Our customers know they can rely on our trusted Wegmans Pharmacy professionals to help care for themselves and their families. As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll be instrumental in building that trust as you provide the best-in-class service that sets Wegmans apart and ensure that customers are getting the medical attention, care, and health services that they depend on us for. Our fast-paced pharmacies are full of compassionate people working with one common mission-and you could be just the right person to join our team.
what will you do?
Process prescription requests while building trusted customer relationships and demonstrating patience, empathy, care, and compassion
Troubleshoot rejected insurance claims and address issues to achieve the best outcome for customers
Follow department processes and procedures to input information, dispense medication, and verify information
Ensure the department is running smoothly by assisting with tasks, maintaining appropriate inventory levels through ordering, and rotating and stocking drugs and other supplies
Properly handle products, use equipment, keep accurate logs, and follow sanitation practices
Required Qualifications:
Computer skills
Ability to perform basic mathematical computations in order to perform data entry and fill prescriptions without error
State specific - may require Pharmacy Technician certification
New Jersey applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualification:
Experience ordering products and controlling inventory
Pharmacy Technician experience
Pharmacy Technician - Certification
Note to applicant: In some of the states in which we operate, certification and/or state registration is required to work as a Pharmacy Technician. In these areas Wegmans may hire individuals prior to them obtaining the necessary qualifications, while supporting them through the process. At participating locations, Board Certified Pharmacy Technicians will earn a $.50/hour shift differential.

In our people-first kitchens, you'll lead your team of Prep and Line Cooks by helping them to fine-tune their culinary skills, grow their careers, and fuel their passion for food. Your people skills, culinary talents, and eye for detail will be essential as you manage day-to-day operations and assist with bottom line profitability. No two days are the same, and an entire store full of fresh, world-class ingredients is your pantry.
what will you do?
Assist the Sous Chef in running the kitchen and leading employees, overseeing the operations in the absence of the Sous Chef
Follow recipes and proper cooking techniques to ensure we are consistently showcasing our high standards and giving our guests meals they can't find elsewhere
Share your knowledge and passion for food with customers and employees, suggesting ways for them to prepare meal items and incorporate products from other departments to offer complete meal solutions
Manage employee performance by providing resources, training, feedback, and development opportunities
Required Qualifications
2 or more years' experience as a prep or line cook
Experience leading a team
Food safety and quality assurance knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts
Experience working in a multi-faceted food service facility, including restaurant, hotel, country club, conference center, casino, theme park, etc.

We're looking for entry-level leaders who are passionate and ready to collaborate, lead, and give their best every day! In this role, your responsibilities will consist of both coordinating and troubleshooting daily activities of our customer service employees, as well as taking part in store management duties and projects. What will I do?
Independently manage store operations between daytime and nighttime hours, acting as key leader and liaison among teams and various departments throughout the store; responsible for closing and/or opening the store, as part of a varied schedule that changes on a weekly basis
Partner with department management to prioritize and delegate tasks and ensure the Front End/customer checkout operations runs efficiently, monitoring the business and customer traffic throughout the store, managing the right number of open checkout lanes and running register when necessary to reduce customer wait time
Manage performance of a team of Customer Service employees, providing resources, training, feedback, and development opportunities
Provide Incredible Customer Service to customers and employees alike, acting as a champion throughout the store for our values and standards
Quickly react to situations that arise, partnering with store leadership to problem solve operational challenges
Participate in and/or lead special projects and assignments across the store with the goal of bringing employees together and enhancing the Company culture
Required Qualifications
1 or more years of work experience, preferably in customer service, or a college degree
Computer skills
Proven ability to multi-task and handle interruptions in a fast-paced environment

What will I do?
Be comfortable utilizing technology to communicate with and fulfill customer orders
Accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders and stage them in fulfillment area

Help to maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked workspace
