The Role:
Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the venue's business goals and objectives.
Job Functions:
. Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
. Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
. Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
. Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
. Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
. Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
. Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
. Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
Qualifications:
. Requires a high school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
. An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus.
. Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
. Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ and occasional sitting.

The Role:
As an usher, you help to ensure safety, help to maintain the cleanliness of the venue and engage with guests to assist with their needs before, during and after the show.
Job Functions:
. Greet guests, answer guest questions, assist guests with locating their seats and examines tickets for entry to various seat levels around the venue during the event.

Qualifications:

The Role:
Guard, patrol, and/or monitor the venue premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. May operate metal detector equipment.
Job Functions:
. Circulate among guests and/or employees to preserve safety, order and to protect the venue property.
. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, guests, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security and safety of the premises.
. May write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
. Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
. Escort or drive motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations or to provide personal protection.
. Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.
. Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.

. Warn persons of rule infractions or violations and apprehend or evict violators from premises.
Qualifications:
. High school diploma or equivalent experience required
. Security/Law Enforcement experience preferred. Guard Card a plus.
. Good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment and enforcement procedures.
. Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance; ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.

The Role:
Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the venue's business goals and objectives.
Job Functions:
. Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
. Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
. Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
. Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
. Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
. Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
. Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Qualifications:
. Requires a high school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.

THE JOB
The Venue Marketing Coordinator, under guidance of the Venue Marketing Manager, will be responsible for multiple tasks that drive the success of marketing efforts for Live Nation's owned and operated venues across the United States. These tasks include updating show information across venue touchpoints (website, app, social), QC and updating of email automations, coordination and delivery of marketing assets supporting venue hospitality and ancillary products and arranging onsite venue execution for non-show related needs.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Assist Venue Marketing Manager in supporting venue priorities across their respective region including:
Update venue website and app and maintain quality control (ensure show information is up to date, work with partners to ensure F&B, PSS & Special Event content is updated as necessary and represented)
Execute fan communication plans to ensure key information reaches guests before each event via email, social, website and app
Maintain & QC data extensions for venue email automations across all venues in their region
Manually build and manage fan communications in case of emergency
Assist in social publishing for show related needs - announce, presale, on sale
Coordinate creative assets & delivery to venues for future show support
Create and manage venue level creative assets for onsite & digital needs (monthly & weekly show calendars)
Coordinate asset placement in digital video signage (concert vision, etc.)
Coordinate approvals and execution of promotional sweepstakes
Coordinate onsite activations to help drive name acquisition for future show marketing needs
Work across PR, tour & regional marketing to coordinate onsite coverage for day of show marketing needs supporting radio partners, meet and greets, press photographers
Coordinate house photographers and asset collection for respective venues
Coordinate proper sponsorship placements as needed across digital, website, app, social, onsite signage
Coding & processing of invoices as needed
Day of show event coverage as necessary
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
1-3 years of prior experience in event assisting/planning or marketing experience within an entertainment, sports or public assembly facility setting
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to professionally present marketing concepts and strategies to artist management.
Work well in a team environment
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment while juggling multiple tasks.
Strong Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite skills
Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and multimedia management software

THE ROLE:
Cleaners must be thorough, careful and consistent in their work as they clean the venue. The Cleaning Crew is responsible for maintaining the venue's cleanliness post-show to the standard set by management and ensuring the venue remains secure while on the property.
The Cleaning Crew Supervisor role is a working supervisory role that will work with and oversee our Cleaning Crew to maintain a high standard of cleanliness post-event in all areas of the venue.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO:
Assign specific tasks to cleaning crew members and ensure that the tasks are completed to standards set by Management
Assist cleaning crew in completion of post-show cleaning tasks
Training cleaning crew members and clearly communicating the expected duties/standards required to maintain a busy venue

Complete nightly visual/physical inspection of all venue areas to ensure they are cleaned to standard
Complete required paperwork/checklist to confirm cleaning is complete
Ensure that the venue is secure during/after cleaning shifts have been completed
Facilitates proper communication and organization with occasional overnight cleaning crew staff and administration staff
Provides overall leadership and support for all staff and management by creating the appropriate culture and character of the venue through his/her own personal and professional conduct
Communicates to maintenance supervisor to ensure proper maintenance and repair of venue
Keep current on all standard operating procedures
Conduct pre-shift meetings prior to the start of each shift
Other specific cleaning tasks as assigned by Management
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Must have experience as a cleaning supervisor or higher in a hospitality related business; live music venue or event experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1+ Year Experience in a professional/commercial cleaning environment.
Strong relationship building skills.

The Role:
The Sales Manager will sell and organize parties and special events by market segment as determined and assigned by the Director of Sales. This role facilitates the achievement of annual team goals and provides direct support to the Director of Sales. The Sales Manager has accountability for the success of the Special Events department in conjunction with the Director of Sales.
Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed individual sales goals
Consistently fulfill sales call quotas and required tracking protocol
Complete understanding of competitive set as well as key points to sell against such venues
Handle initial phone call and electronic inquiries in a timely manner (within 24 hours)
Develop a complete, comprehensive targeted list of companies/organizations within assigned categories
Build, maintain and target client database (from internal and external sources): convention business, tour operators, meeting planners, party planners, corporate, social, concierges, non-profit, fundraisers, DMC's, etc.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with Convention & Visitors Bureau, professional organizations, local chambers of commerce, local hotels and vendors
Ensuring optimal perception of venue within the community as well as within professional organizations
Maintain Live Nation Standards for policies and procedures as outlined in the Code of Conduct and Employee Handbook
With DOS, ensure and monitor that all required reports (SEO's, monthly calendar, contacts made, forecasting, trackers, weekly recap, financial rectification, event flashes, initiatives, etc) are fulfilled and distributed in a timely manner for proper planning
Maintain accurate event financial records and adhere to required departmental and organizational processes/protocol

Ensure accurate file maintenance in CRM, talent and venue calendars

Financial Performance of Department(s)
Aggressively ensure that revenue is generated in accordance to individual sales quota established by DOS and track financials per market segment, per month and per quarter.
Assist DOS in creating annual sales plans for each market segment; Convention, Association, Incentive, Tour &Travel, Social, Local, Corporate; SMERF, DMC, etc.
Sales
Solicit new and existing clients to meet / exceed budgetary sales expectations
Create internal/external promotional programs and track results
Fulfill expectations outlined within the strategic monthly sales plan, monthly initiatives, SMART plan, annual goals, competitive analysis and other reports requested / required
Develop sales strategy for defined market segments, industries & conventions
Build and maintain client database(s) in CRM (Tripleseat)
Actively solicit business through local civic and business organizations (Convention Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, MPI, HSMAI, ILEA, PCMA etc.)
Assist in development of sales collateral material
Assist in updating of venue sales website, on-line venue listings and assigned social media applications
Attends tradeshows, networking events, sales blitzes and other off-site sales efforts at the direction of the Director of Sales
Geographically determine and participate in marketing the venue to trade shows, both locally and nationally at the Director of Sales direction
For sales team members, you will be expected to be conducting sales a minimum of 50% of your time.
Qualifications:
Required
Working knowledge of local and regional markets, special event operations, computers (Windows environment, spreadsheet, databases, word processing) and guest relations.
Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
Skilled in interpersonal communications, organizational concepts and financial knowledge.
Ability to delegate, follow up, relate to staff and guests and clients in a positive effective manner.
Three to five years sales experience in the hospitality industry.
Ability to walk and stand for long period of time.
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 35 pounds.
Flexible Schedule (days/nights, weekends).

THE JOB
Job Description
Are you someone that enjoys working in a fast-moving environment? Do you enjoy live music? Do you enjoy working with a team of people supporting a common goal? Are you someone that thrives in guest interaction roles? Merchandise Sellers are directly supervised by the venue's Merchandise Manager. They arrive at a concert venue on show day and immediately jump into motion. Artist merchandise needs to be inventoried, distributed, and displayed for sale. When the gates open, fans rush into the venue to buy their shirts, hats, and posters, and they flock to you. You fulfill their orders quickly and carefully while taking the time to make each fan smile. After the show is over, you help the team reassemble the remaining merchandise. Once reconciliation is complete and the merchandise returned to the Artist, you head home, knowing you put in a full day's work.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Objectives of the Role
Provide an exceptional merchandise purchasing experience for all guests and fans in Live Nation venues
Fulfill the order of guests in a timely fashion, ensuring they receive the correct items and sizes as requested
Accurately ring-up guest purchases in Live Nation's sales system
Act as a brand ambassador for Live Nation, its local sponsors, and the venue
Duties & Responsibilities
Participate in inventory count-in and count-out procedures
Create visually appealing displays and price items correctly
Complete sales transactions for each guest
Support successful sales operations at each event
Contribute to a positive work environment
Perform physical duties as required by the role, such as moving equipment or transferring merchandise between locations

Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed individual sales goals
Consistently fulfill sales call quotas and required tracking protocol
Complete understanding of competitive set as well as key points to sell against such venues
Handle initial phone call and electronic inquiries in a timely manner (within 24 hours)
Develop a complete, comprehensive targeted list of companies/organizations within assigned categories
Build, maintain and target client database (from internal and external sources): convention business, tour operators, meeting planners, party planners, corporate, social, concierges, non-profit, fundraisers, DMC's, etc.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with Convention & Visitors Bureau, professional organizations, local chambers of commerce, local hotels and vendors
Ensuring optimal perception of venue within the community as well as within professional organizations
Maintain Live Nation Standards for policies and procedures as outlined in the Code of Conduct and Employee Handbook
With DOS, ensure and monitor that all required reports (SEO's, monthly calendar, contacts made, forecasting, trackers, weekly recap, financial rectification, event flashes, initiatives, etc) are fulfilled and distributed in a timely manner for proper planning
Maintain accurate event financial records and adhere to required departmental and organizational processes/protocol
Generation of proposals
Generation of Special Events Orders/BEO's
Contract negotiations
Generation of contracts
Maintain and communicate current event information on talent calendar
Ensure accurate file maintenance in CRM, talent and venue calendars

Financial Performance of Department(s)
Aggressively ensure that revenue is generated in accordance to individual sales quota established by DOS and track financials per market segment, per month and per quarter.
Assist DOS in creating annual sales plans for each market segment; Convention, Association, Incentive, Tour &Travel, Social, Local, Corporate; SMERF, DMC, etc.
Sales
Solicit new and existing clients to meet / exceed budgetary sales expectations
Create internal/external promotional programs and track results
Fulfill expectations outlined within the strategic monthly sales plan, monthly initiatives, SMART plan, annual goals, competitive analysis and other reports requested / required
Develop sales strategy for defined market segments, industries & conventions
Build and maintain client database(s) in CRM (Tripleseat)
Actively solicit business through local civic and business organizations (Convention Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, MPI, HSMAI, ILEA, PCMA etc.)
Assist in development of sales collateral material
Assist in updating of venue sales website, on-line venue listings and assigned social media applications
Attends tradeshows, networking events, sales blitzes and other off-site sales efforts at the direction of the Director of Sales
Geographically determine and participate in marketing the venue to trade shows, both locally and nationally at the Director of Sales direction
For sales team members, you will be expected to be conducting sales a minimum of 50% of your time.
Qualifications:

Three to five years sales experience in the hospitality industry.

THE JOB
The Venue Guest Ambassador will protectively interact with guests to provide information and assistance on all things related to the guest having an enjoyable experience at the venue.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Communicate venue information about policies and procedures to guests as they prepare to enter the venue.
Look for ways to proactively assist the guest to ensure they have an enjoyable experience.
Answer questions about common venue programs such as upgrades, purchasing fan merchandise, etc.
Assist guests with needs such as finding their seats, seat relocation, escorting guests to artist meet & greets and finding lost items.
Direct restroom and concessions lines, as needed, to shorten guest waiting times.
Assist in resolving guest complaints.
Report maintenance and cleaning issues to the respective department manager.
May fill in temporarily with a department to support staffing levels during peak or break times.
Greet guests as they enter and leave the venue.
Check restrooms frequently to make sure guests' lines are moving and alerting the cleaning when necessary.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Ensure guest safety through proactive personal interaction and removing hazards in the area of responsibility
Prevent and resolve altercations among guests
Lead guests and other employees in emergency evacuation procedures and provide assistance
Maintain control by circulating through your work area throughout the shift
Check identification of any guest who appears to be under 30 years of age who is drinking alcoholic beverages inside the venue
Ensure that no weapons or harmful items enter the venue by inspecting every guest with a metal detector or pat-down search
Enforce House policy regarding photos/videos/recording devices
Safeguard against theft and property damage
Communicate clearly using radios, hand signals and flashlights. Remain in constant contact throughout the shift
Set up area before opening (stanchions, table configuring, etc.)
Keep interior and exterior of the venue clear and safe, cleaning spills and removing food, trash or other obstacles, before, during and after the shift

The Role:
Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the venue's business goals and objectives.
Job Functions:
. Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
. Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
. Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
. Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
. Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
. Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
. Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
Qualifications:
. Requires a high school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
. An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus.
. Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
. Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ and occasional sitting.

The US Concerts Technology team is looking for highly motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic individuals who are interested in providing on-site IT support at Live Nation events and venues across the country. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide onsite IT troubleshooting assistance as needed to venue administrative, operations and production staff.
- Identify, track and help to resolve persistent issues, and ensure venue technology problems, issues, or needs are reported to appropriate remote support or service delivery teams, following established escalation procedures.
- Act as an onsite liaison with remote IT support teams troubleshooting reported issues with venue technology
- Be the onsite contact and provide guided access for visiting IT service or support providers
- Provide onsite assistance to tour production by helping to establish artist Internet connectivity or otherwise fulfill the terms of artist/tour IT riders prior to and on -day of show.-
- Provide proactive -day of show- IT event support by ensuring there are no outstanding IT hardware/software issues with point of sale or access control technologies prior to gates opening for fans.
- Assist with deployment, inventory management, and maintenance of onsite IT equipment including POS terminals.
- Develop, demonstrate and leverage a comprehensive understanding of venue network connectivity and deployed technologies.
- Participate as needed with seasonal IT preparation and validation, as well as shutdown and winterization.
- Assist with the extension of existing venue IT infrastructure or implementation of new infrastructure to support special events such as festivals or private events.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
. Experience with and in-depth knowledge of Apple iOS, MS Windows, and network technologies is preferred

THE JOB
US Concerts is seeking a Supervisor - Venue Security. The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the security department and staff within the venue. Duties may also include management functions under the direction of the Security Manager and Operations Manager.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Direct and supervise security staff and other employees performing security services for guests.
Provide guest service by greeting and assisting guests and responding to guest inquiries and complaints,
Lead staff, ongoing staff training, staff positioning, ensuring that all staff members are well-informed on event specific details and managing breaks.
Assist the Operations Manager to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures that relate to the security department, as well as local, state and federal laws and regulations.
Oversees productivity and work assignments of the security staff and communicates with the Operations Manager any challenges and status of all assignments prior to the conclusion of the shift.
Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
Partner with fellow crew members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
Train and evaluate security team members in venues.
Assign and schedule team members to specific duties.
Role model and enforce safety, health, and security priorities.
Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Other tasks as assigned by the Security Manager.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. In certain states, a Guard Card is a plus.
Working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment and enforcement procedures.
Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Works directly with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor to perform day of show duties
Respond to all elevated staff/guest inquiries and or concerns regarding all shows, artist meet and greet packages, amenities including Foundry access as well as our VIP program and seat upgrades
Work through and correct guest concerns and complaints regarding security and customer service-related situations
Follow up with Security and Guest Services teams to ensure that service standards are met
Perform opening/running/closing duties according to Live Nation policy
Inform guests of Music Hall amenities & make recommendations
Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area and reporting any issues encountered
Suggestive selling of all venue products and services when applicable
Keep current on all Standard Operating Procedures and be able to effectively communicate them to team members
Create pre-shift sheet and relay information from management directly to staff
Turn in all lost and found articles to Box Office
Ensure responsible alcohol service per Responsible Alcohol Service training & Live Nation alcohol policies
Ensure proper line of sight maintenance by all staff at all points of guest contact as well as maintaining the security of Back of House areas
Leads all pre-shift meetings prior to start of shift
Communicate to M.O.D. any issues that guests or team members may have
Work with the M.O.D. to resolve any and all guest issues- consults or involves management if the situation escalates
Responsible for completing incident reports and collecting witness statements
Assist MOD with all ejection logs and incident reports
Required to work Special Events that are scheduled throughout the venue
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Required:
Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent
Working knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations, responsible alcohol service and guest relations
Skills in guest relations/staff relations- Assessing and anticipating special needs of guests
Prioritization of duties and effective communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks/issues at one time effectively, with an upbeat attitude
Read guests in order to anticipate their needs
Turn potentially negative situations into positive ones
Communicate well with team members and managers and foster an atmosphere of unity and camaraderie
Special requirements (Philadelphia Guard Card or equivalent certificate)
