The Talent Manager is an experienced people leader who will be an integral part of the team within their assigned group of Districts. The Talent Manager is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, development and retention of new associates in their designated geography. This role leads the hiring and training efforts in a group of districts and is responsible for full cycle recruitment, successful execution of onboarding programs, and training and developing new hires. The Area Manager, Health Care is responsible for ensuring reliable and accurate inventory counts in support of and at the direction of the Zone Manager. This role plans and maps out inventory events and processes to ensure all Perfect Event standards are met. This role directs other employees through their daily tasks and interacts with customers to make sure that they are receiving exceptional service. The Area Manager, Health Care assists in interviewing, hiring, and training associates to build capacity.
Essential Responsibilities:
Successfully completes all inventory pre-planning tasks to ensure operational excellence at an event
Leads on-site inventories at various customer locations, utilizing RGIS standardized processes to achieve operational excellence
Manages inventory flow plans, effectively directs and guides Inventory Associates and Inventory Supervisors during the inventory process
Assists with the planning and execution of Zone travel and equipment logistics, at the direction of the Zone Manager planning
Oversees execution of inventories to ensure accuracy, productivity, efficiency, and on-time completion objectives are met for each inventory performed
Assists with candidate flow, hiring, ASET development, training, onboarding, and the daily maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (currently Taleo)
Exhibits customer obsession through exemplary customer service, including but not limited to, professional and timely communication, sense of urgency, and ensuring operational excellence
Maintains positive relationships with customer management and employees, always enhancing RGIS' reputation in the marketplace
Ensures Inventory Associates and Inventory Supervisors are educated on event procedures and have a path for continuous development
Builds bench strength in the Zone by identifying talent and providing training and feedback to develop Supervisors
Ensures all Inventory Associates are provided the training and feedback needed to develop into a top ASET
Demonstrates safe behaviors at all times and ensures the safety of all associates at an event
Conducts pre-inventory visits (PIV) with customer management and logistics review site visits
Schedules client events accordingly to meet the client requirements
Participates in weekly management meetings
Performs assessments of Inventory Associates and Inventory Supervisors based on Events
Leads by example and demonstrates the RGIS core values of Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, Respect, and Innovation at all times; ensures all associates are demonstrating RGIS core values at all times
Acts as an expert on RGIS core values, safety protocols, and policies

Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in an Inventory role, or similar retail position, that exhibits professionalism, sense of urgency, soft skills, and the strong ability to work with others
Strong people and team management skills with a proven track record of recruiting, hiring, and developing talent for future potential with RGIS
Strong motivation to be successful in honoring all commitments to our customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time-management skills
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills

Associates Degree or equivalent of experience and education
