Program Summary

The Marine Corps Prepositioning Program (MCPP) is based in Jacksonville, Florida. We provide maintenance and logistic services to the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) in support of this program. For over 35 years we have planned, coordinated, and executed the maintenance and logistic services for ground combat vehicles and support equipment for USMC Expeditionary Forces.

Job Summary

Assists one or more journeyman level workers by performing specific or general duties of a lesser skill of the trade. These duties may include, but are not limited to; wire wheeling, grinding, drilling, masking, stenciling, maintaining equipment and other tasks as may be directed by the supervisor. Supplies equipment, materials, and tools. Assists with the handling and disposing of hazardous materials. Actively applies knowledge gained from previous work assignments. Performs other tasks as assigned..

Basic Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent. Medically and physically capable of wearing a respirator. Must be able to lift and carry 50-pound sacks of material, climb ladders, work at heights and in an enclosed environment. Must not present a direct threat to the safety and health of the worker or others. U. S. Citizen. Possess a valid State Motor Vehicle Operator License and able to obtain and maintain a Tactical Operator License as necessary. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Base Access.

We are seeking a stellar Special Operations Nurse Case Manager that will provide a full range of professional health nursing principles, practices, and procedures in clinical settings in order to analyze the full scope of problems associated with providing appropriate, cost effective care to Department of Defense (DOD) beneficiaries. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, record, and communicate data relevant to primary health assessments including a detailed medical history in order to develop time sensitive treatment plans which delineate the expected process of care delivery for selected case managed patients or populations.

  • Assess patient via the telephone, using established protocols, in order to provide appropriate and cost effective care.

  • Establish priorities for patient care monitor and evaluate progress toward the stated goals in order to provide coordinated, efficient, effective health care to its beneficiaries.

  • Oversee discharge-planning activities in order to ensure ideal timing and sequencing of patient care.

  • Provide professional assistance to health care finders in order to identify patient's needs for referrals to appropriate health care providers or facilities.

  • Negotiate, write, finalize, and administer product/service agreements to insure mutual compliance in meeting care goals.

  • Knowledge and skill in using pre-established utilization review criteria recognize and report actual or potential quality and risk management issues in order to improve practice, and ensure compliance.

  • Knowledge and skills in the use of VA/DOD Clinical Practice Guidelines in order to ensure an evidence based standardized process of care to military beneficiaries.

  • Knowledge of the healthcare financial environment and the fiscal dimension of population health in order to ensure optimal stewardship of resources.

  • Skill in use of research tools in order to critically evaluate existing practices, opportunities, and outcomes.

  • Skill in management of information systems and technology in order to manage individual or population health, continuously improve practice, and effectively communicate practice outcomes to involved stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of computers and software applications in order to conduct data collection, tracking, rending, and analysis.

  • Ability to design and present computer-generated outcome analysis information in order to provide timely, effective peer and higher level educational programs or project briefings.

  • Knowledge of pharmaceuticals, their desired effects, side effects, and complications of their use in order to gauge their effect on patients and their recovery.

Required Education/Experience/Skills/Training:

  • YOU MUST BE ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY TO APPLY TO THIS SKILLBRIDGE POSITION

  • Position requires U.S. Citizenship.

  • This position requires a Secret Clearance or Top Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain a clearance.

  • Current RN license; full, active, and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in one of any U.S. State, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands.

  • A minimum of two (2) years nursing experience and must be certified as a case manager by a recognized certifying organization (i.e. Commission for Case Management Certification, American Case Management Association or American Nurse Credentialing Center) or shall obtain the certification within the first year of employment.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of patient education principles and management of complex medical, psychosocial, and financial problems in order to enhance patient adherence to individualized treatment plans and train peers and staff.

  • Ability to seek feedback from peers, professional colleagues, clients, and outcomes research, in order to expand clinical knowledge, enhance role performance, and increase knowledge of professional issues.

  • Skills to effectively consult with health care providers at all levels and negotiate with outside providers for services and products in order to obtain client services and support.

  • May be required to receive and maintain clinical practice privileges.

  • Maintain credentialing requirements in good standing at a local MTF.

  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English in order to meaningfully interact with peers, outside agencies, vendors, providers, and Military Health System (MHS) stakeholders to exchange information, provide briefings, presentations, research, and metrics to demonstrate or advance effective, efficient case management practice, outcomes, and organizational/MHS values.

  • Skill in team coordination, facilitation, and communication in order to facilitate the exchange of information/ education, enhance goal achievement; augment abilities of client support network, and effect change in system or policy at any level.

  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations, professional code of ethics, and practice standards in order to ensure adherence within legal and professional parameters.

  • Must maintain current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) by the American Heart Association; must provide front and back proof of all training/certs/documentation.

As a National Security Solutions Intern, you will:

  • Perform validation, unit testing, and regression testing of new and existing MATLAB and/or C/C++ scientific code

  • Learn and apply principles of software revision control

  • Document work and make a final presentation

What You'll Do

KBR is looking for highly motivated rising Juniors, Seniors and Graduate students seeking science, engineering and software development opportunities that provide challenging and meaningful work experience to be a part of our 2025 Intern class.

As an Intern, you will support verification, validation, version control, and deployment of research and production code for the office. The codebase that KBR maintains is the cornerstone of our business and critical to our long-term success. During the summer you will learn the art of scientific programming, testing, and revision control. You will work with senior members on tasks involving validation, unit testing, and regression testing of new and existing scientific code. This will involve analyzing scientific programs developed by members of the technical staff, commenting on them, making computational improvements where feasible, and checking them in to a repository. You will be encouraged to interact with members of the technical staff that developed the programs in order to understand the algorithms they are analyzing.

As a National Security Solutions Intern, you will:

  • Learn and apply state-of-the-art scientific coding practices

  • Perform validation, unit testing, and regression testing of new and existing MATLAB and/or C/C++ scientific code

  • Learn and apply principles of software revision control

  • Document work and make a final presentation

Selected interns for this paid opportunity will be provided with the opportunity to mentor with experienced professionals, gain experience and establish a name for themselves in this high demand career field.

Anticipated Skill Set:

  • Mathematics coursework at the undergraduate calculus level or higher

  • Familiarity with at least one computer programming language

  • Major field of study: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.

Scheduled Weekly Hours:

  • Average 40 hours per week.

Basic Compensation:

$19.00 - 31.00 per hour (This range is for the Colorado area only).

This is a contingency hire for a full-time position supporting a government agency in Reston, VA. Selected applicants will be responsible for leading the creation and maintenance of Tableau dashboards to support the mission information technology, infrastructure, and program planning for all agency development and O&M activities. Duties will include:

  • Develop dashboards in Tableau illustrating strategic goals and objectives

  • Develop enterprise artifacts required for management decision

  • Develop and refine decisional aids for senior-level review

  • Perform resource allocation analysis, develop metrics, provide performance summaries

The Tableau analyst will aid in the management and technical execution of activities performed by development contractor personnel to satisfy the requirements identified for each Agile Program Increment as directed by the Government. The team member will support integration and implementation of end-to-end solutions into the enterprise, and participate in the requirements process as directed by the Government. Role will review development contractor artifacts and documentation as directed by the Government, and provide integration and decision support expertise to senior leadership and other stakeholders to ensure decisions consider implications to tactical and strategic priorities and backlog, and are in accordance with prior decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have possess an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

  • Skilled in Tableau analysis and data visualization

  • Experience within the Intelligence Community

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

  • Ability to clearly articulate requirements definitions and their dispositions to senior executive government leadership

  • Working understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and or knowledge of Agile Development techniques and related issues

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead teams in requirements development activities

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience across the program life cycle (requirements, design, implementation, test, and sustainment)

  • Experience in the use of SharePoint, JIRA and Confluence

Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Configuration Manager

KBR is seeking a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Configuration Manager to join our team. This position supports the NAVAIR PMA-231 E-2D Advanced Hawkeye (AHE) Command and Control platform office in the effort of a secure ICD-705 compliant deployable test, data reduction, and debrief facility (DDF) and will be based out of Patuxent River, MD. The DDF box will be purpose built and configured to meet the requirements identified by the Delta System Software Configuration version 5 (DSSC-5) Integrated Product Team (IPT) for test support of DSSC-5 fielding. The successful candidate will participate in meetings and collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides advanced technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and implementation advice on complex problems which require high level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation. Applies principles, methods, and knowledge of specific functional areas of expertise to specific task order requirements. Provides advice on esoteric problems which require extensive knowledge of the subject matter. Designs and prepares technical reports, studies, and related documentation, makes charts and graphs to record results, prepares and delivers presentations, training, and briefings as required by the task order. Supports configuration management planning. Describes provisions for configuration identification, change control, configuration status accounting, and configuration audits. Supports configuration planning. Identifies and maintains the original configuration of requirements documentation, design documentation, software, and related documentation. Responsible for configuration change control. Supports the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents and related software. Responsible for configuration status accounting. Tracks all problems and changes in product documents and software and reports changes and current configuration. Responsible for configuration audits. Supports audits to verify that requirements of all baselines have been met.

  • Take charge of delivery aspects (including site visits with vendor) - be responsible for the initial operation of the DDF upon delivery

  • Work with government IA/CTTA and others as required to ensure accreditation of the DDF

  • Track software/hardware being installed into the DDF

  • Responsible for gear placement to include, but not limited to: Installation of CMN4 (MIDS -aka Link-16 - box) with TTNT, U/VHF radio(s), E2 In A Box (E2DIAB), RF antenna mounting and certs/authorizations working with CTTA. Involves understanding nuances of bringing RF into and sending it out of the facility. Understand basics of power distribution, utilization, and management.

  • Candidate will need a good understanding of Link-16 and Link Host Simulator as this will be part of the growth aspect of the DDFIn addition, the candidate must exhibit well-developed verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; analytical skills; attention to detail; organizational skills; ability to assess, apply, and recommend improvements to established business processes; and can balance priorities to work effectively in the fast-paced program office environment. The selected candidate must be highly proficient Microsoft Office (Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Project & Outlook). Must be a self-starter and be able to co-lead meetings and capture actions items and meeting minutes.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Education + Years of Experience: BS/BA degree and 5+ years of experience performing duties described in the job description. For those with an AA degree, 14 years of experience is required. 18 years of experience is required for those with a High School Diploma.

Clearance and Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen. A current Top Secret Clearance is required.

Certifications: Already have or the ability to obtain Crypto and CMS (COMSEC) qualification

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with testing and/or operating RF equipment is desired/preferred

  • Experience in communications, tactical data links, and network datalinks is desired/preferred

This position supports the NAVAIR PMA-231 E-2D Advanced Hawkeye (AHE) Command and Control platform office in the effort of a secure ICD-705 compliant deployable test, data reduction, and debrief facility (DDF) and will be based out of Patuxent River, MD. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Summary

Reports to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction from the Foreman or General Foreman. Reads and interprets instructions and procedures. Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site. May move materials manually or using handtruck, electric dolly, wheelbarrow, conveyor, or hand-operated crane or hoist. Completes records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean-up and housekeeping activities. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides expertise and direction in developing and modifying computer-based scientific, technical, and business software systems.

  • Reviews and evaluates systems and software for adherence to government or commercial directives, standards, guidelines, and criteria concerning software safety and systems safety.

  • Confirms design mitigations are captured in the design and its documentation and verifies implementation.

  • May perform as a project lead responsible for the instruction, assigning, direction, and monitoring of the performance of assigned systems developers/analysts working on a specific project.

Work Environment:

  • Location: Annapolis Junction, MD [On-site]

  • Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20% Travel

  • Working Hours: Standard 40 hours per week

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Clearance: Top Secret with SCI

  • 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD.

Desired:

  • Understanding of requirements and government information assurance and cyber security standards and practices.

  • Experience verifying and validating systems and assessing cyber threats

Basic Compensation:

$80,000 to $120,000

This range is for the Maryland area only

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.

Job Summary

We are seeking driven Strategic Account Managers to cultivate and expand relationships with key military clients and government agencies, ensuring our solutions meet their evolving needs. Basic Qualifications

  • United States Citizenship

  • 18+ years of experience, including 12+ years of industry experience and 6+ years specifically in business development

  • Proven experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) market with established organizational relationships

  • Demonstrated success working within a complex, matrixed environment

  • Expertise in capturing and securing large, complex business opportunities

  • Comprehensive understanding of government contracting processes, current acquisition trends, and customer purchasing behaviors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven success in business development within a corporate environment

  • Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one

  • Shipley training certification or equivalent experience in proposal development and capture management

  • Prior military experience or experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD)
