and integrated within the overall project design.In addition to mastering Revit, you should have a strong understanding of traditional MEP design project workflows and be adept at collaborating with multiple disciplines. Candidates must be proficient in creating and modifying families and parameters based on project needs, and in using Revit schedules and Excel to manage data effectively.
BIM Document Management: A solid understanding of BxP (BIM Execution Plan) is essential. Candidates should be able to follow or establish BxPs and understand the relationship between excellent Document management and model efficiency.
Automation and Scripting: Utilize your advanced skills in Dynamo within Revit to quickly create parameter conversions, export model information, and perform batch modifications. Strong logical thinking and the ability to identify automation opportunities during the modeling process are key. Familiarity with scripting platforms like Rhino and Grasshopper to automate repetitive tasks, enhance modeling efficiency, and improve project workflows. Your ability to create and refine scripts will help streamline processes, reduce errors, and drive innovation within the team.
Training and Mentorship: Play a key role in mentoring and training team members, from new hires to advanced users, on best practices in BIM and ICT design. Your passion for teaching and sharing knowledge will help elevate the skills of the entire team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Innovation in ICT Design: Implement customized configurations as specified by our clients, ensuring that our designs incorporate the latest technologies and meet client expectations. Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Revit modeling for ICT infrastructure, specifically within data centers or other mission-critical environments.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Be involved in projects with our Federal Programs Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges.
The Federal Programs NAVFAC Project Director will primarily focus on executing AE services under Federal contracts, but also on growing the Federal Team's NAVFAC Program, which includes delivering our service capabilities to include engineering, architecture, planning, environmental engineering and program management; as well as focusing on enhancing and strengthening relationships to drive new business opportunities.
The position will work with operations and delivery leaders across all sectors, as well as with regional and national leadership, to position WSP as the preferred and trusted choice for clients and employees.
Your Impact
Ensures adherence to Safety, Health, Environment, & Quality (SHEQ) requirements for all projects in their portfolio and aligned PMs.
Works with WSP Federal Programs District Lead for Business Plan Forecast, ensuring that Project ETCs are forecasted accurate.
Ensures compliance with all Quality policies, procedures, protocols and work instructions and appropriate use of all mandated project tools.
Reviews and approves proposal/project contract documents, risk and pricing.
Drives the delivery of budgeted Net Revenue for a portfolio of projects and aligned PMs. Enhances Net Revenue results through focus on change management, cash management and delivery of high-quality, value-added services to our clients.
Reviews and approves Project Risk Register/Mitigation Plan, Project Execution Plan and the Project Quality Plan.
Conducts monthly Operational Project Reviews on all projects and publishes the project review report with critical issues and actions.
Attends internal WSP Administrative Project Reviews as required to discuss projects within their portfolio meeting the Administrative Project Review thresholds.
Reviews accuracy of Project Estimate at Completion and addresses variances or issues with PMs.
Monitors accounts receivable (AR) and unbilled revenue and works with PMs to address issues as needed.
Ensures adherence to the Contracts Quality Plan including client expectations, client satisfaction reviews, and checks of deliverables and audits of the QC process.
Ensures PMs work with Operational/Group/Design Leaders for assignment of appropriate staff to projects.
Manages, coaches and provides skill and career development for aligned PMs.
Provides resource loading and oversees talent engagement of aligned PMs.
Supports career development of PMs through the WSP Project Manager Training tools.
Ensures succession plans are in place for individuals in key roles and recommends hiring and terminations of PMs in coordination with others.
Approves time and expense for aligned PMs.
Assists the PM and Client Account Sponsors, Leads, and/or Managers with Client management and satisfaction.
Direct Reports - Project Managers (eventually 4 to 5 PMs). May serve as PM on some projects as well.
Metrics and KPIs:
Safety, Health, Environment, & Quality (SHEQ) performance of projects in their portfolio.
Net Revenue delivered relative to the as-contracted Net Revenue of their portfolio of projects.
Client management and satisfaction.
Aligned PM Performance.
Operational governance, process adherence and quality.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Planning, Architecture or related degree.
15+ years of successful experience proposing on, negotiating fee proposals, and delivering Architectural & Engineering (AE) planning, design, and AE construction-phase oversight services on projects under U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) IDIQ contracts (more favorable if such experience is for NAVFAC IDIQs).
5+ years' experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering/architectural teams.
Professional registration US licensed Architect or Engineer.
Ability to obtain a US Government issued Secret level Security Clearance.
Strong knowledge and overall understanding of Navy clients; US contracting industry; knowledge of Federal budgeting, industry business drivers and motivators.
Experience leading strategy and marketing for Federal acquisitions; demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams and a variety of stakeholders, and in developing and executing strategies to deliver business results,
Excellent knowledge and experience of servicing client needs and effective program planning and execution.
Demonstrated track record of managing large and complex opportunities and pursuits, as well as smaller task orders.
Strong business development skills with attention to win strategies and differentiators to support Client Account Sponsors, Leads, and/or Managers, as needed.
Strong negotiation skills.
Proven ability to communicate and under limited time constraints.

The Federal Programs NAVFAC Project Director will primarily focus on executing AE services under Federal contracts, but also on growing the Federal Team's NAVFAC Program, which includes delivering our service capabilities to include engineering, architecture, planning, environmental engineering and program management; as well as focusing on enhancing and strengthening relationships to drive new business opportunities.

Your Impact
Ensures adherence to Safety, Health, Environment, & Quality (SHEQ) requirements for all projects in their portfolio and aligned PMs.
Works with WSP Federal Programs District Lead for Business Plan Forecast, ensuring that Project ETCs are forecasted accurate.
Ensures compliance with all Quality policies, procedures, protocols and work instructions and appropriate use of all mandated project tools.
Reviews and approves proposal/project contract documents, risk and pricing.
Drives the delivery of budgeted Net Revenue for a portfolio of projects and aligned PMs. Enhances Net Revenue results through focus on change management, cash management and delivery of high-quality, value-added services to our clients.
Reviews and approves Project Risk Register/Mitigation Plan, Project Execution Plan and the Project Quality Plan.
Conducts monthly Operational Project Reviews on all projects and publishes the project review report with critical issues and actions.
Attends internal WSP Administrative Project Reviews as required to discuss projects within their portfolio meeting the Administrative Project Review thresholds.
Reviews accuracy of Project Estimate at Completion and addresses variances or issues with PMs.
Monitors accounts receivable (AR) and unbilled revenue and works with PMs to address issues as needed.
Ensures adherence to the Contracts Quality Plan including client expectations, client satisfaction reviews, and checks of deliverables and audits of the QC process.
Ensures PMs work with Operational/Group/Design Leaders for assignment of appropriate staff to projects.
Manages, coaches and provides skill and career development for aligned PMs.
Provides resource loading and oversees talent engagement of aligned PMs.
Supports career development of PMs through the WSP Project Manager Training tools.
Ensures succession plans are in place for individuals in key roles and recommends hiring and terminations of PMs in coordination with others.
Approves time and expense for aligned PMs.
Assists the PM and Client Account Sponsors, Leads, and/or Managers with Client management and satisfaction.
Direct Reports - Project Managers (eventually 4 to 5 PMs). May serve as PM on some projects as well.
Metrics and KPIs:

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Planning, Architecture or related degree.
15+ years of successful experience proposing on, negotiating fee proposals, and delivering Architectural & Engineering (AE) planning, design, and AE construction-phase oversight services on projects under U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) IDIQ contracts (more favorable if such experience is for NAVFAC IDIQs).
5+ years' experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering/architectural teams.
Professional registration US licensed Architect or Engineer.
Ability to obtain a US Government issued Secret level Security Clearance.
Strong knowledge and overall understanding of Navy clients; US contracting industry; knowledge of Federal budgeting, industry business drivers and motivators.
Experience leading strategy and marketing for Federal acquisitions; demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams and a variety of stakeholders, and in developing and executing strategies to deliver business results,
Excellent knowledge and experience of servicing client needs and effective program planning and execution.
Demonstrated track record of managing large and complex opportunities and pursuits, as well as smaller task orders.

Takes part in providing local technical assistance for the design, development, and construction of infrastructure projects and systems in the public and private sector. Tasks may include basic assistance with the research, design, concept development, and construction of roads, buildings, tunnels, dams, bridges, water supply systems, and sewage treatment. Experienced project accountant professional providing accounting and financial specialist support to one or more Project Managers and/or project team(s). Tasks include reviewing and evaluating project charges for accuracy, completing cost transfers, establishing and updating funding as needed, instituting and maintaining project budgets, and ensuring that all project data is current for medium-sized and/or moderate-level complexity projects. Verify contract and change order characteristics for projects that are medium-sized and/or of a moderate-level of complexity, including reading and interpreting contract language, method of compensation, modifications, purchase orders, and subcontract/consultant terms.
