Area Managers are vital in reinforcing our company's commitment to our people and team development and works directly with District and Regional Leadership to ensure our people remain our strongest asset! The Area Manager provides hands on leadership in a competitive, structured, energetic and demanding work environment for a dedicated customer's inventory events. This position is directly responsible for coordinating and executing on-site inventory events and serves as the point person for the Inventory Associates during an inventory event. This role is responsible for leading the process flow and directing Inventory Associates to ensure that Perfect Event standards are met. The Area Manager is a key driver of our customer service through satisfying Productivity, Accuracy, Length of Inventory measurements and upholding strong professional standards and exceptional customer service.

Position Requirements
Associates Degree or equivalent of experience and education
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in an Inventory role, retail or warehouse position, that exhibits professionalism, sense of urgency, soft skills, and the strong ability to work with others
Strong people and team leadership skills with a proven track record of recruiting, hiring, training and developing talent for future bench strength
Ability to motivate others in a positive manner to obtain desired performance results
Assures solid in-event financial results through proper payroll management, expense control and a focus on growing employee performance to increase production
Ability to work varied, non-traditional hours, including early mornings, days, evenings, as well as flexible schedules.
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment drug screening and/or MVR check
A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the Fleet driver requirements may be required depending on the District or Region needs

Reset/Remodel - Merchandising Specialist
RGIS currently has positions open for experienced Merchandising Specialists that would assist in large scale remodeling projects and ensuring each project is completed on time and within budget. They may also work with smaller scale projects.
These projects involve dismantling, assembly and placement of retail fixtures, adjustment of shelves and arrangement and placement of products on the shelves in accordance with CAD drawings and plan-o-grams.
Selected employees must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include night shifts. Each project requires the willingness to travel to various store locations with the possibility of overnight stays during the project. Some travel may apply. Position may lead to additional opportunities for career growth.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in reset/remodel projects ( Preferred but not required )
Ability to communicate with Store Managers, contractors and crew members through entire reset project
Ability to inspect all work completed by contractors, and team members
Ability to rapidly and effectively train employees assisting in the project
Experience working with hand tools and small electric tools for use in fixture assembly ( Preferred but not required )
Excellent organizational skills and proven problem solving and decision making skills
Ensure that all team members comply with all safety requirements
Must be able to meet physical requirements, bending, stooping and frequent standing and walking in a retail construction environment, and lifting up to 50 lbs. May require ladder work
Must have access to reliable transportation
Willingness to support in RGIS inventory events during downtime
Qualifications

Located in Plano area (Hybrid role - both Remote and In-Person)
The Software Engineer IV is responsible for solving business problems through technological innovations, by writing, designing and developing new software solutions to enhance existing software and applications. This role is responsible for evaluating current software and applications and identifying opportunities for improvement that will increase efficiency, efficacy, and overall company goals. This role works collaboratively with other Engineers, Analysts, Leadership, and end users. The Software Engineer IV acts as a team lead and advisor to lower-level Software Engineers.
Essential Responsibilities:
Collaboratively works with other engineers, QA, Business Analysts, leadership, and end users
Participates in research, design, and development of new software and systems
Solves interesting business problems through technology and software
Tests new software and systems to ensure that logic and syntax are correct and meets business needs
Develops unit tests for new code
Troubleshoots and support production systems
Understands business requirements and provides designs and software to meet business expectations
Participates in design and code reviews
Participates in project planning and consistently meets projected timelines
Responsible for architectural analysis
Responsible for SDLC process implementation, application quality assurance, as well as advanced coding and coding review
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field; a combination of experience and training may be considered in lieu of degree
A minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a Software Developer
Expert .Net (C#) skills
Expert knowledge of RESTful APIs
Expert skills with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server
Experience working with containerized applications
Agile Methodology (Scrum)
Ability to independently analyze and identify comprehensive solutions to software problems
Highly motivated, self-starter who willingly participates in all phases of the software development life cycle
Ability to understand new business concepts quickly
Team oriented with excellent communication skills
Familiarity with common design patterns (Command, strategy, singleton, factory, etc.)
Expert knowledge of SOLID coding principles of Object-Oriented Design
Demonstrated expert level of programming skills and independent analysis and identification of comprehensive solutions
Highly motivated, self-starter who willingly participates in all phases of the software development life cycle
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Oracle experience
Familiarity with Kubernetes
Experience with any of the following a plus: Android, iOS, React.js, Ruby on Rails
Expert knowledge in designing physical and logical databases using industry standard modeling tools
Experience using Azure native services
