Job Description

Responsible for completing site surveys and managing company remodels and refreshes including the construction schedule, vendor buyouts, and coordination.

What you'll be doing:

• Completing field surveys of existing conditions and creating site-specific scopes of work and budgets

• Preparing Remodel/Refresh construction exhibits and schedules

• Coordinating all vendor orders, storage, and inventories

• Procuring permits as needed

• Managing GC construction, closeout, and turnover to Operations.

• Maintaining files and photos on all salons and equipment

• Providing administrative support to VP of Real estate, Construction, and Facilities

What will make you successful:

• High school education or GED. A college degree is preferred.

• Must possess at least 1 to 3 years of experience in retail commercial construction or Project Management

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Understanding of construction terminology and the construction process

• Must possess visual capabilities to evaluate the completion of all construction work and ensure that quality standards are met.

• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and the flexibility to adapt quickly

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and logs.

• Flexible scheduling to work early mornings or late evenings as required.

• 60% travel to local and out of state job sites including overnight stays and extended driving

• Lifting of tools, materials, and equipment from time to time weighing up to 50 lbs

• Must be able to climb ladders and climb on roofs
